I started feeding liquid nutrients this week. Although I’m using Nature’s Living Soil Super Soil Autoflower Concentrate mixed with Fox Farm Ocean Forest—so technically I could water only until harvest—I decided to begin liquid feeding in Week 3 at half the recommended dose. I also have a Tray2Grow Autopot system for automatic bottom feeding, but I haven’t activated it yet. When using liquid nutrients via top feeding, I’d need to turn the Autopot system off and wait until the plants absorb all the water in the tray before feeding from the top. Afterward, I’d have to manually turn the system back on. That seems like a hassle compared to just hand-watering and feeding. I could technically add the liquid nutrients to the Autopot reservoir, but that somewhat defeats the purpose of the system. The tank holds 25 gallons—enough to last a few weeks—but if I want to change or rotate nutrients weekly, I’d have to dump the remaining water and remix the solution each time. If I wanted to feed nutrients every other watering, I’d be changing out the tank every 3 days. Plus, liquid nutrients can cause buildup, so I’d need to clean the reservoir and all the tubing regularly. For now, I’ll stick with hand-watering and top feeding. I’ll only switch to the Autopot system if I need to leave town.

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. BANANA PURPLE PUNCH - 420 FAST BUDS This plant started off stunted and looking all round unhealthy but I gave hear time lowered her nutrients and she’s come right back to life forming nice dense dark purple buds … The smell is amazing she smells of berries and lemony woody gassy smell. Nothing like banana if you ask me! Cannot wait to smoke this strain DRSHOTZUK

Week 10 their wasn’t any real changes. Girl #1 starting to gain more weight. Her smell is also increasing. She smells like citrus/ pineapples undertones. Girl #2 still hasn’t shown any flowering. It’s been 70 days and I’m starting to get worried. I’m gonna let her go until girl #1 finishes than I will start to panic. I fear she may be a 100 day to flower pheno . If nothing changes in the coming weeks I may treat her like a photo or just get rid of her !? Thank you for viewing my diary.

Really happy with this plant so far, surprised how big she is and she is still stretching away nicely too. Wasnt really sure on my timings here with training as first time scrogging an autoflower and wasn't entirely sure it would even work but pleasantly surprised so far.

She looks very nice on her first week, developing at a good pace. Let's see how she performs, can't wait to start training her.

Day 65 since seed touched soil. Big disaster in garden !!! I added epsom salt and didnt phed , was in a rush to overtime, they dranked in 3 days , that was unexpected .... AK has root damage as rest, but on canopy i found 5 spotted leaves too, reminds calcium .... Hate myself, ph test kit was on table too, prepared, i just f@cked up in rush ... Running out of space. Mars Hydro TSL2000 is doing great job, two plants are like 5 cm away , still no signs of burn. Try to keep humidity in 65-70 % range, temps around 22, nights 20. All works. Will top up this week with next watering, want to give one plain. Wrong Ph led to slow uptake, AK is in limbo, behind couple days by weight, if troubles are bigger than i see now - maybe even 3-4. So sad .... One time wrong ph and you can damage garden heavily ... Close up bud photos were taken under max light, so colours are false. Day 66. Damage is done, see calcium rusty spots around,leaf colour not the best ... At least drinking normally, loaded 5 liters yesterday eve. Hope to do watering and top up this Friday. Day 68. They drink fast, 3 days were needed only. Loaded 5 liters again. Made top up. See bleaching, raised lights , have 10 cm left. Top up was dosed, mixed well and laid on top, then i rough and mix top lair of soil with top up and only then i water. All pots are 30 litres ( grams and ml , have in mind ) : Plant Success - Great White - 5 ml / pot Ecothrive - Biosys - 5 ml / pot Ecotrive - Charge - 120 ml / pot Ecothrive - Life Cycle - 60 g. / pot Ecothrive - Bio Blend - 200 ml / pot. Week 9 D66. Mad how far she is behind. She only started first signs of stigma, (flowering, pistons, white hairs) 14-18 days ago. So by right you should give any auto up to 55 days of flowering. I know some say 70days from seed-harvest but you start counting once you see signs of flowering, no auto will be done under 40 days, has to have at the very very least 40days and even then she still more than likely could still happily bake for 14days and not bend a leaf in unhappiness. You always wanna go by the trichomes either way. Am pushing the PPM up by a couple 100, she can take it. Am going to give her another 20days on this mix 3 weeks and then change it up by dropping nutes and cutting the PPM at least by half a week before the 2 week flush, (when I say flush, I just mean just flawless finish with no run-off and let the plant finish up on that. This being the course if nothing comes up. But you never know with autos. RH is steady at 65% in the tent and 55-58% in the room temp is 21 with lights off and on its 26c. 15/3/22 Taking a lovely overall shape. Going to have some nice long colas hopefully. This was my first attempt at growing autos she triggered a little to early being the reason she is so squatty but I'm sure she's still going to be just as good as a plant twice her size I most definitely learned a lot about the auto flower that I didn't know before so I made adjustments on my second auto flower that I'm growing she is about 40 inches in height and filling out nicely i'm going to let the plant pictured go another week or so to make sure she's completely done I will post pictures and video of the harvest

Just in case, I’ve put two more seeds in the paper towel method as backups. Two of them germinated on the 8th, while the other was affected by the lamp falling. Well between the gnats, and ph issues I think she came out great. Great smell. Frosty buds. Will upload a harvest video if it let's me. The P4000 light from Viparspectra worked great.
