📅 Week 10 | 🗓️ Day 64–70 Day 70 – Lemon Cherry Runtz 🍋🍒 (2nd week flower) 🔸The second week of flowering has really picked up momentum. Densely packed flower clusters with long, ivory-colored stigmas; the calyxes are neatly stacked and the first sugar leaves are visibly “powdered.” The canopy is closed, the shoots are growing evenly – the lollipopping work at the bottom and the clean training are paying off. The stretch is noticeably slowing down, and the energy is now going fully into the flowers. 🔸The SANlight remains at 90% and ~30 cm distance (approx. 900 PPFD at the canopy). The leaves appear relaxed, without claws or lightening – so no indication of light stress. I keep the climate rather moderate, with good air circulation through the foliage so that the fresh resin heads remain dry. It's a bit cold at the moment, so I can't quite reach the VPD, but I'm not going to put a heater in, hehe. 🔸I watered as planned with BIO PK from BioTabs – carefully following the manufacturer's instructions. Otherwise, only water. The goal: to push flower formation without compromising leaf health. To my haters: I love oxygen, so put a bag over your heads. Temps are dippin. They drink half gal a day! Hooo wee mofos so this week i got too high and over corrected ph up and down a medium bap cytokinin spray basically did what i want stunt height but also kinda burned it 😅 The trichomes did go bonkers so i dunno. Seems kush mints bottom right doesnt wanna move fast.

I was under watering quite a bit in an attempt to make sure I didn’t flush out the benes and nutrients of the super soil. Ironically, I might have killed all the benes. Lol. Either way, they’re getting about 1 gal every other day now. Growing strong. This plant got some of the most thrip damage. It also had some really strange early growth. It looks about a week or so behind the other two autos that I planted at the same time... Just did another spinosad treatment. I haven’t seen any more thrips in the greenhouse since the first treatment 10 or so days ago. Saw a leaf hopper in there though 😡

Day 50: Girls are looking great! 💪 A couple of them are a little further along than the others. Pistils are starting to change colors. PPM's going in are higher than runoff PPM. No change in the PH. In at 6.5 and out at 6.5.... Still have some rust spots. Still thinking that I need to dial in my light distance/intensity. Day 51: Got one girl that the issue of rust spots is not going away. Not getting worse, but just will not leave. Other than that they are still bulking up and looking beautiful. Can't wait to start checking the tric's! Using AN Big Bud for a couple feeds and MOAB for a couple of feeds. Have been feeding every water as my output PPM's are less than what is going in. Will keep this cycle until needed to flush or an issue occurs.. Day 52: No new updates. They still look basically the same as 5 minutes ago when I checked em!! 😂😂 Day 53: Went ahead and ran 2 gallons of PH'd water through them. This rust spot issue is driving me crazy!!! Will just use PH'd water for a day or 2 and hope that it stops! Day 54: Well, no new spots that I see. Probably too early to tell, but I feel better about it :) Day 55: No new updates today. Watered with Recharge. Day 56: The girls look wonderful and smell the same. Gave them a good defoliation today as they were extremely bushy! Thanks, B for the pointers!! 👊

I'm very happy with this weeks progress. They transitioned very well to the garden, which I'm chocking up to the row cover. They didn't need any water due to the thunderstorm we had last night, but I did make a ring around the base of each plant and gave them about 1-2 TBSP of the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend fertilizer. They also got their tomato cages.

Gotta get a transplant soon but its healthyish so far

Will be harvesting her in the next few days.
