if u wanna skip details just read the CAP LETTERS day 29 - januari 2 waterleaves from under the stems got cut off, also trimmed the lowest branches because the leaves were getting too big the soil plant has gotten no trim or cuts at all day 31 the ph of the res was 5.3 i changed water , roots look brown, not rotten or slimy just brown. day 32 the hydro plant gets healthy growth after the water change. ph is still too low (5.5) im waiting for my *PH up* i ordered online. never tought i would need it lol. she goes well on 5.5 but not enough calmag is absorbed like it does on 6.2 The pictures of day 32 display the difference is very big in the stems, the soil plant only got topped while the hydro plant had already a litle trim on the lowest branches and the branches above (in the midle of the bush where i topped them) so she got more stress and still is bigger then the soil. day 33 i got no ph up (for now yikes) sooooo i took 8 liters out of the res and replaced it with pure rainwater and 170 ppm calmag in it without nutrients to keep the acid level a bit higher. it worked as u can see in the final pictures the plant gets new growth a bit faster. ph up should be here by end of the week. day 35: plant start to stretch finnally, while i was doing LST later in the evening one of the top stems just snapped off completely OOOPS 😆. theres still a lot of branching going on and a nice bush she will recover very fast from this loss as i summoned the Cannabis Gods into my room as the planets lined up and perfected my PH up to 6 by adding the purest rainwater from the universe the roots cleaned themselves back to pearlwhite and started absorbing the nutes faster then ever. in all silence i knew this was my destiny and the stems grew so fast i could hear them grow. the whole experience was too much as i collapsed to the ground and stood up left the room and knew... i would never see these ph and calmag problems ever again and went down the stairs with my new powers THE PLANTS BOTH GOT GERMINATED ON SAME DATE. BOTH GOT TOPPED ON SAME NODE. I WAS FORCED TO TRIM 4 BRANCHES OF THE HYDROPLANT BECAUS IS WAS BLOCKING TOO MUCH LIGHT I ALSO CUT OFF THE 4 BIGGEST WATERLEAVES ON THE MAIN STEM. THE SOILPLANT DID NOT NEED ANY TRIMS AS SHE IS NOT GROWING AT AN INSANE SPEED, HOWEVER THE SOIL PLANT LOOKS HEALTHIER AND BIGGER BECAUSE THE FANLEAVES ARE STILL THERE. IF U WATCH THE STEMS IN THE PICTURES OF DAY 32 U CAN CLEARLY SEE THE HYDRO IS WAY BIGGER. I NEED TO CORRECT MY PH SO SHE ABSORBS MORE CALCIUM MAGNESIUM FOR EXPLOSIVE GROWTH.

(Days 21-28) (Day 23) I like the amount of stretch I’m seeing on practically all the plants. I'm going to lower the light at the end of the week to stop the stretch. The more stretch they get in veg the less I have to lollipop or prune down the road. Makes lst easier too. I’m going to try topping this week. Last time I topped at the 7-10th nodes and didn’t get the best horizontal growth. This round I’m ready to give everything 3 or more toppings, stay on top of training and defoliate much less. This soil looks insane. I should have added a thicker layer of oats because it’s starting to look proper. (Day 24) Got my stuff from the hydro store today and amended my soil again. Next visit I will be grabbing a P booster like bat guano before I enter flower. Today, I got the 2gal pots, some primo worm castings, 5-2-4 insect frass, 0-0-22 langbenite, 1-0-3 alfalfa meal and an exhale co2 bag. Guy at the store said it gets his 4x4 tent 1000ppm+. It takes a few weeks at least for it to start putting out any amount of co2. I got the room sealed and two fans bowing. I fed a compost tea with a little bit of each dry amendment, BSO dry compost, boogie brew base and worm castings aerated for 24h. I diluted it to about 850ppm which still might be a little high. (Day 25) Opened a bottle of EM1 that was improperly stored and it exploded all over me and part of the tent. I wiped off the plants but there is still specks here and there. Cleaned it off and sprayed with method1 pps. (Day 26) Topped 9/15 plants. Will do the rest next week once I see a little more growth. 5 of the bbb’s I started 6 days after everything else so they are still quite behind. I’m going to push the transplant another few days until they recover. Going to start lst after transplant. (Day 28) Transplanting into 1.6gal pots that I thought were 2gals tonight... Depending on how many females I get, they will be going into either 3, 7 or 10 gallon fabric pots. Growth is looking solid so far, zkittlez and the 3 WW’s are leading the pack in terms of growth speed and cotes are yellowing out. I’m pretty sure what I have is a zkittlez bagseed but there is also a strong chance it could have been from some shitty Canadian biker weed. I accidentally misplaced the seed so it’s possible it got mixed up and I germinated the wrong one. Judging by the rapid growth I’d say that’s a fair bet. Biker weed is notoriously fast growing. Either way it won’t be hard to tell once they’re in flower. The white widow is probably going to be a breeze. I’ve heard that’s why it’s so popular too. It’s just a hardy rookie strain with good resistance, decent quality and above average yield. A sure investment. The blackberries are lagging behind but I’m sure they will blow the others away in terms of quality. One of the tunas looks great and the other is a stubby runt. The stubby runt I currently have in flower is killing it right now so I’m not writing it off yet. Can’t wait to see if the tuna god produces some nostalgic smells. Tuna strains are still super popular on the Canadian black market. I plucked the first set of leaves that were starting to appear on each plant. These branches almost always turn to larf and they're so small I can't that stressing the plants out at all this early. If anything, the zkittlez and white widows need to slow down a bit anyway. I’ve been doing a shit ton of research over the past year into what causes weed and cigarettes to have black ashes/poor fire holding capacity. Smoking black weed drives me crazy because it’s all the legal and black market have nowadays. The cigar industry has numerous studies on the cause of ash color and burn rate and apparently it has to do with the ratio of mineral content in the soil/water. Soil/water that is high in phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and other heavy metals will burn poorly and reduce to flaky black ashes. Whereas soil that has higher levels of potassium and calcium carbonate have thick uniform white ashes with no streaks. Calcium carbonate (wood ash, biochar) can also prevent heavy metals in the soil making them unavailable to the plant. I’m discontinuing my “Organic cal mag” as it is full of chlorine which I did not realize when buying it. I’m going to be pretty cheesed if that stuff ruined the burn of my current flowering crop. My dog also found and destroyed my Alaskan fish fertilizer so that’s being discontinued for now too.

