The only thing that happened this week was that I added under-canopy lighting. I don't expect much as it's a cheap light with only 24W (four LED strips x 6W), but since it was just lying around, I figured I might as well use it.

Hi all . This will be the last week of these girls now . They’ve both been flushing with RO water and I will continue that a couple more days before harvest . They are certainly ready and cannot wait to have the final result dryed and tasted . The smells from these girls is unreal . They have a strong fruity smell and are sticky as hell . It’s going to be messy when harvesting !. Couple more days flushing and I’ll give them the chop and hang to dry . I’ll update with a harvest once that’s done . 8/23 I WATERED THE NATURAL MK ULTRA AND THE 10TH PLANET IN THE BACK WITH A GALLON AND THE TWO TENS SPLIT A GALLON. It's hotter today and the wind is picking up. I wish I had gotten rid of that plant when I thought to. Oh well. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and treat things. Smell is increases as well as flower size. However I'm noticing more leaves that are yellowing and falling off. Smell has intensified. The special kush in late flower doesn't seem to be producing trichomes like it should. Or maybe it's still early. I see some but by this time I would think it would be frosty as hell! It's rained like once this summer. I've put tons of work into defoliating. I'm not sure if I'll try a controlled spray trying to avoid buds or if I should use a sponge and just hit every leaf. At least I'm seeing that the buds are still expanding and smelling despite these invisible Bastards. It's not like I see them. Even my traps only caught like one. I'll update as I go. EDIT: WATERED THE TENTH PLANET AND THE LATE SOECIAL KUSH 1 GAL. PLAN ON FEEDING TOMORROW. I DID A SHIT TON OF DEFOLIATION. I DONT SEE ADULT THRIPS BUT I SEE THE EGGS AND SHIT IN THE CREVICE AND SOMETHING IS COMING AND EARING SMALL LOWER FOLIAGE. I RIPPED TWO INTERIOR BRANCHES OFF THE PLANTS I TREATED BEFORE WITH CITRIC ACID BECAUSE I FOUND A COUPLE STOPS OF MOLD ON THE STEM. AFTER RESEARCHING THRIPS WITH A.I. UNTIL IT LITERALLY CHANGED PROTOVAL AND STOPPED HELPING ME SAYING IT DANT HELP CULT8VATE CANNABIS AFTER GIVING ME SEVERAL DIFFERENT INSTRUCTIONS AND OPTIONS. I SCREENSHOTTED THEM THOUGH. I USED THE SAME MIXTURE OF CITRIC ACID AMD DAWN ONLY HALF STRENGTH AND HIT THE 10TH PLANET AND PINK KUSH THAT ARE PATIENT ZERO. THEN I TOOK A SPONGE AND EITHER DEFOLIATED OR WIPED THE LEAVES WITH A SPONGE AND SAME CONCOTION ON THE SPECIAL KUSH IN THE TEN. I DEFOLIATED MORE AND THEN "SPOT TREATED" A FEW LEAVES ON A BOTTOM BRANCH OF THE 10TH PLANET WITH MITE X. I'M WAITING UNTIL THE MORNING TO SEE THE RESULTS AND BEFORE I MOVE FORWARD. I HAVE ORGANOCIDE BEE SAFE AND I KNOW IT WORKS GOOD BUT IT SMELLS LIKE SHIT. IM HOPING ILL FIGURE THIS OUT. 8/24 Didn't have time to do a video or take any pictures. I pit a lot of work in the garden yesterday. I removed a couple small branches that had mold on the stem. If I had listened to my intuition and moved that plant (instead of listening to my dad) I probably could've negated this mess. Windy as hell yesterday. Maybe