As expected with regular seeds, we had both males and females, and this was the week we identified them all. From the original 12 beans, 5 revealed themselves as proud ladies while the rest — equally stunning in structure and expression — turned out to be males. 🌿 💚 Let’s talk about regular seeds and plant sex: Regular seeds are unsexed, meaning they can become either male or female. It’s a 50/50 genetic roll of the dice — and with unique mutant genetics like these, identifying sex isn’t always easy early on. Males typically show small pollen sacs, often referred to as “bananas” in their early stage. Females develop pistils, the first hairs of the flowers we’re after. Male plants, while beautiful and structurally fascinating (especially in this mutant project), can compromise a flowering room if left unchecked. Their pollen can fertilize female plants, leading to seeded buds — great if breeding, not great for clean flower. So, we say goodbye, thank them for their beauty, and move forward with the ladies to full bloom. The males? So this will be the last pictures before Harvest. The blueberry Kush is definitely ready with mostly amber colored and cloudy trichromes. The white Rhino similar, but more cloudy colored trichromes. The Caramelicious is the same as white widow about 60/40 cloudy/amber trichromes. I flushed them twice 3 gallons of purified water each fed them yesterday plain tap water ph'd to 6.3. I'm excited to see what each yeild once harvested and dried. Today Marks Day 101, it will be day 103 when I chop. This was my first grow ever and I feel like I've learned alot yet still don't know shit, lol. Thanks to everyone who helped answer my questions it helped in keeping me from panicking and over reacting. I never knew this plant required so much energy and attention. Day 49-56 (Day 1F-5F) (Day 50) Plants are all showing some odd deficiencies and lord only knows what I’m doing wrong this time. I’m guessing I overwatered as I’m seeing a N/mg deficiency. Slurricane is showing some super odd browning and crisping on the lower fan leaves. I have to flip into flower tomorrow (April 21st) as my other tent is at maximum capacity now. Plants look like shit but I have no other choice. Normally I would never do that so close to being flipped. Hopefully this will at least be worth the electricity used. (Day 1F) Switched out timers and flipped. I forgot to put my temperature controllers on the outside of the tent. I will do that ASAP as I don’t want to risk light leaks. (Day 2F) Everything is looking a little better. Ive been noticing that while my A/C is running, I don’t have full power to my light because the ballast is automatically dimming the light. I didn’t run the A/C today and the plants seem to have responded well but correlation doesn’t equal causation. (Day 3F) I decided to toss all the locos except one. I also tossed bg#1 as it shit the bed out of nowhere. Hopefully that will clear up some room in the tent for these others to start thriving. (Day 5F) Plants all responded well to the extra light. Maybe that was a big part of the problem in the first place. I had 17 plants under a 400w. I’m still only running 400w because 600w gets way too hot unless I have my carbon filter running 24/7 which I’m actually starting to consider.

I saw lots of development this week. I've top dressed with bat guano and alfalfa meal this grow to fortify the soil. They seem to like the advanced nutrients so far as well. It's getting a little smelly in the tent💪🏾

I had a pretty good overall grow with Drunken Bitch Slap from Aeque Genetics. She grew well under the Hortibloom Solux 350. It looks like she will provide several ounces of good bud when dry. She got very big and has long saggy branches with nice frost buds on it. She smells like a black licorice, and gas smell. I am very curious to how she smokes. Defoliated and fully leaf stripped. I am going all out to see what happens. Wedding gelato is a fairly tall plant for my tent and future grows will have to be properly trained and tied down. Live and learn. So far happy with the results from hydro grow. Roots have worked their way into the res so I have added an air bubbler to the submerged roots.

Really happy and healthy. Everything was flying along. Then, sadly. All my plants were hit with 2 low Ezyme & Terpinator 4.5ph feeds that screwed up a lot of my girls. These had a rough time of it but she pulls through. For the most part it's over here. Sprayed entire crop with Vita Race. It'll help with any ill affects from the growth aspect as some grows progress. I could of hard flushed. But, that would of solved the issue, only to start a whole new one that would have suppressed growth. Have been on the slow fix approach with adjusted ph of anything given into the 6.4-6.7 range. Foliar spray as given as they are. I only applied Vita Race twice as the problem has only been an issue the plant 10 days or so. From now on, everything will be PH'ed growing in co2, there really is no room for mistakes. Imbalances or any crucial nutrient like mag if that's thrown off, the whole plant(s) seedlings have suffered. There is rapid growth. I've had flips after 4 days into veg. But, things need to be FLAWLESS. Pult Alga Grow as Recommended by the maker. Will be kept on stuff listed above. 6/24/24 the videos of trichomes is from both purple octane and rs 11 Also based on trichomes. I should've counted the last week of veg as a flower week. So she's closer than we 6/25 we have clear cloudy and purple. Leaning towards her going till the end of this week. 6/28 we have about 70-80% cloudy and 20-25% amber. she's ready to go. she will be chopped tomorrow morning. 6/29 unless stated otherwise. happy growing yall, this plant is a fucking badge of honor with how beautiful she 6/28 I lied and chopped her probably 30 mins after I posted that lmao.

He ajustado el ph del riego a 5.8 para equilibrar el drenaje, pero me sigue dando alto. Igualmente regue con Top bloom 2ml x litro Y top candy 1ml x litro También añadi un riego solo con agua y luego el siguiente fue con trico mas de Namaste. El preparado de jabón neutro a calmado bastante los trips.

On day 1 the PH of the reservoir is 6.1. I changed out my reservoir. My tallest cola is 3.25" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 7"-9" from the light. I'm still getting runoff on my right plant at night maybe the low humidity drying out the pots too quick? I decided to lower the flow rate by 1 carrot (total of 2 carrots tightened since first runoff event). The leaves are starting to produce more trichomes :) On day 2 the PH of the reservoir was adjusted the PH from 6.2 to 6.1. My tallest cola is 3.25" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 7"-9" from the light. I'm starting to smell terps when the leaves are rubbed it and smells good :) On day 5 I raised my reservoirs PH from 5.8 to 6.2. I increased my blumats flow by 2 carrots. I dropped my new light on my plants splitting the trunk of the right plant. I used duct tape on the wound and the plant seems okay so far. I smashed a few top colas accidentally and hope they will be OK. I have decided to install the new light after this run when there are no plants in the box. On day 6 The reservoirs PH is 6.2. I installed my new AC infinity carbon filter and increased inline airflow to keep up with smell and humidity/transpiration.. The plants are smelling very nice. The trichomes are increasing and the buds are growing in size. So far the damaged plant shows no negative consequences 😅 On day 7 the reservoirs PH was 6.0 so I adjusted it up to 6.3. I increased the flow rate of my blumat on the right plant by one more carrot bringing it back to its original state before there was a runaway. I turned off my dehumidifier and will monitor my humidity/temperatures going forward.

Hello everyone. This week the plant took of. She's stretched quite a bit during the last days showing her sativa dominance, buds are building up nicely. Day 28 I topdressed with humus and compost mixed with 7-10 grams of organic mineral npk 5-10-15 to give her some extra feeding to start flowering. She's going thirsty every two days now so I alternated water and feeding with humus tea and molasses. Watering volume about 5-6 liters. Only training this week has been removing two or three fan leaves which were occluding the lower buds.
