Hello Growmies, Week 12 with our Epic Buzz is showing us just how remarkable this plant truly is. The development has been nothing short of amazing, and there's an electric sense of anticipation for what's to come, not only with this beauty but also with the future Epic Buzz cultivars. The plant has fully embraced its flowering stage, with the buds stretching along the colas and starting to display a frosty coat of trichomes. These sticky crystals are not just limited to the buds; some of the larger fan leaves are getting their share of the sparkle too. The buds themselves are clustering so tightly around the colas that they're beginning to fill in the gaps, giving rise to the hope that they might just form those perfect, gapless spears we all aim for. Observing the plant, we see a thriving, verdant structure; a tapestry of green that stands tall and proud under the glow of the grow lights. The canopy is dense, the stems are sturdy, and the overall health of the plant is exemplified by the vibrancy of its leaves and the rapid development of its buds. The setup, with its careful arrangement of lights and ventilation, creates an ideal micro-environment for growth—a harmonious space where Epic Buzz can express its genetic potential to the fullest. Each picture is a snapshot of a different angle, revealing the uniformity of the growth and the care that's been put into maintaining such a healthy grow. The close-ups of the buds show the trichomes starting to build up, hinting at the potency and flavor that await. It’s clear that the Epic Buzz is on a stellar path, and with the diligent care, it’s receiving—regular feedings, reservoir top-ups to prevent any more lockouts, and the optimal light schedule—it's all set to continue on this trajectory. Stay Lifted, Salokin

Slight nute burn this week! Did a heavy defoliation and now I’m low on fan leaves. Any thoughts?

Been doing a lot of tweaking with the new gear and multiple sets of plants. Been quite a busy week and probably behind a bit on keeping track of everything. I'm currently working on trying to get better charts made to keep track of things like light schedules, detailed feedings, height change per day, etc. My current setup is my oldest 1st set of plants (5plants) and my 3rd set (6 seedlings), in my new 4x4 Vivosun grow tent equipped with a Spider Farmer SF-1000. I have kept my 2nd set of plants (4plants) in my original 4x2 Vivosun equipped with 600W Vivosun LED. These plants had been extremely stressed due to not having soil or containers available with shipping constraints. They've been doing a lot better since then and I'm hoping they make a full recovery. Fingers crossed! Running 24hr light schedule. Both tents equipped with temp/hygro high and low ranging from about 71-81°F with an average of about 78°F. Watering by plant pot weight, according to GH FloraTrio + CalMag Schedule. Mild LST via tucking of leaves blocking developing sites. No more than 3 leaves removed per plant, per day to avoid stress. ______________________________________ Can't wait to start upgrading the quality of my journals and to hear you all's feedback! Happy growing and good vibes as always 🌱 ______________________________________ 4/29/20 - Update Okeydoke! Feel like I've been doing too much running around everywhere. Sorry for being so hectic the past week or so if anyone has been keeping up with this 😂 For the time being, I'm currently running all three sets of my plants in my 4x4 tent. It's running all three of my fans, both lights and has the carbon filter system and humidifier hooked up to it as well. I basically have the other 4x2 just sitting as a shell for the moment. Either planning to save it for climate control when curing the first harvest or sell it to invest in another Spider Farmer SF-1000 LED or equivalent and possibly another 4x4 tent. I have started a grow chart that's still a little sketchy but if nothing else having it here hells me keep up with it that much better. [April 24th @ 3pm] Plant 1- (11in.) 2- (9in.) 3- (14.75in.) 4- (13in.) 5- (10.75in.) [April 26th @ 1:30pm] Plant 1- (11in.) 2- (9.5in.) 3- (18in.) 4- (14in.) 5- (11.5in.) [April 27th @ 12pm] Plant 1- (11.5in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (20.5in) 4- (15.25in.) 5- (11.5in) [April 29th @ 4am] Plant 1- (12in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (23in.) 4- (16in.) 5- (11.75in.) [April 30th @ 3:30pm] Plant 1- (12.25in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (25.75in.) 4- (16.75in.) 5- (12in.) ______________________________________ The most current batch of nutrient mixes for was made this morning about (2am 4/29/20) for the 1st and second set of plants. The first set of plant's nutrients was made to 4gal of water. The mix is a ratio of (Cal-Mag/GHMicro/GHGro/GHBloom) It's mixed (for the 4gal) in order; 10mL, 5mL, 10mL, 10mL. 440ppm @ 98.5°F 890EC @ 2.2°F us/cm This new nutrient mix was applied for the first time tonight and will run about a week. I'm running a bit behind according to the GH schedule I was following due to stunting the growth I felt like over a couple issues to where I have them an extra week of veg nutrients. As I have defoliated them and they have seemed to take it pretty well, I'm hoping the increase in bloom nutrients will kick the buds into overdrive for production and the plants will start to thicken up again. The second mix follows the same order as the first set in regards to nutrient usage. This mix is only mixed to one gallon. It as follows; 2.5mL, 2.5mL, 1.25mL, 2.5mL. 500ppm @ 98.6°F 992EC @ 0.4°F us/cm This is mostly following the same GH nutrient schedule as the first set only about 2 weeks behind. These plants suffered from being in too small of containers for too long and I believe this stunted their growth. I've had them in suitable new containers for a couple days now and hoping this new mix of increased nutrients will bring them back to life a bit and get them back in schedule. I'm honestly not too sure still about the ppm and EC numbers but a few bud-dies have mentioned that it plays important roles in plant health. So until I can better research good numbers and how to control it for my set up, I'm at the very least trying to keep track of the data. I apologise about this large chunk of text! I hope you enjoy the diary anyway in spite of the fact. I'm loving the look of the buds and everything seems to be going great. Only a few months to go! 😎

It has continued to be Too Hot here in the UK, so in an effort to mitigate further foxtailing (and after a nine-day flush) I think we’re ready to harvest!