that's why I don't see mich damage from the thrips. The runt in the 50 has some silver ingredients on it. I'm considering using spinosad. Those are way earlier in flower and that shit WORKS. WATERED TODAY;BIG MK ULTRA 1.5, THREE IN THE BACK ROW, CHEMDOG AND TENTH PLANET ALL GOT 1 GALLON. THE TWO TENS SPLIT A GALLON. I THEN FED EVERYTHING WITH A QUART OF FOOD. I'll keep an eye out on the dosage and see what the can handle. I left out plant doctor as I'm dealing with thrips. Took a leaf that looked like sep off the pink kush in the 50 with half used soil. The plants that I treated with citric acid looked no worse for the wear and actually BETTER than they hadcthe day before. The other 10th planet and the Pink kusg in the ten are the worst. If I can't beat it I may junk them. I'm planning on treatingvtge plants I didn't yesterday tonight. I may use a different treatment I'm not sure. EDIT: Went back over and took a few pics and a video. I defoliated a SHIT TON of leaves. I can just tell the ones that the thrips have been sucking and laying eggs. It's windy as hell. Plants are going crazy. I'm wondering if the wind will hurt the thrips. Maybe I should've just stood with the wind at my back and throw a buNch of D.E. in the air and have it coat the plants. I'm scared of using d.e. because it absorbs so much water. It's like 80%! The year I had fusarium I put a bunch of d.e. on the soil and it retained water like a mofo. The plants I treated showed no I'll effects. I'm th8nkobg I'm going to remove patient zero and isolate it. And I'm considering using spinosad on the pink kush. What would you do? If you had to use something in the middle of flower or loss your crop which would you choose? I'll probably just use citric acid or the rubbing alcohol. I don't know. I'll keep it updated. I LOOKED ONLINE FOR PREDATORS BUT IT APPEARS TO BE TO LATE OR EXPENSIVE. I MAY LOOK FOR AN OVERNIGHT SHIPMEBT OF LOST COAST PLANT THERAPY OR SOMETHING BUT WILL THAT WORK SUBSTANTIALLY BETTER THAN A DIY VERSION? ILL EITHER ORDER SOMETHING TONIGHT OR PICK UP THE LAST FEW INGREDIENTS I NEED TOMORROW. LOOKING THROUGH THE GARDEN THOUGH EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT! I WISH THE TRICOMES WOULD DEVELOP A LITTLE FASTER ON THE EARLY SPECIAL KUSH BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS. THESE GIRLS HAVE BEEN THROUGH HELL AND BACK ARE REAL TROOPERS. 8/25 I thought about putting the late flowering special kush in the barn because it looks cloudy and we are supposed to get rain. I chose to wait until I got back but it started raining already. It's not raining right now but it will probably start again. I'm just worried because I haven't staked the branches. It's a strong plant though. I'll check on her when I get back. I'm looking for some Castille soap this morning and the rest of the things to make a diy lost coast plant therapy. The plants look good though and the flowers are really stacking up. I don't see that silvery shit so it doesn't look like it's spreading real fast. The pink kush is in early flower and I'm considering spinosad for them. They have a long ways to go. I'm not sure. I may just use the diy spray. I'm not sure.

