Will update further after cure complete. Harvested at beginning of 14th week from seed. Of the three plants that finished in this run, this one probably got the best flush even though it wasn't the longest. Started to see yellow and blue by the time it was cut. Mild trimming at harvest. Went 10 days drying at around 60-70RH. Dried on string in boxes, dry trimmed some, moved to paper bag for a few days where RH ended up at 58. May have over dried slightly. Sealed paper bag inside a plastic bag for a few days before continuing to jarring. My drying process was experimental, but wanted better smell from buds than what I'd achieved with other plants grown with this one. The smaller stunted cheese smelled amazing, but the smell faded during dry/cure and it didn't taste the best. That one got the least days flush, but its potential was still evident. This cheese had more dense buds (still not as dense as Early Miss). Some of the buds turned out bluish, most likely because night temps were 57-60F and it was colder during 48 hours dark. It smells just like the other cheese--both Canuk freebies from separate orders. The smoking experience is mild to moderate with a heavy indica lean. Mild-to-moderate head. No anxiety. Heavy body. Too much and it can cause drowsiness. Good night cap cultivar for me. At first, I thought this one didn't smell as strong as the first cheese, but I must be getting desensitized because others say it reeks. I would definitely grow this again, but I doubt mine got up to the advertised 22% THC. More like 15. Yes, this plant was stressed in early grow, but rebounded nicely. Relative to the Early Miss from CKS also in this grow, this cheese is maybe a little less potent even though the Cheese is supposed to be more potent according to the respective company's information. It would make sense that Canuk's cheese is similar to other/original cheese strains which seem to be listed around 15% THC, but who knows, maybe it could become killer with a better grow/grower.

10/3/2022 is officially 1 week from germination. All three plants are looking good so far. The Orange Bubblegum continues to lag the other two, but it's growing. I just watered 1 liter per plant on 10/2 and the pots are still heavy, so all I've been doing is a slight misting to keep the top soil moist. Waiting for my barley straw to show up, so I can start building a mulch layer. On 10/4/2022 the top of the soil was dry about 1 to 2 inches deep, so I watered about 1 liter across all three plants, so about 1/3 liter per plant. The bags were still fairly heavy, so this was mainly to keep the top soul moist. I've always used bottle nutrients with a dry down period, but from what I've researched, you want to keep the living soil lightly moist. I'm a bit skeptical so we will see how it goes. Using very little water in these early stages to avoid suffocating the roots (hopefully 🤞). On 10/6/2022 the pots started getting lite, so I did a full water of 1 liter per pot, using ThermX 70 and Fish Shit. Everything still looks healthy. On 10/8/2022 I added my barley straw as a mulch layer. Also, add a little less than 1/4 cup ground gnarly barley from Build-a-soil, with some worm castings as a top dress. Lightly watered to moisten the straw and top dress. Hoping the straw will slow the drying of the top inch or two of soil and prevent the light misting I've been doing. Avg. VPD: .8 PPFD: 300 DLI: 20

Has been a good week for the girls. They really exploded this week. I can't keep up with the ties. They got too big to have a level canopy. Will have to adjust later this week after defoliation and lollipopping. Will be a huge week and the girls will look different next time you see them!

Lo strain gorilla punch ha iniziato a produrre antociani le temperature in fase di riposo a luce spente scendo abbastanza noto che alcune vote è intorno ai 17/18 gradi , si cominciano a notare i colori purple nelle foglioline un effetto positivo che mi piace 😅 Al centro la purple lemonade non ha avuto questo particolare staremo a vedere nei giorni successivi o in finitura il cambio colore o eventualmente resterà verde chiaro ma questo non mi spaventa A destra l amnesia haze ho riscontrato un aventuale carico di sali minerali . Salute everyone! We have a liftoff! Since this is my first grow i spent the last month at least in research, tents, lights, strains, nutrition (omg), growing medium, watering, temp, humidity and so on! Total overload. When i got my tent and seeds, it was time to visit my local grow shop, and the nicest of people who happens to be the owner, reassured me that im going to be fine. And thats my plan. Read some diaries here and I’m really looking forward to engage with the community! Today is 01/09 - the day it begins. Seeds are in the soil. 01/09 - morning Implanted the seeds at night and turned the light at 20% power about 50cm away from the surface and turned the vent to around 25% The himidity dropped to 55%. so I’ve decided to turn off the vent for now. Now the humidity is around 65% which i would like to keep thru seedling/veg stage 03/09 - midnight Full 48 hours has passed since the seeds were planted. No signs of life so far. 03/09 - 70 hours after planting the germinated seeds in the soil 2/3 have srouted. The third one didn’t have a root when planted, but was cracked open, so i guess she’s lagging a little. Tomorrow morning will switch the lights to 18/6. 25% of power. 04/09 - 84 hours after planting All three girls are up. Switching light to 18/6 (25% power) Installed a go pro to shoot a time lapse. 05/09 - morning Seems that nothing changed overnight. Compared my plants with a day by day progress reference i found on the web. So i decided to help the plants and remove the shell of the seed. Seems went well. Only plant 1 managed to remove only one half, second half is glued. 05/09 - afternoon After removing the shells i noticed that the cotyledons are glued together by the residue on the seed. Performed a microsurgery (neurosurgeon wanabe) Attached. Finally the plants are free and exposed to the light

I feel like she's doing great, loving this batch of living soil. Still a bit confused on how watering at a ph of 5.3 is being buffered by the soil up to a runoff ph of 8. Not going to worry about it, she looks great and smells great and it's day 29-30 since flipped. The soil has her now.

Day 38 since flipping and I'm loving what I see. This girls LOVES to eat so I had to switch my feeding cycle to feed, feed, water, instead of feed, water, water. The strong orange citrus aroma is oh so lovely! In the next couple of weeks she should start packing on more weight. I can tell that they are heavy already just but the swaying of the cola from air circulation. I think I messed up by removing my scrog net but I'll tie her up and give her support as needed!

Some deficiencies due to PH levels too high. Replaced with new PH pen.. Waiting on recovery, should notice difference by the end of the week.. Going to week 12.😓🎋

I believe I could have pushed the plant a little longer it's a sativa I got about 129.3g I love the taste it's a light high and I can't wait to try it again down the road

Jour 52, gros arrosage au bio heaven et acti-vera biobizz avec un ajout de Calgreen de chez Metrop. Jour 53, la Mamba Negra se porte très bien et est partie pour me faire de jolies fleurs. Jour 56, désolé pour les photos dans la tente, mais j'ai trop mal aux cervicales. Je ne peux pas me baisser ou porter comme je veux.
