●Day 49, end week 7. Added bembe, Boomerang, and blackstrap molasses to the diet. Noticed some brown freckles on a handful of leaves. Hopefully the cal and mag in the molasses will help get me through another week before the big flush🤞 recalibrated my p.h. meters. On to week 8 ●Day 44 just picked up a new microscope (Wireless Digital Microscope, ROTEK 50x and1000x Microscope Magnification with HD 1080P 2MP Camera, Mini Pocket Handheld Microscope Camera with Light Compatible for iPhone Android, iPad Windows Mac) via Amazon. So, sorry for the blurry trichome pics. I'll work on it. This diary will focus primarily on Big Bud by Seedstockers for the remainder. But the agent orange will finish her journey. Week 5 Veg Report: Croco Mutants A Quick Recap: The journey with my Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco girls has been a ride full of unique beauty and challenges. Here’s a quick look back at our progress: Week 1 (Germination): Using TheCannaKan, the seeds sprouted quickly in a controlled environment. They were then moved to Root Riots with nutrients from Aptus Holland, setting the stage for healthy development. Week 2: The first set of funky leaves began to emerge, showcasing the distinct and peculiar traits that make these mutants so special. Feeding started with Aptus Regulator, Startbooster, CalMag Boost, and All-in-One Liquid—a well-rounded blend to support their growth. Week 3: These funky beauties continued to amaze, displaying different leaf structures and growth patterns. The environment remained stable, and photos with my Nikon and Sony cameras captured their vibrant essence. Week 4: A dip in temperatures brought on slower growth, but the girls adapted well. Organic Aptus All-in-One Pellets were introduced into the soil mix for consistent nutrition, while bottom watering started to combat gnats. Week 5: Slow Growth, Unique Beauty This week has been all about patience, observation, and admiration. The mutants are growing at their own pace, but each plant’s unique beauty and dark green vibrance make it worth the wait. Environmental Update: Temperature: The cold has settled in further, with daytime temps at 18°C and nighttime dropping to 14°C. While slower growth is expected in these conditions, the plants are adapting and maintaining their health. Humidity: RH remains stable at 65%, providing just enough moisture to support their development without creating excess stress. Feeding & Watering: The same Aptus Holland nutrient solution is being used this week: Regulator (0.15 ml/L): Strengthens cell walls, helping the plants adapt to colder conditions and maintain their vigor. CalMag Boost (0.25 ml/L): Supplies essential calcium and magnesium for strong, healthy foliage. Startbooster (0.25 ml/L): Encourages root development and early-stage robustness. All-in-One Pellets : A complete nutrient solution providing the base nutrition these girls need already in the soil. Additionally, I’m continuing with bottom watering, where the trays are filled to let the soil absorb water passively. This has been effective in keeping gnats at bay, especially when combined with yellow sticky traps. Bottom watering also encourages the roots to grow downward, seeking moisture and building a stronger foundation. Growth Observations: Each plant remains a unique masterpiece: Leaves: The diversity of shapes, sizes, and structures is remarkable. From jagged edges to rounded tips, every plant tells its own story. Color: The deep, dark green is a testament to their health and the effectiveness of the Aptus feeding regimen. Despite slower growth, they’re thriving in their own way. Cloning or Flipping to 12/12: I’ve been debating whether to: Flip to 12/12 for a week to induce pre-flowering and identify males and females, or Take clones when they’re large enough and flip the clones instead. Each approach has its benefits: Flipping the plants: Speeds up the process of sex identification but temporarily halts vegetative growth. Cloning and flipping the clones: Preserves the original plants in veg while testing the clones for sex. This method is more time-consuming but allows the mother plants to continue growing. I’m leaning toward cloning when the plants reach the right size, as it seems the most practical for maintaining momentum with these unique mutants. Photography Update: This week, I brought out my Nikon and Sony cameras again, using different lenses to capture the intricate details of the plants. From close-ups of water droplets creating reflections to stunning macros of leaf textures, the results truly showcase their beauty. Why Use a Camera Over a Phone? Lens Flexibility: With interchangeable lenses, I can adjust for macro shots, wide angles, or depth of field, something even the best phone cameras can’t fully replicate. Detail and Clarity: DSLR and mirrorless cameras capture a higher dynamic range and more intricate details, elevating the visual storytelling. L unica che mi piace sto giro sono la gorilla e la runtz....le piramidi non piacciono...

Nothing but plain water this week as the bulking has continued.. trichomes are cloudy and pistils are at least 60/70 percent red depending on the pheno. That tells me its about time to harvest. Also would like to get these ladies down to avoid any bud rot or mold in the larger buds as they are getting quite big and will hold much more water and have lost quality top buds before due to over flushing and the buds having to much water in them at the time of the actual chop and hang. Anyways, they look great I cant wait to give them a try.

Super close to getting chopped probably sometime this week. Definitely one of the most smelly autos I've ever grown. Super tropical fruity and dense nugs. Happy how she's grown so far can't wait to be able to try some out. Happy growing 🌴

6/29 - 4 days after I gave everyone the compost tea, the Jack Herers have sprung back to life! The compost tea was a literal life saver. Just a few days later and her leaves have smoothed out, there's virtually none of that glossy, dark green, twisted and gnarled growth. They are looking great! 6/30 - Top dressed all with Uprising Grow and Uprising Foundation 7/1 - Today I did a little selective defoliation on the Jacks. They are looking stronger and stronger each day. 7/2 - Today was feeding day. Gave them a dose of their regular nutrients. They are very happy! 7/3 - Added some red wigglers today! I ordered some Red Wigglers from Uncle Jim's Worm Farm and they arrived today. I added about 10 to each pot then moistened the soil a bit with just RO water pH to 6.6. I can't wait to watch them do their thing!

alright, how y'all doing? this week I did defoliated both plants, for the last time, I hope. The Rd started to flowering few days earlier, and the SS on the other hand, is very small in size, I confess when defoliating the next day it looked I didn't do lol. 😵, but yeah I noticed the plants now are going int flowering so no more defoliation for now.. SS its showing it gender but still very shy 😜, I keep telling her, hey, don't be shy be like your friend right there all showing off.. 😇. alright.. feeding schedule.. I was doing some research and couldn't find much at all about mixing different types of fertilisers brand... so I got this advanced nuts ( carlbooad was sent cause they ran out of bud candy but in the website it was available nd on the email I said to send me the big bud then but whatever.. 😕.. I did made a mistake with the nirvana. ( the bottle says> 2 ml/l during all grow fase and during weeks 3 till6 of blooming. ( on the website doing some research found only tu use during weeks 3 till 6 on bloom.)) so with that said I just used as the bottle said, and it was too late, I mean when I realised I had done it already, some lets hope and prays for the best kkkk.... so for the next feeding this week I won't add nirvana yet..will wait 2 more weeks and then put back inside 😆. so. I guess its all for today. let me know ur comments below and suggestions, if had the experience mixing different fertiliser and etc.. even if it was a bad experience pls comment.. thanks y'all c u next week... 👊
