Germination week is to me the most stressful. Will the seeds sprout or nah, will they love they're conditions or nah. I hate this week but I'm hoping Growers Choice won't fail me again. Last time I was 3 for 3 with all 3 germinating but one got too cold and literally popped. Hoping that a temp between 75-80f will be adequate this time. So here's a day 4 update - all 3 seeds have sprouted a taproot. BB1 was the first one to come out and say whazzup BB2 was soon after. BB3 I had to investigate and found the tap root was growing towards the surface so I very carefully turned it over and placed it taproot down lol. We should see her emerge within 24hrs. I am adding maybe 1/2oz of water to BB1 and BB2 as the rest of the medium is pretty dry and the peat moss dries out pretty quickly because of it. Update day 5 - BB3 has successfully sprouted. I'm maintaining higher rh levels and have started to sub irrigate to encourage downward root growth. Final day update - all three girls are out and starting their early growth stages. Pheno 3 is a strange case here... I had to separate the peat moss to extract the taproot exposed seed and turn her over. Thankfully she handled it just fine but is also a bit deeper into the medium I hope this won't be a problem later in the early growth stages.

7 th week of flower. They stopped putting on size. Now they put on some mass and mature. No happy with the colours. Maybe ec was too low in the beginning. Next time I will try to bump the ec up in the first stage of flowering and reduce gradually.

Chugging along. Suffered minor light burn - - no issues moving forward as the underlying cause is rectified. Another heat wave here in Cali. I will be on alert to help the controlled environment.

15/01/22: Everything is looking good and as it should - the plants are really showing their sativa genes super tall for the 10liter pots. the largest is 43 inches high with the rest of them an average of 36 inches high. Defoliated a few days ago with the lower fan leaves to promote concentration on the buds. the sites are very bright green and showing good signs of pistils developing.

Top dressed with some more soil. The top was looking depleted and just want to keep it from completely taking all the nutrients from the soil. Added a mix of power bloom with azomite and glacial rock dust. I watered in with some pure protein dissolved into hot water then added to the water I was using at diluted levels. The second watering they got this week was with molasses. which also does a good job of dropping the ph of my water to the perfect level and a little bit of Epsom salt because I ran out of my cal mag and also want the plant to have plenty of sulfur. The plant ties are working great and glad it tied the buds up. They are all getting chunkier and frostier by the day. Found a few smaller ones on the side that i missed and got those standing up. they are sticky as a glue trap and reek hard!! diesel and fuel are most prevalent but not sure if it was my mind tricking me but got a hint of blueberry/friut. So far very excited with this plant, and living up to what i thought it would be. The way it covers itself in trichomes top and bottom of the leaves and the structure of the buds and leaf pattern make for a real beautiful plant.

Pensando en utilizar LST para aprovechar mejor el espacio, estufa pequeña. Me parece que se está desenvolviendo bien. Acepto recomendaciones 🙌

NYC Diesel Auto (Was Hey Abby) W20 F9 2/1-7 New York City Diesel is ready for harvest. I plan to harvest this weekend, time permitting. I flushed her with 5.5 gal of water since 1/24. Not as much as I would have liked. 2/5 trichome pics show a moderate amount of amber but in some colas, nearly 80%. This maturation was very fast as I was planning for the 15th. Given the amount of amber now showing, I have grown past what I prefer for maturity, this will now lean more indica. We had our first big snow this week following a light dusting last week. New Aeroponics "root rain" mist cloner! Holds 2 gallons of water. I added 8 Tsp of CloneX clone/seedling nutrient. PH was 6.0-6.5ish, good enough! These clones inside got zapped pretty hard one day, because I forgot to plug in the water pump one time after playing with it hehehe... Some didn't make it, but most survived! every other plant was watered with just de-chlorinated tap water, for re-hydration. #4 has been selected as the winning pheno! The mother plant had her home upgraded to a 2gal pot. The root ball was not so bound, due to her receiving a root-prune not too long ago, she was re-potted back into a solo cup. I pruned the bottom of the root mass off with a light pinch, and potted her into her new 2gallon home!
