5 weeks of flower complete and its still a jungle in there despite the heavy defoliation. Too early to tell, but this defo may be a great tool, or it could be a flop. This week has been great it hasn't quite been a week since my last update, but the plant is growing strong. I'm going to have to transplant it before long lol. There is some basil growing with it I didnt think would. I started some in a pot with Pete and never seen the seeds but apparently they were there!

A good week for the pink lady, no issues, the heatwaves have subsided a bit and there is a cold front that moved in. The RH has been steady, between 50-55%. I have decreased the nutrients further to just a bit of micro and cal mag. I have begun my process of “flushing” where I increase the water volume to allow for a 10-15% runoff. I find that this does not strip or shock the plant of nutrients it is still needing to fatten up. I do this for the last 4-5 feeds ending with straight phd water.

Today the 12/11/21 we start week 3 and I’ve been trying some light training on a couple of them just moving the big leafs from blocking the light to some smaller sights.they didn’t need water today either!!! Day 23-13/11/21 I’m trying out a bit of low stress training if that’s what I can call it I’m just moving the fan leaves so they don’t block we’re buds are gonna grow!!! Also gave them nice bit of water with biobizz grow today!!!! 1ml per litre!!!! Day 24-14/11/21 damn they got big since yesterday haven’t done anything today just letting them go wild probably put net on tomorrow!!! Day 25-15/11/21 nothing new today but there growing like mad!!!! Day 26-16/11/21 gave them a nice bit of water with bio bizz grow again!!! Day 27-17/11/21 nothing new today just watching the jungle start to form!!!! Day 28- 18/11/21 some of them are starting to bud!!!!!

She getting chopped today and hanging the whole plant, just trimming the big fan leaves and putting her into my drying box. She's down, had to split the branches as they were very tightly packed and not much room for air circulation.

1.5 - This lady had some fungus gnat damage and reveg'd a bit so I decided to practice my bubble hash method. I didn't even weigh it haha, I totally forgot but looks about .75oz (21g) Turned out really well! Very strong stoney, sedative high. I accidentally mixed my 76-120 and 120-220 from the first wash, during microplaning, so it's like 4.7* I think. The 25-76um is a little better. Totally worthy of a nail, though I wish I could give it a melt on some quartz to see. :) The other big, non-revegged LA Sunset looks completely different and is thriving. Expecting to put her in the dark this weekend.0 1.28 - I harvested the second full size LA Sunset and it is amazing. Gassy, chocolaty, very pungent.

I am still figuring this out, but I am now watering this by holding her over one of my larger flowering reservoirs and pouring nutrient down the top till it comes out the bottom, I am doing that quite often during they. I am surprised that she is still growing. From the side she looks very sparse but from the top the leaves have arranged themselves to get the most light so she looks more bushy. Flowers are developing their purple colours and as you can see from the close up shot, the trichomes are many but very tiny which is interesting. I still do not know if there is going to be much of a result or if she is just a pretty little bonsai plant only good for decoration. Time, as they say, will tell.

Week seven all the girls are really happy. They’re all getting the width and height. I want no issues. The insects have seemed to die back a little bit. I haven’t had as much problems with them so that is good. All the girls continue to grow a very rapid rate very happy with the progress so far Week seven all girls are happy.

En cuanto a las plantas pues estas últimas semanas cogimos un poco de trips y pues ahí ando combatiendo con planchas pegajosas de color azul, estiraron bien y ensancharon bastante también. Las flores se están llenas de tricomas y van hinchando, aún con la plaga, por el momento todo correcto. Sep 7: Gorilla Cookies is doing great. It’s the biggest of the four plants with the most uniform manifolding job, it’s also the furthest along in flowering and will be the first one to finish. Hopefully by later this month and that we get lots of sun to drive trichome production. Still doing the 730 nm far red light at dusk as a bloom booster, and I’ll keep doing that until the end. And don’t take flash pics of your buds unless you’re then immediately using a far red light to put them into dark mode. Sep 9: bit of defoliation of lower branches and buds to direct plant’s energy upward and to maintain good airflow especially down low. Used my last bit of Cal-Mag as a few leaves on each of the plants was starting to show a minor calcium deficiency. Sep 10: beautiful weekend is probably the best one all summer with nice sun, no smoke and perfect room temperature sort of weather. Sitting here a minor gust of wind blew her over. This the fifth time a plant has blown over lately but first time for this one. The 5 gallon bags are big enough for what I want but still easy to move around to maximize sunlight. A drawback is the small pot needs to be stabilized by filled buckets. Sep 12: these buds are forming quickly and she is ahead of the other three plants by at least a week. Raising odour level to normal which is probably pretty loud for other people who can still smell most things. The tops are starting to look white when viewed from a distance so that’s pretty cool.
