This week I started to notice my stems getting dark purple and the leaf showing signs of a magnesium deficiency. This is the largest indoor plant I’ve grown so I was worried about some issue of nutrient depletion happening during flower. I added magnesium sulfate to my mix at a rate of 1/8 teaspoon per feeding. This is on top of my already 4ml per gallon of Cal/Mag. I should have noticed that I was getting nearly 50% run off all of a sudden after my stretch phase was over. I thought it was just done sucking up as much water but it was indeed a magnesium deficient that finally showed itself two weeks later. After the first dose of the Magnesium Sulfate. The very next day the plant sucked down WAY more water. It’s amazing how fast these plants can fix their problems if provided the correct environment and nutrients. The bud development is amazing so far and it’s looking like I will have some great 7-8” tops. Frost production is next level. I have 5 weeks to go and it’s unbelievably frosty on the buds and already working out to fan leafs. Time to start packing on the mass!

Just like the Goriila Zskittles this girls roots started to show at the base of the pots so I've moved her into her penultimate pot now. Next stop the smart pot. Her stem is firming up lovely and she's starting to show some lateral growth. I was slightly concerned because her growth slowed down quite a bit but from looking at her roots compared to the the skittles it's clear she's been busy down below. Overall she looks really healthy. Once the other seedlings catch up a bit ill start to ramp up the light. LST will start soon!

My gorilla melons transitioning into flower this week. Not much change in height yet but I will get a good measurement next week. I haven't had to water this plant much at all this whole summer but now that I have the canopy up top I'm gonna have to start watering more. Last day of this week got a mix of compost tea with some liquid fish. It got around 8 gallons.

I do this for myself and for a steady flow of my medicine. Everything you read and see in my diary is 100% honest and I will never distort or beautify anything here. I document my crops so that I can learn from my mistakes and also to look back at those different crops. I try to update with pictures every day and with text if something special has happened in the garden. This is my strainhunt for the best medicine and the beginning of my journey with cannabis and the cultivation of it. This is my second feminised cultivation ever. First, I'm just going to say something about my grow room. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps for bloom. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. Medical Mass is a new medical cannabis strain with a high CBD content and a low THC level that provides good medical properties without a strong psychoactive effect. This is a mostly indica plant that contains 40% sativa and 60% indica. Critical Mass and CBD rich strain were crossed to create this amazing valuable variety. The plant suits both for indoors and outdoors, for beginner and experienced growers. The strain grows up to 60 - 100 cm tall and produces good yields for such height of about 500 - 550 gr/m2. The plant demonstrates great results even in small spaces. The flowering time takes only 7-8 weeks and the harvest comes in late September. Having to constantly move the ties as each branch keeps pulling in closer together , keeping on top of defoliation starting to get a weak smell when opening the tent overall plants healthy

Week 3 of flowering! I am planning on moving the girls into a bit bigger tent (70x70x160) so hopefully I have a bit more room to grow tall. They will probably reach about 60 cm and that is the limit for the current tent. I hope to get the humidity down to the range of 40%, but this month is very humid in Berlin 😶‍🌫️

Day 56 (flowering day 16): My stars of the show right here. These plants are beasts. I can only imagine how they would grow outside. I managed to get #1 as she had just gone to sleep. Her wilted look is due to having enough light for the day so she has dropped off like granny after Christmas Dinner while the kids carry on .lol The structures on these are amazing. They have een slower to flower and I expect a mid Jan 2020 harvest. #1 Sleeping beauty has not missed a beat the whole grow. She continues to wring every last morsel of nutrition from her soil. Tons of bud sites and each branch is looking like a mini version of a whole plant!!. #2 has een moved to the outside for more ligjt and so I can watch her more. she has shown signs of calmag issues so I have made sure to keep that up with the mega crop too. #3 while a lot less wide , has a very thick under belly to her branching. she should support a lot of weight. These ladies will benefit from the earlier harvested strains by getting a light each it seems. let's see what 300w each can do for their lady two weeks. Merry Christmas all
