Fungus gnats were in full effect here due to the Down-to-Earth potting mix. That stuff doesn't drain worth a damn! I had just sprayed the plants with neem oil and soap in this video... and needless to say that didn't turn out well (more to follow) In other news, the French Macaron roots were growing like crazy at this point.

Finally time has come to chop down plants 1&2. They look ready and trichomes are mostly cloudy with some embers. Both plants weight 750 grams as whole. I would assume there is around 30-40 grams dry on each, but we would have to dry cure and than return with results. 3rd plant can probably go for another week, she looks like she can get her buds bigger, also still many many white pistils. She is looking very promising with very long buds (: 3rd plant chopped after 1 week, weighs 500 grams wet as whole. Joining the 2 other girls in the closet

FLOWERING WEEK 1 - 4TH DAY FLOWERING/WORM TEA

I'm gonna jump right in..👨‍🌾 The high stress technique I have used a couple days ago called super cropping, I (tried more or less) to keep the canopy under control and more even. This also allow lower bud sites to rise to the top and slow down the 'stretching'. 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌞🌞🌞🌞 The trade in doing it at this stage, is that the plant is also focusing more on healing the stems instead of total focus on the buds. But I'm probably early enough in the flower stage they will make it up by having more strong stems in the end. That's because the points they are broken now are gonna heal back more strong.💪💪💪 I've added some nutrients to help them heal. Aptus is working great with my organic soil👍😎💚 🌊💦 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 As you maybe have seen I've added some extra lights. This are Mars Hydro's new Adlite's. Here is some info about them in my own words.👨‍🌾 -IR 15, is a infrared light that is promoting extra photosynthesis. Basically long wave length of lights that will penetrate leaves and hit the stems, so the idea is stems will be more strong and be able to carry bigger buds. -UV 30, is a ultraviolet light that will try to mimic the radiation that comes of the sun. A little explanation about what this does to the plant in nature is that the plant will make it's own sunblock oil in the form of trichomes. So by adding this light the idea is that the plant is gonna work more to block this 'radiation'. -Deep Red 30, is like the title maybe already explained a red light booster. In nature the spectrum of the sun changes with the season, so it's easy to explain the sun will get more intense and contains more red in the summer. The wavelength of red is also pretty long like the 'infrared' these will sometimes penetrate leaves and hit stems and lower buds. The idea is more photosynthesis.

Das intensive LST und das Entfernen störender Blätter hat dazu geführt, dass die Blüten sehr gleichmäßig Sonnenlicht bekommen und später in der Blüte die Luft gut zirkulieren kann. Zwei Tage der Woche standen die Pflanzen unter der Markise, es hat über Stunden heftig geregnet. Das Gießen läuft wie gewohnt nach Gefühl. An heißen Sonnentagen bis zu 1,5 Liter.

Roots really took me by surprise, was not expecting that. Yet apparently are very healthy and rather have too much root than not enough. Giving the girls no more grow nutrients and still been having to add water daily. Due to the overgrown roots causing drain flow issues, I separated the girls into 2 systems. 2 buckets per reservoir and slowed the feed to accommodate the slower drainage flow. As far as I know they seem to be doing good...growing and flowering. 😀 Definitely need to look into larger buckets, 7 gallon buckets are expensive and not much more room, yet might be the way to go. 1" drains need to happen.

I’ve had to remove the humidifier to manage the RH. I also had to remove the carbon filter that lost its efficacy when I pumped the RH during seedling stage. QueStion. Which location in my 4x2 tent ? At canopy? Between canopy and light? Above light?

Day 105. I do not have enough experience to tell if that is a long time to finish for an autoflower. 2 Days ago I added 8 liters of water pH'd at 5.9. I'm also curious of anyone knows if this strain produces amber colored thrichomes. I've read some stuff on the internet that certain strains produce almost none at all. I can't tell of people are telling the truth or I just should have more patience and wait for them to show up. The close-up pictures you see are from day 105. Almost all her sugar leafs are yellowish or completely yellow btw. I forgot to make recent pics of the cola's. I'll add some of day 103. On a sidenote, by the looks of it, the buds are still gaining some nice mass and density. The runoff had an us/cm of 4500... Like I said before, my meter must be broken, right? After 48 hours of flushing I'll just change the water for pH'd at 5.9. Does anyone know what kind of bugs are in the runoff? The video is of the water that came out of the bucket. I've seen them before for did not capture them. Vorblüten. Insgesamt wirken sie gesund, mit kräftig grünen Blättern und ohne Anzeichen von Mangel oder Stress. Die Beleuchtung läuft nun im 12/12-Zyklus. Der Abstand zur Lampe wird regelmäßig kontrolliert und angepasst, um Verbrennungen zu vermeiden. Die Temperaturen liegen tagsüber bei etwa 26 - 28 Grad, nachts bei 18–20 Grad. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit pendelt sich bei etwa 45 bis 50 Prozent ein. Die Pflanzen werden alle zwei bis drei Tage nach Bedarf gegossen. Diese Woche gab es die erste Gabe Blütedünger mit reduziertem Stickstoffanteil und mehr Phosphor und Kalium. EC- und pH-Werte liegen im optimalen Bereich. Ein Schädlingscheck verlief ohne Befund. Alles läuft reibungslos.
