Another 20L dechlorified tap water reservoir change on the 19th. Flowering stretch looks to be finally over - and I'm glad, because I've got no more vertical space left. Can barely believe these have been topped, they're by far the biggest plants I ever grew (not that I have grown many to be honest lol) Did a good defoliation session on the 22nd, but that was before the pics and video. RH went down from around 70%+ to a controlled 64%. Temps are super high at the tent, but the girls look to be handling that very well. We'll see.

Day 63 This should be the last week in veg. It might be a partial week...I'll make the call in a few days. I'm excited to see these babes flower!!! Day 64: Last day of VEG! I set the timer to 12/12 and lower the lights to 18". These babes are ready to switch, based on my past experience. I hope they don't shoot too much in the next couple of weeks! Flower time is here at last! Day 65: I tore part of a main top branch today and immediately put clonex gel and used some clear packing tape to secure it back together. I think it will be ok. I sure hope so! It's pretty much the biggest top of the plant. I don't know if the potassium silicate treatment is making the stalks too strong, but I only tried to tuck it into the next hole of the screen. Oh well, time will tell. Fed transistion week 1 nutes today. Day 67: The branch survived! The plants are stretching nicely and I expect to run out of room on the screen at the outer edges. Day 69: The canopy is so FULL! I'm amazed at how healthy they are and how many bud sites are filling up the screen!

Organization was the word for the week. I organized the leaves on Daphni by cutting some old fan leaves and low level leaves. I organized my CO2 injection procedure. CO2 tank to REGULATOR thru SOLENOID connected to TIMER every two hours with lights on. I also organized the power strip in the back with cable ties and sleeves. Finally I had to organize my way out of a FUBAR situation when the oxigenating device in the RainForest 66 Reservoir stopped working. I will have some words to say to Katie in customer service for sure. I got a standard oxiginator and a disk shaped air stone and use that now to keep the water healthy. Daphni is staring to bud more on the lower nodes and the progress so far looks good. Knock on wood. Since i turn the exhaust fan off when CO2 is injected i dont really need the heater so I took it out. Have a great week.

Good News everyone ! after a week in 12/12 cycle they still feel happy ( no more yellow leafs ! ) They are thirsty AF ( i added 16L this week ) and it's only the beginning :x ... Stretch phase has begun, i saw them growing visibly day after day, i made a small timelapse for you, tell me which one you prefer. pH i pretty stable now, EC is between 1.8 and 1.9 and don't fluctuate so everything is ok. the only thing that worries me is roots progression 😁 i can see some roots approaching the water pump in front of the tank 😂 ==> i'm gonna cut you if you go too close from the pump ^^'

On this beautiful monday I reveal to you the evolution of these wonderful Black bud 😇. I am waiting with excitement to prepare them for harvest, they are so close. I have tried as much as possible to present to you their details and colors which are as close as possible to the view I have here in front of me. Day 64 : FLIP THE LIGHTS DAY. It is time now to flip these beasts. if I allow them to get any bigger , I will have to knock a hole in my roof to fit them at harvest. I am so impressed with them from planting till now. They have not missed a beat during their toppings and bends . Their recovery times have been hardly noticable after each session and theybhave rewarded me with a great shaped canopy to get working on as they stretch. I am not counting the transition weeks as flowering until I see actual flowers forming. FFT1 has remained smaller than the rest and I don't think she is a record breaker . looks ok but doesn't have the size and thickness of her cousins. FFT5 is a beauty of a plant with a lot of thick stems to keep the buds upright hopefully.The same with FfT7. They are full of new mains to get working on and the stacking below decks is a good indication of some baseball bat colas. They are doing brilliant in the 2and run of the L.O.S soil and show no signs of that changing at all. I did top dress with Life-cycle tongue them a little boost for their stretch periods. They are taking a lot of water between them every 4 days now. Approx 25L before any minimum run off occurs. All told a great week in the room. Excellent genetics Fast Buds , Thanks Hayley.

Hello:) The plants are progressing nicely. The wasabi is almost ready but the sangrias need at least one more week. Let‘s hope the wasabi won‘t be too much overripe by then:) Sadly the red/purple buds don‘t seem to spread more to the top buds, I suspect that the temperature difference between day and night is not enough, let‘s see if they get more color this week. I plan to harvest between the 18.11-22.11 if the sangrias are ready, the wasabi will have to hang in there:) Also, here is the video so far:) next time i‘ll try to make a fix spot for the camera

Well pretty big reveal this week. You get to see all the shit & roots.....and corn. Watering the girl proved to be hard to figure out. I've been watering her everyday because of the root reveal. And all that water goes down the pot. So I was worried I would over water. Well by now you know. I under watered. But I got it all figured out. I'm not ready to reveal the custom saucer I made yet. I'm still trying to grow these over the bowl roots but they were not ready for any of the reveal so now the exposed ones are tiny and the under the soil ones are much bigger. It is what it is. I will remove the soil on the side roots in the next couple of days so I can position them where I want them then repack with soil again.

Overall a fun and enjoying flower of the purple sunset. She transitions quickly and stretchs fast. Being an indica hybrid she doesn't get too tall, thus creating strong and sturdy branches to hold her fast dense frosty nugs. During the stretch she loves a good amount of grow notes. Week 2 to 4 she starts getting picky. Once she starts to fade, it is time to drop the grow nutes and go into full bloom early in week 4. This cultivar shows more phenotypical expressions depending on climate and flush. She shows huge purple hues in flush. Allowing her to go into week 9 to 11 can result in almost purple buds. She has a nice term profile in flower and once in the jars. Sweet candy grape 🍇 purple punch notes on the nose and on the pallette when exhaling on the smoke. When trimming this girl she was. Breeze to trim. She got a good 8 to 9 days to dry and was then sweat in the jars. When you smoke Ethos purple sunset the indica really hits you like a train. Taking her down at day 52 was a good choice. The high feels like any of the high once u smoke it. You don't start to notice the stoned effects until you're halfway through a big bowl with your partner. As you guys finish, you notice the body stone take in effect as well the heavy chest and trachea feeling which I LOVE. A sense of happiness and relaxation set in almost immediately. Very enjoyable indica high with great terps. I would give it a 10 but that maybe next run once grow her to week 10 flower. Overall Ethos purple sunset delivers. Fast flowering monster that delivers on extreme levels of frost and terp profiles. Don't believe? Pictures show it all. Good week think one is mutated maybe fed it to much water should have given it less then the others

The smell is getting stronger, lots of citrus in it. All grows without any problem, as always with barneys seeds. Amnesia Lemon stopped stretching finaly and its now working on buds. looks like Im almost at the half of flowering. Will see how it goes next weeks. Cheers!
