This was my very first grow ever, so it's hard for me to judge how it went, but I definitely think I made a few mistakes along the way. I didn't feed her much, and I probably ran into some pH issues too. The roots eventually reached the bottom reservoir, and I kept topping it up with unpHed tap water, so she kind of ended up transitioning into a semi-hydro setup without me really planning for it. I only had an airstone in the reservoir that was turning on/off every 15 minutes. I harvested her on day 97 and dried her in the same tent at around 60% humidity. Unfortunately, I had no way to bring the temperature down to around 15°C, it stayed between 21–24°C the whole time. After about 10 days, she was already dry. I could still smell a bit of that fresh-cut grass scent, so I'm guessing I may have lost some terps during drying. I trimmed her as best as I could, and the final dry weight came out to 138 grams. She’s curing now in glass jars, and I added a small humidity meter inside. So far it’s holding steady at 62%.

Day 22 22/07/24 Monday Nothing new to report. Starting to see them beautiful fans appear that's all 😁✌️ Day 23 23/07/24 Tuesday Feed today, giving them straight all nutes Inc flowering nutes. I will update the dose as they grow and develop a bigger hunger. (Not sure what's wrong with Overdose #2, bit mutated, we'll see how she gets on 😅) Video updates 👌💚 Day 26 26/07/24 Friday De-chlorinated watering pH 6 with 5ml calmag to 5L water. Watered each with 250ml and had small run off. I will continue to feed/water with small run offs to help prevent salt build ups. Video update.

Week 5 veg - clones and Week 3 - Blueberry Cupcake (Humboldt Seed Co.) and French Macaron (TH Seeds) from seed. G-41, Frosty Gelato, and Frozay Gas topped with 2 clones each taken from cuttings to propagate placed in 2x2 clone/seedling tent with low LED lighting. Temps in low 80F w/60% ROH. Clone cuttings covered with sandwich bags used as humidity domes. After taking cuttings transferred G-41, Frosty Gelato, and Frozay Gas to 3x3x6 AC Infinity tent under Mars-Hydro FC-E3000 set at 50 percent power (PPFD range for veg). Black Cherry Gas clone, Blueberry Cupcake, and French Macaron from seed remain in 2x4x5 AC Infinity under Spider Farmer SF-2000 with dimmer set at 50 percent power (PPFD range for veg). Continued twice weekly IPM foliar treatment with Organishield as well as watering soil program (SP).

Changed the res added the flowering feed. These all seem to like an e.c of 1. Let it creep up slightly and got a little bit of burn on the tips in a few places. They’ve all stretched nicely except the Runtz which are still quite short compared to the rest.

Branch Topping: Building a Strong Framework After recovering beautifully from her initial topping at node 7, it was time to refine her structure further by topping a few branches. For each branch, I left two nodes to ensure strong, healthy growth while encouraging a bushier canopy. Why Top Branches? Topping isn’t just for the main stem—it’s an essential technique for creating an even canopy and increasing yield potential: 1. Encourages Lateral Growth: By removing the top of a branch, the plant redirects its energy into the remaining nodes, encouraging side shoots to grow and fill out. 2. Maximizes Light Penetration: A bushier plant with more branches ensures that all parts of the plant get access to light, reducing shading and improving photosynthesis. 3. Improves Structure: A strong, evenly distributed framework sets the stage for a healthier plant that can support larger buds during flowering. The decision to leave two nodes per topped branch ensures a balance between promoting growth and avoiding unnecessary stress. We are only on day 29 from first planting the seed. This last week I’ve been doing a lot of work to the girls . I even MADE A NEW INVENTION for my MARS HYDRO lights so I can get a full rotation ... almost 9 out of the 10 plants are being trained /defoliate for mainlining .. and yes I know that’s not they way most people do it.. I’m doing a little custom mainline with 2 nodes instead of just 1. I’ve definitely been under feeding them the last week and a half so I caught on to that and started making sure they get all the water/nutrients they need. (QUESTION)!!! Does anybody know why my Blueberry’s 2 new tops are looking like the leaves are filling up with little air bubbles?

Germination 27 September 2023 Heya 🤙👍🤙🌱🌱🌱 In the heart of a humble garden, a miraculous journey is about to unfold. Beneath the soil's dark, nurturing embrace, a seed lies dormant, awaiting the precise moment to burst forth into life. It is a marvel of nature, a tiny capsule of potential, encoded with the blueprints of the plant it aspires to become. As the heavens open, raindrops penetrate the earth, quenching the thirst of the soil and signaling to the seed that its time has come. The seed absorbs this life-giving moisture, swelling as it takes in water. It's as if the seed is awakening from a long slumber, stretching its embryonic limbs for the very first time. Within this subterranean realm, the seed's outer coat softens, and a tiny rootlet begins to emerge. This is the radicle, the seed's first root, and it instinctively knows to journey downward, anchoring itself into the soil. It is the plant's lifeline, seeking out water and nutrients essential for growth. Simultaneously, a delicate shoot, known as the plumule, makes its way upwards, drawn by an invisible force towards the sky. It is a daring expedition, fraught with obstacles, as it navigates through the soil. Yet, guided by an innate sense of direction, it perseveres. 5 days in flower , planted on 5/5/24. had 3 week stunt because of pests 😂, she handled it well I’d say… did some big defoliation today , IPM via neem & horticultural soap spray . Also growing in my own custom mix that I recycle every grow , this is third season of the pot , with 1 season of being cycled outside ….. which I’ll never do again as I brought in all the common pests …. Gnats taken over during first week , taken 3 weeks to get rid of them thus the stunt… poor roots Then caterpillars -manual eradication Then thrips - predatory mites Then two spotted spider mites -which am still decimating , can’t see any signs of them but still be using HN spray until I start to see budding , I’ll also buy another batch of predatory mites and let them go nuts … Ps growing in my own crafted coco coir soil . So it will only get better hopefully 😂

Week 29 – Flowering Week 7 This week clearly marks the final phase of the Pineapple Upside Down flowering cycle. There are no major changes to report, as the plant is now approaching the end of its life cycle. This strain is listed for approximately 45 days of flowering, which corresponds to around six weeks. However, due to earlier light stress, the cycle extended slightly beyond its theoretical duration. At this stage, feeding has been completely stopped. The plant is now running on Flawless only, dosed at 2 ml per liter, with the pH maintained between 5.8 and 5.9. The objective is to flush properly and allow the plant to finish cleanly. Trichomes are being closely monitored using a loupe. They currently appear mostly cloudy, with a small percentage beginning to turn amber. This indicates that the plant is well within its optimal harvest window. Light intensity has not been increased and will likely be reduced slightly in the coming days. The goal is to avoid trichome degradation, limit heat stress, and allow the plant to finish maturing gently. We are now in the final stretch of this grow. Harvest is expected within 5 to 10 days, depending on trichome evolution. This run was not an easy one, but the focus now is to guide the plant calmly toward harvest and close the cycle properly. After 1 week of flush the plant start to fade gently, i hope that gonna be good before harvest. I think my additives tend to keep my plant green, both contain seaweed extract and are slow release. There is a little bit of nice fox tailing.

So far the best plants here without a doubt are the Grapefruits witch are covefed in frost, followed by the Kola Kushes than are not as frosty but are doing well, and finally the Ble Dreams wich are being absolutely disapointing, with hughe internodal spaces with only a few sad calyxes growing on them...