This girl has been my favorite since since I tried growing her outdoors this year but she got pinched . The aroma and the colour of the buds is great. The team at dinafem had some of the best genetics in the game I'm so in love. The plant was transplanted this week and she took it very well with lots of new growth and branches stretching all over . I'm going g to stretch her out some more this week can't wait to see her grow out ...

Buds getting bigger

Took a while to get there but OMG little note quick! So I started her in a 1 litre pot and stuck her on top of a 1.5L Pepsi bottle with the top chopped off! And she yielded heavily for that amount of soil a whopping! 224.63 wet weight so can’t wait to see what she holds dry because them buds were like boulders! So dense! I will be back to document her dry weight and then a couple of weeks later with the update on the smoke report! But I know it’s going to be so loud! She has deep pungent aromas like gassy and sweet! She’s going to be a powerhouse! She was a little over as today a banana developed but that just tells me “well done” timing just right! She’s a little long for my taste of auto but I do suggest anyone grow her she’s amazing! In the end!

This plant has been growing at a steady constant rate since they sprouted..I have topped them a week ago and they both appear to recovering well. I still feed basic GHE nutrients with the addition of Orca and Terpinator alll at 1/2 per gallon unless the plants ask for more and trust me you’ll know :) anyway they’re gonna be flipped next week was just letting them build up as much as possible.

Man this week has been taking forever, my theory is it will only get slower relative to harvest just because my excitement. I top dressed with about 2 inches of worm castings with an eyeballed mix of 2tbps of bone meal (3-14-0, bloom fert.), 1.5-2tbps of Gaia green all purp.(4-4-4, I don’t have an actual potassium fert. Like leingbenite So I use this), 3tbps of dr earth kelp meal (1-.05-2 has many different vitamins, amino acids, carbohydrates) and 2tbps of mykos (for microbiology inoculation and nutrient uptake/upkeep). So I every time I water I have this old 2gallon water tin that I usually fill up about a quarter to half way full. Using this amount of water and the 5 gallon bucket of my soil mix makes my watering schedule once every 3 days (on average). I do use bottle nutrients but it’s mainly for the supplementing. For feeding I use 2-3ml to half a gallon for all bottle nutrients, I have never gone over, and I have never had deficiency’s that can hinder plant development. Deficiency's: PSA: Now if anyone happens to read and actually look at my plants please do look closely and maybe let me know if you see something that I have missed since I’m still very new. I noticed my plant was having a cal mag issue so that’s why I top dressed with worm castings, I also top dressed with about 3tbps of azomite (I feel using azomite it may help with all those unnoticeable deficiency’s that a new grower might miss). I’ve been noticing on some of the leaves the very tips are showing discoloring, since the color is still so vibrant mostly I can rule out nitrogen, phosphorus, Iron, manganese, and sulphuric. It’s still very early stage so I did an extremely light foliage feeding (in the dark to prevent UV damage) of 2ml of big bud, big bloom, and tiger bloom, mixed into half a liter of water, I then emptied the spray bottle and sprayed with tap water just to make sure there’s no nute burning. Today I fed the plant through water amendments with 3ml of big bud, 3ml of bud candy, 3ml of big bloom, and 2ml of tiger bloom;(my theory is hopefully the nutrient deficiency’s will go away) My soil mix is pretty basic. 40% coco, 10% perlite, 10% well composted chicken manure, 20% black gold compost, 20% worm castings. I’m not going to put the fertilizer amendment percentage to be honest I eye ball it but there’s a rough general measurements that I do.

Day 49: Week 7 behind 8s mow and onto the final stretch now. These ladies have been great performers for me in the grow I wish I had more of them to do !!!... Fft#9 is bursting with fresh pistils again now and should swell like a trooper this week. Rhe bids are rock solid under the new pistils and her smellnis so sweet like picked fruit now.Their size is more than I expected but had hoped they would attain before the final swell and ripening. She has a good few hidden gems tucked away below decks too which will be fun to find on harvest and trim. Her biggest main is doing excellent and a great guide for her siblings to grow too hopefully. FFT#10 Is looking mean and nasty in a good way. Her darkness warns of impending loss of clarity and vision if messed with in my opinion !!!. lol She looks so different to the other ladies and her bud structure is below the main tops is a little less compacted. She is covered in trichs and her can sweetness is blatent at the slightest touch. She wanted to grow her way throughout the grow and even when tied and bent , she found a way to upset the symmetrical desire I had in mind Cant beat an independent lady who knows best !. She is so tacky when handled too. I thought she was so close to finish but she is still putting a few new pistils out over her mains so she may go another 2 weeks too. I am determined to hit the sweet spots with these two ladies and am also applying a little drought stress for the next 7 days This is to test the theory out a little and see if we can get them as pitent as possible too. fingers crossed Growmies. be safe and well. thanks for stopping by. the plants are not too leafy but still need a bit defoliation around week 3 and 6 of flower, depending on how u grow this ofcourse next time i would bend them more in the net. anyway the buds are rockhard even at the bottom where there was no light.
