. FIRST DAYS ------------- A week after the first slight lollipopping, I repeat the operation. The biggest one is now 49 cm; the girls are still growing well. I raised the lamps slightly but moved them to 35 cm from the canopy, so they are not experiencing any light stress. They are also drinking more: with 1 liter, the soil is now dry in a day. Their buds are swelling every day, two of them more than the others. And a slight smell is starting to escape from the tent when I open it 😉 MIDWEEK ----------- Midweek, growth remains steady. The tallest one has reached 54 cm. No operations today : no lollipopping or defoliation. The buds are swelling, the trichomes are spreading; what more could you ask for? 😊 The injured plant shows a slight discoloration on the top shoots ; it’s the only one affected. I suspect an iron deficiency, probably due to a accumulation of salts in the substrate (I’ve been feeding it the same regimen as the others, even though it’s less vigorous). I’ll need to adjust its doses and probably give it a light flush with demineralized water. I’ll give it three days of observation before doing so.

Wow! She has been upgraded to a 4x4 tent with 600w of flowering lights (2x Mars Hydro TSL2000; 300w each) and she is LOVING IT! Continuing on the Early Bloom nute schedule and holding a super-solid pH/EC through the end of this week. Her uptake has started to slow, so I'm thinking that she is close to being done with stretch. She is definitely going crazy with buds as it looks to me like they swell more each day. I've been very happy with her growth so far; impressed even. I'm just hoping that the increased lighting doesn't cause her to herm due to the close distance. I had originally planted 2 purple kush and 2 fucking incredible autoflower seeds by crop king seeds. 1 purple kush never sprouted. So I planted in its place a white widow.

Managed to pull exactly 4oz off my first ever grow! Really impressed with the look of the buds and the density of them, along with the resin production is insane! Only negative feedback I can give so far is that it smells nothing like any Mimosa I've come across and it smells extremely strong like an intense citrusy cleaning product! It's really off-putting at this moment in time especially when I burp the jars, the smell is very intense! I read a few threads mentioning that sometimes this is normal and the cure mellows it out eventually. I also read that Clementine has a very intense cleaning product exhale to it and aroma, which is leading me to think that this pheno is leaning more towards the Clementine more than the Purple Punch and that will really make me sad, cause the reason I love Mimosa is cause of the strong berries flavor and aroma! Oh well I managed to pull 3 seeds out while doing a close trim so that's a bonus! Was a goal I was aiming for after hearing about a method from a friend and it paid off perfect cause those were the only 3 seeds in the whole crop and they look exactly identical to the one I germinated for this grow and the rest of the others in the pack! Lets hope they all turn out to be females!🤞 Well it's been a hell of an experience and I'll definitely be back with another run very soon! Both plants have almost stopped growing in heigth now and are in full flowering mode now. Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) Plant #1 is 15 cm shorter than plant #2, but a little bushier. Both have grown very well and are strong and healthy. They get more and more flower clusters now and start to fill up all branches. Trichomes start to appear all over...the plants start to get sticky and develop a weak sweet aroma now. Its time to take off the biggest fan leaves now for defoliation, I took a round of pics before and after.

Candy is growing well. She has been vegging well. I have not done much to her but let her grow this last week. Everything is going well. Day 78 - pheno 1 was cut down, id normally hang dry the whole plant but decided to do it in branches instead. Second pheno has been left in darkness as i haven't had the time to cut. Pheno one is hung up and drying.. Room Humidity 60/60. As soon as she's dry enough I'll finish trimming her up. Then put them into jars. Might use boveda 60% packs but I'll see. Smells strong! Switched to flower nutes too early. Back to full strength terp tea grow 711. Atleast for the next 2 weeks, maybe less. 5/1/24 Plant is stretching now. FYI just to clarify, I switched lights to 12/12 on 4/20 but I am considering her being in veg still until I see more pistils. Probably the end of this week. After a 2 week transition period 5/3 2 days later and I need to get my damn camera in the tent! This stretch is starting to look like nursery explained. She’s supposed to triple in size. I thought I tied her down too much and she would stay short. I swear she’s grown an inch over night. Starting to dominate the tent. Literally 2 days ago, I said that I didn’t consider this week to be flower and still the transition phase. Now she looks like she’s fully in the flowering phase. She’s beautiful and I’ve been impressed since veg. Since I chose her as a clone I liked the way she was. Hoping she follows through🌱💚

This week I did some LST on one of the magnums and left other one. The third magnum (the runt) is looking better after I trimmed the dead leaves off. It’s on 6ph flush, it is starting to show life. I think the soil was too hot and it got bad nute burn. My temp shot to 90 so I had to turn on the AC unit. It’s a daily struggle with temp humidity, but I think they are coming along nicely. Starting the Girl Scout cookies diary next week. They are looking wonderful !!!

Ok another week closer.... The girls are stacking and blowing up, everything is perfect.... The room smells like a chocolate store, love it. Nothing really new ...but started dropping down on PPMs ....if they are not eating the nutrients why feed them it....... Now is just ripening time...the next couple of weeks ..mmmm can't wait for some Cookies.
