New update for week 12, concluding week 8 of flowering: Hi(gh) Folks! Thanks everyone for your input on my second grow question. I’m going for HighTV’s answer, the SOG with 9x4 main buds. Very nice to get everyone’s input on this, appreciate it! So another week done! They got their last nutrients Tuesday and on Thursday the 5 early ladies from Hempire got their first round of plain acidulated water. I flushed them a bit on Friday and Saturday to. Now they can dry out for a couple of days. I will flush them for the upcoming week and let them dry out before harvest next weekend. Im counting on them to swell up even further during this week. As for the rest of the 4 plants from Hempire, 4 from Royal Queen Seeds and 3 from Hy-Seeds, I will treat them as if this is another week 8, and they will get another dose of Flowering nutrients and PK. Then next week I will start to flush them also. I will have 2 full weeks to flush and let them dry out until my planned harvest on Saturday 5 January. I’m not even sure that will be early enough for the 4 RQS’s since they look like they have even more bud-growing to do, before they can start swelling! I will keep an eye on that. The 5 tall ladies, 2 from Hempire and 3 from Hy-Seeds show the nice thick Kushy buds i’m craving for, can’t wait to see the becoming nice and heavy! On the photos you see the slight diverence between the pheno’s, the left 2 plants grew the popcorn-buds on a stem, and the right ones have nice thick popcornbuds against the stem’s. The other to remaining Hempire plants also show these, apart from the early ladies offcourse. The early birds show a little stretching buds and nice purple colours. Esta cepa quería cultivarla hace un año aprox y por cosas de la vida no pude y hace cuatro o cinco meses aproximadamente pude darme el lujo de cultivarla. Su germinacion fue perfecta, sin ningún tipo de problemas y en esa etapa la deje dos semanas en Enraizamiento. En etapa de crecimiento la deje cinco semanas, ya que nunca había dejado más de tres, yo creo que haberla dejado bastante tiempo en crecimiento ayudo para que se desarrollarse de forma correcta y ayudar a la hora de floración para sacar los cogollos que saco. Y en etapa de floración la deje nueve semanas, tampoco tuve problemas en toda esa etapa. Me sorprendió su fácil cultivo, lo unico que tuve que hacer fue regalarla con sus despectivos fertilizantes. Tema enfermedades o plagas por suerte no tuvo en todo su desarrollo. Como siempre digo super recomiendo el banco de semillas BSF Seed ya que la calidad es de 10 puntos. Estoy super conforme con los resultados, en húmedo los cocos pesan 196g, utilicé una lámpara led de sólo 100w, en un indor de 1.60mX60x60. Los fertilizantes que siempre utilizó y me ayudan a sacar los resultados logrados son de Top Crop, y uso toda su línea de fertilizantes para cada etapa de la planta. Super recomendable también! En las últimas imágenes se puede apreciar las raíces densas que desarrollo durante todo el cultivo. Y utilizó macetas de la marca Root House de 10L. Saludos a todos y a esperar que la weed se seque para poder ya meterlos en el frasco y que se empiecen a curar.

The time had come for Lady Candy. About 20% of the trichomes had turned amber, so I decided to harvest it. I estimate that I will get about 30 g of dry buds, but we'll see in a few weeks.

This was the last week I will give them 3 more days to finish Then i will try to dry them for minimal 1 week .

Just a random non pot video, of my technique on indoor cherry tomatoes, u basically wanna start them on 12 hours of light or less around september, cutting away all the flowers so it keeps vegging untill 2 meters when the actual season starts, now there are alot of flowrs forming.