I'm starting pre-flowering, letting it adapt and revegetate a bit. I would have liked to give it more, but I've learned my lesson for next time, maximizing my results. I'm waiting for some Under Canopy lights to try them out and I've been trying to finish the grow room. And I need to change this SCROG net; I didn't like it, you can't guide everything properly.

Hung for 8 days. 75f 50-65%rh. The smell off the blueberry literally smells like if somebody blew a blueberry flavored vape in my face. I dry trimmed it and it was smelling ripe let me just say. Put it in jars and had to get rh down was floating up to about 70 but every time I opened that jar the smell got better and better. Round nugs like golf balls I smashed mine while they were wet still a little bit out of excitement and checking for dry but this bud is awesome and was strong enough to survive me so.. hope thst says enough

Welcome to my King's Tart Diary sponsored by Green House Seeds & Xpert Nutrients. Veg Days 22-45 weeks 4-6.5 Plant is loving these Nutrients. Been stuck in a 1.7L pot its grown really nice shape not stunting at all. This wk I'll move these plants from this small pots into 7pots to veg them for 3 more weeks to make em much bigger. Been a very hard job keeping these small pots balanced as the plant dries them up twice a day drinking 2x 200-250ml. So I've been feeding 2x every 6 days. And giving the low EC Nutrients as follow up feeds that v help break down the core npk Master Grow Part A+B 400-450PPM 2 FEEDS 2 TIMES EVERY 6 DAYS. FEEDS This small plant has been drinking 4-500ml a day. With it been so small I feed like this MASTER GROW PART A+B 2.4x.8 lml/1L. silica .1ml-1l 300ppm was given twice a week with 250ml feeds and 250 of just Water later that day ph was kept between 6.6 6.7 (as that's my taps ph) 1 day I make sure it gets enzymes + silica and add these in small amounts when I need to ph master grow. 1 day they get master root ph is unchanged 130ppm 250ml + 250ml of tap later that day 1 day they get calmag 150ppm added to 1L of tap and 250ml is given and water later that same day 2 Master grow Feeds every 6-7 days 250ml 300ppm 1 calmag 150ppm 2 master root, enzymesz silica used to adjust ph when needed and given solely once a week for the past 3 weeks. These have been my rough feeding table as big and old as the plant is, its size and intake of fluids plays a more important role..and doesn't need tweaking but consistency. Applied LST clips this week am going to move them into pots where they can get bigger. As these pots are to small to switch from veg to pre flower. Will veg for 2-3 more weeks. Using the same methods with slight water increase to sustain a full day without needing 2 feeds. Thanks to Xpert Nutrients for allowing me to try their whole line. Doing an amazing job. Great stressless grow that's fairly big been in such a small pot 'thus far. Using my SF-1000 until space opens and v will be moved under my SE5000 480W that's running at 80% now in my main tent. Shout out to Bella for the light Thanks to all my viewers much appreciated. I look forward to seen your diaries. Either way thanks for dropping by. Heres Xpert Nutrients gift to you DISCOUNT CODE FOR XPERT NUTRIENTS Code:GGST for 15% off & free shipping in EU.

Clipped all major fan leaves and started flushing yesterday with only 4ml/L of flawless finish. She's still very coated in resin and her smell is still very strong. No purple colors yet but she has moved from a very like green color to a more golden hue. I plan on watering/flushing every other day until next week when he reaches her 56 day mark. I may leave her a bit longer based of trichome development so we will see and until next week.............. #HappyGrowing

I like my grows to be simple, clean and efficient. The Mars 2000 plus RQS top-shelf genetics, combined with the super-simple RQS organic "Easy" line of nutes is making this beautiful grow! 6 strains, 6 healthy, thriving girls. I intentionally set 2 seeds at 3-4 intervals so I can rotate air space and have 2 harvested every 4 weeks. The organic Easy line of nutes is simple to use, clean, organic and delivers lush, healthy growth. No more mixing liquids. I feed sparingly but always give cal/mag with all waterings/feedings. I pH down water ONLY at the beginning (before feeding starts) or in between if pH runs high and I won't be feeding within 2-3 days. Feeding drops pH in coco and as nutes are consumed pH rises back to coco's neutral 7.0. Simple. I rarely water "till runoff". Lighter feedings mean less buildup. Clean. Abundant, tasty, smooth harvests is my goal and this combo delivers! I'm still enjoying last Fall's harvest of Green Gelato 😎