Starting week 7 of flower! This might be her last week! She is swelling up some and really packing on the trichomes. Her aroma grows more and more pungent with that deep chem and diesel smell. There are also some amazing fruity notes in the background like sweet berries. More updates soon!

wow! this girl also took the fish shit i gave her last week and turned it into huge buds! I am going to do this every year from now onwards. No visible PWM either, just like the others. Will go out to the pot patch mid week after this leftover weather from hurricane Fiona clears to see how they fared in the high humidity and low temps.

Plants dried in the pots for 2days then hang for 2weeks at 60-65%rh. Buds were dense in most cases, they ended up being three totally different phenos but over all the smell was strong and taste was sweet. 8g pop corn and 25g sugar leaves in total.Zkittlez 1 37g total not all is in the pic, the smell was sweet. Zkittlez 2 52gs in total has a very pine like smell. Zkittlez 3 very stanky covered in thc snow white the camera does not do her justice. It's Day 25 Week 04 Of Flower For My 02 Kombucha Cream By atlasseed . And For My Snow White and SpliffStrawberry By Spliff Seeds Amsterdam . So Yesterday was Feeding Day All 04 Plants Received 4ml of Quad.AG Products Humonic, 4ml Of Emerald Harvest Nutrients CalMag and 8ml Of Hygrozym By Hygrozyme 4 Growers . I ph this mix at 6.1 Ppm on this mix is at 291. Now on Runoff my Kombucha Cream 3-Part had a Ph of 6.4 and Ppm is at 1490. My Snow White on Runoff as a Ph of 6.3 and Ppm is at 822. My Kombucha Cream 2-Part on Runoff as a Ph of 6.3 and Ppm is at 933. My SpliffStrawberry on Runoff as a Ph of 6.1 and Ppm is at 698. My Kombucha Cream 3-Part Is starting to spike up so I will Keep a closer eye on her. Now let's talk a little about Water Temperature before you feed your plants. On this run I been watering my plant with water temperature at 24 Celsius to 25 Celsius and I am seeing a big defrence on my plants. Also when I feed with Emerald Harvest the ph will spike up a little. And when I feed with the Humonic my ph will balance. Quad.ag Humonic is a fantastic ph balancer and a Great Root Builders in the early veg stage. I can go on and on with Humonic but all keep that for another post 😜. She is fed every 5 days. 8/5 I'm bubbling up a batch of pit bull Stew tea. This is my first time making a tea. Worm castings, bat shit, recharge, kelp, foxfarm grow big and rice water for carbs and starch. Been hearing good things about rice and potatoe water. 8/6 two gallons of tea. 8/11 giving the same tea minus the recharge adding 1/2 teaspoon foxfarm open sesame. Today she is getting a Foxfarm feeding. 8/7. She takes almost 2 gallons until I see run off. She was fed 24 ml per 2 gallons of Tiger Grow. I could have went to 30mls, but like to stay on the safe side. She is about the size I wanted her to be. I prefer no one can see her. Also how much bud do I need. She has been fun to grow. Next year I'm growing 2 outdoor photos different strains. This is my first grow in many years. I beat the crap out of this plant. Tying, pulling and bending. She has branches that look like a W. She should be in flower very soon. I been pulling off the obvious branches that will not make it. Then once she is in obvious flower, I will see if anymore need to be removed. I'm sure there will be a few, have to see what the stretch does. She got well fed this weekend. So I expect a lot more growth.

Trimming started on day 11 of drying an took roughly 5 hours to complete. The yield was 644 of dried flower and another 8 grams of dry sift from the trim bin. I pressed 6 oz into flower rosin with about 20 percent yield with a total of 35g of rosin.