Terminando la 3era semana de floración

Nach ein paar Schwierigkeiten am Haus die nun beseitigt sind geht es nun nahtlos weiter 👍 Diesmal in Blütewoche 3 zum Start gleich mit dem Infrarotmatten Upgrade von Calorique 100x50cm (110w) in Verbindung mit Thermostat das nach Feintuning nun gut eingestellt ist was man auch direkt am Durst der Damen merkt 😁🤚 Es geht mit Blühkomplex von hesi weiter und teilweise auch mit Alfa Boost bei Bedarf natürlich pH angepasst Und der kleinen Reihe an Plagron zusätzen wie zum Beispiel CalMag Es wird bald radikal entlaubt(für meine Verhältnisse 😄)und auch kleine Triebe werden weichen müssen da ich es versuchen werde flach zu halten und das Scrognetz als Stütze nutzen werde/möchte 🌝 die Mutti wurde aussortiert aber ihr geht's gut in ihrem eigenen "space" Die infrarotmatte steht mit einem von mir angefertigtem Lattenrost🤫😄 in dem 120er Zelt naturbelassen Fichte unkompliziert aber für die Wärmeverteilung und erhalt super 👍 ( der Geruch erinnert etwas an die alte NDL Zeit/Hitze im guten Sinne haha. Die LEDs laufen mit etwa 500ppfd gleichmäßig auf beiden Seiten und werden die nächsten Wochen langsam nach oben geschraubt 💫. Es geht entspannt weiter bis dahin 🌱👍? Liebe Grüße 🌿

todo muy bien! esperando paciente el desarrollo de los cogollos, conociendo y viendo los puntos de maduracion asi como la fertilizacion ajustando a su maximo que creemos posible para incentivar que los cogollos engorden, ahora en adelante les hare segumiento de la grande principalmente, que es la que cumple con la edad del diario, ya que las otras como se explico en un principio venian recien cultivadas por eso tienen un par de semanas de retraso , tambien hay una hermafrodita, que al detectar como comentamos semanas anteriores aplicamos al tecnica vista de un cultivador mexicano, consistia en romper los brotes de machos las pelotas con el fin de que no vuelvan a salir, dejando solo los pelos estigmas de las hermbras, si bien el cogollo queda maltratado, al parecer se detiene el crecimiento, asi que estamos viendo como rinde ese experimento.

It does not seem that the buds are going to cover from the bottom to the top because there is much space between the middle nodes. The same happened to me with the Gorillas and Money Makers in my last diary and in that case I attributed it to the failed defoliation I made. This week I begin to detect a deficiency of magnesium in one of the large leaves (or so I think), even so within 2 weeks I do not take precautions because until then it was not obvious to me (serious error). Realmente no se a que puede ser debido esto, probablemente por falta de luz o por estar usando los nutrientes de forma equivocada. Just another photo dump lol This girl is proving to be a slow finish for me. Going on to week 16 now and I’ve decided to give her the flush as her trichs are all starting to go amber. I felt I’ve traded enough potency for yield now and I don’t think she’s really racking on much more weight. This might be the last update until after harvest. Up until it’s time to trim and jar. Wish me luck folks. I’m thinking I’ll be close to a half pound of this fatty 😍😂

The dame's a sight to behold, all lush and green, but there's something missing. The flowers, they're just not there. Tiny ones, a few here and there, like stars in a dark sky. I left her in the care of the smart watering system while I was away, a gamble that paid off. She's healthy, strong, but as I suspected the harvest will be slim. A rookie mistake, they all say. But I'm learning, and that's worth something. I'll give her a few more weeks, maybe she'll surprise me.

End of Week 6 Added CO2 with regulator and controller! Added the trellis net to spread out the canopy and get more even light to bud sites. The ladies have lost some momentum and they're drinking less because of the pest issue. Although they should be growing faster because of the CO2 supplementation I'm sure when the thrips are gone they will explode. I also performed some HST by removing fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the stems to open up the canopy whilst keeping the stress at a minimal. Pest Report: Still fighting the thrips... Every time I spray Bio-Insek and Xterminator (Agro-Organics) it deals with the problem for a few days until the eggs and larvae that the thrips left behind hatch and start munching on the plants again. The ladies are strong and healthy and get a slight wilt when I haven't sprayed IPM for a few days this tells me that its not a major issue but I need to get rid of them especially because I want to flip to flower soon. It seems that the problem is under control. Now I will apply it weekly to make sure those buggers are ELIMINATED.
