Hello Friends and followers and new visitors welcome to week 13. 7/30-8/5 Goddesses are doing well. I'm seeing new pistils on some buds throughout the plants. 7/30 pictures videos and ferigate day. Each received 2 liters. Tps1 made at 2 gallon formula. Tps1 22.5ml Signal 9 ml Ec 1.14, cm 1140, ppm 790, ph 5.94. Added 2.5 ml ph up. This raised ph to 7.02 7/31 it's been so hot here lately. I made a lemon icebox pie. Very easy 10 min prep time but a 7 hour wait for chilling. It is refreshing on a hot day. Recipe in week 4 Of my recipe diary. It's infuseable if you make your own crust. 8 /1 took some close ups of the goddesses buds. I'm seeing lots of milky but no amber tricomes at 13 weeks 8/2 Fertilized the Goddesseswith 1 1/2 ltr fertilizer water. 8/3 flushed 1gallon followed by 1 liters fertilizer water. 8/4 no water or fertilizer. Opened tent to let in fresh air. 8/5 Busy today. The ladies in the Goddess tent went outside for their hair cuts. Lots of defoliation. I took off most 3 leaf feeder fans from both Gaia and Circe. Cleaned up cream caramel for the dry leaves. Interesting on Circe, every bud location had a single leaf feeder leaf of course with the three and 5 leaf sugar leaves as well Gaia did not have the single leaf feeder. Checked tricomes in top, middle and bottom buds. It looks like 90% milky. Ferigate 30ml Tps1, Signal 12, cal mag 20. Each lady received 3 ltrs. So, as it goes, I'm still going through boxes of Moms papers. In week 1, I told you about my grandfather establishing a homestead in Wyoming in 1906. Saturday, I came across the original land rights document issued from the President of United States, Warren G Harding, in 1923 to my grandfather. Stipulations of the Homestead act required that the owner make improvements and live there a certain number of years. All of the conditions were met. Let me tell you. Wyoming is dry and windy like a desert but cold. Noone wants to live there even now. The courage and fortitude required to uproot and establish a new life in an uncharted territory was passed on to my mother. Having attended several schools and colleges, she settled in Connecticut and went to Teachers College. After graduating, she signed up with the US State Department to teach overseas. Her first choice was Triest Italy, her second choice Tokyo Japan. We don't always get what we want: she got her second choice, Japan. And as the song says, you get what you need. After Japan, my dad was assigned to Langley Air Force Base in Hampton. The family moved to the states. After a few years settling into life in the states, my mom continued teaching elementary children. In 1969 she received "Teacher of the Year." The school she taught at was located in a low-income area with many underprivileged children. many of the children had reading difficulties. During the 1970s she returned to college to pursue advanced degrees in education, specifically learning disabilities. Unfortunately, I couldn’t react immediately, so the ladies were without water again for a few hours. I’ve ordered a TrolMaster program device and additional sensors AMP-3 for pH, EC and humidity, and temperature control. No more messing around! Water consumption is gradually decreasing, and electrical conductivity of the water is slowly rising. I’m starting to reduce the strength of the nutrient solution. Each subsequent tank refill will be at approximately 1.0EC. Week 7 Flower We've finally started flush 💦 on Day 43. I still run EM1 at 1ml/ltr as it goes a long way once activated/stretched. It's always going to be a benefit to keep any microbes you can in the coco. You can also use Mammoth P throughout flush, but due to its price I just stick to EM1 in flush. There's plenty of other microbes that can be used too. I flush around twice the pots' volume at 6pH. But before flooding the pot I slowly pour water through the centre of the pot, around the stem, in order to take a true reading of the ppm and pH of the run off. If the ppm/ec reads a lot higher than your average feeding throughout bloom, then there's been issues such as a lockout, incorrect pH, over feeding etc. This wasn't the case, as this girls' was at the right level. If the pH is too high or low, I adjust the pH of the rest of the water that'll be flushed to try to fix it. Again, this wasn't the case with this girl as she had a perfect pH 👌👍 Just before all of the water has gone through the pot, I take one last reading from her last bit of run off. The ppm should be down to no more than 100ppm for the first flush (+starting ppm of water if using tap water). After the first flush the ppm value of the run off will quickly go all the way down to 0, or at least below 50ppm (+tap water ppm). I use tap water that is between 150-190ppm, but I'm looking to switch to RO as soon as I can. I still get a very good flush, but I think using RO water will be the next step in getting a more thorough flush as it won't contain even the small amount of nutrients and metals that tap water contains (along with any harmful chemicals). Always remember to bubble or let the water sit for 24-48hrs before feeding to your plants. That goes for all feedings in every stage of growth if using tap water. Because I keep fairly low temps in the Den she's starting to turn a beautiful dark purple. Her buds are still swelling and smelling like a nice gassy OG, with hints of citrus/tropical fruits. I'm really looking forward to taking this girl down, but after at least another week! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺

TUESDAY 8/13: She grew another couple of inches overnight and popped some new pistils..maybe she IS starting to flower! I fed her a gallon with grow big, big bloom, kelp me kelp you, bembe, terpinator, and great white today. It will probably be her last big dose of Nitrogen. WEDNESDAY: It rained a little bit last night and despite being very sunny, the temperatures were about 10 degrees cooler than usual. I see some spider mite damage on the plant next to her, so I'll be spraying all the plants with trifecta crop control as soon as the humidity drops again. THURSDAY: I wasn't able to visit her today..😟 FRIDAY: She really IS flowering!!! She'll definitely have time to finish before potential frost issues can occur...love it.👍 I sprinkled some bat guano and silicium flash onto her soil and watered it in with about a half gallon of water including beastie bloomz, terpinator, and bembe. I also thoroughly sprayed her with boom boom spray. I started brewing another batch of the PK booster compost tea including extra bat guano, earthworm castings, bembe, big bloom, and kelp me kelp you. It should be ready on Sunday. SATURDAY: Went boating...no time for gardening. SUNDAY: It was 108f today...miserably hot....I douched her with about a half-gallon of compost tea... MONDAY: She stretched another inch or so..
