Last week of Ozz! I’m getting some nice trichromes. Surprisingly, she doesn’t smell much, but she’s still beautiful. She also has the best ratio of buds to leaves out of the three plants of the same strain. I’ll start trimming Dorel by Friday and #4 this weekend to free some space. Then it’ll be Ozz’s turn on Sunday or Monday. The relative humidity levels are getting dangerously high, but the temperatures are still fine until next week. Since she’s covered, I have good hopes she’ll hold. No additional bud has rotted since two weeks ago :)) Just finished trimming Dorel and will do #4 tomorrow. Fan leaves were super frosty so I kept them to cook, ended with 17g of trim (only fan leaves and too small buds) as well as 37g of dry buds. Not much but it was the smallest plant of the 3 by far, I wasn’t expecting more. First taste test was really conclusive, looking forward to testing again after some curing! Edit before I complete the harvest section, all 3 plants cut and just Ozz remaining to dry and trim. Terrible outcome for #4 as I had to throw more than half of the plant away due to bud rots. I’m still really confused about what happened: the day before harvest I noticed and removed 3 bud rots from the plant - so far so good. All remaining buds were fine, but when trimming I realised every single top was maroon-ish at the base and I could clearly see a start of mold when opening some of them. Although I could clearly confirm what it was with a 30x lens, the white spots were extremely scarce and small (less than 1x1mm each time). It doesn’t seem really coherent with how it should have spread. Nonetheless, I didn’t take risk and threw away any bud where I could identify white mold with the lens, and put aside the ones where I had a doubt in pop corns (the “7g maybe”, cf below) to track the evolution. A quick summary of the harvest so far: - Dorel: 250g wet, 37g dry / 17g trim (54g total) - #4: 450g wet, 33g dry / 7g maybe / 29g trim (62-69g total) + a lot thrown away - Ozz: only weighted the two bigger canopie I cut, 162g+142g≈300g wet. It represents around half of the whole plant (probably less, but stem included), so around 5-600g wet total. Still have a few days before I start trimming, but considering the hassle I might start early to not be overwhelmed.

Day 52 - before pic/vid pulled em both out scrubbed tanks..... moved em into a different tent, with a different light.... did up completely different solutions, and currently still building it all.... Day 53 - still buildin... vids of new home... Nutrifield, Rock Nitro, 1200-1500 ppm and 6.5 PH.... see if we can give em a good boost.... left em in pure water before puttin em in new solution.... Day 57 - pics vid.... been adjusting ph... down to 5.8.... they are just growin along nicely in the new home... got a fan for the tent... looks good tho... solution temp is abit high, fan will fix that..... changed just the tanks to 5lt Cereal containers, they are alot taller, more room below the container... fits perfect.... Day 1 has no updates, Temps are optimal now and the girls are thriving in late flower. Lights remain 100% power and I expect the buds to continue to develop and stack on some weight. For a first grow I feel this has been a successful experiment and experience. Day 3 of week 10 Plant A is cut and drying, I chose to cut it because the increase in unexpectedheat almost sent it back into veg. The tricomes were cloudy mainly so I figured it would be best to chop it and not risk it turning hermie. Had really dense buds will update the dried weight.

Did more tie downs, she's very resilient. Planning to flip to flower end of this week. debating when to remove root protection, before or after flower. Love being able to interact with plants on a daily.. got a 5×5 in flower and that tent is just in auto mode lol.. Happy growing

So this week I defoliated a bit more, now you can clearly see that they look better and there's more light going through especially in the middle of each plant. I had a little deficiency of K with one plant of Blue widow but I started to give the right amount of BioFlores after the transition from Veg. phase. The Blue widow ones are apparently going faster than Royal medic, (Royal medic plants are in the front on the sides, only 2 out of 5 plants). Overall I experiencing the variations' genes of each seed and I can clearly see that some plants go well than others and the importance of a "Mother plant" for consistency but unfortunately I cannot afford, right now, another grow room for this scope. I am not happy with this strain, but I blame myself, I dried it to quick, allowed a lot of airflow in the dry closet when I should of kept the airflow as minimal as possible, slower you dry the bud, the better the result when it it comes to bud size, aesthetics, aroma, smoothness and when smoking it, the taste on your pallet will be fantastic. However I am hopeful when I bake this strain, I will be amazed 😇

Another week is over. Got an upgrade on my ventilation. Bought a scrog net, decided to scrog for the first time. Noticed deficiencies starting to show up. Gave all the the ladies 2L distilled water Mixed 10L distilled water with 20ml connoisseur grow 10 ml calmag 7 grams of great white powder 20ml of tarantula PPM 748 PH 5.6 They got the distilled water first 2 hours later they got 0.8L of tapwater. The white haze only got 2L of the distilled water with the nutrient mix. With the next watering I will give them 4ml/L fertiliser, I think they are starting to get hungry, because they have now used up all the fertiliser in the soil, I used plagron lightmix.
