Well I had a few issues with PM this grow again. This showed up in my previous grow and the spores obviously stuck around and decided to effect this grow as well. For my next grow I'll try heat stressing the tent by pacing a heater in the tent and raising the temp to over 32C for an hour or more while closely monitoring it. I believe the seeds sprouted due to the fact that my previous plant hermed on me and I think a few nanners popped in the tent, so there must have been some rogue pollen in there. She grows quite fast and vigorously in Veg so stay active with training if you are performing that on your GoG plant. I fed her slightly light in the last 6 weeks or so in Flower with good response. I would say to keep your EC levels in check if growing with salts in coco. She seemed to react very positively to pinching and bending on the main stalk and really filled out when I did that. Same with topping. Side branching is very good. My particular pheno here had a higher leaf to calyx ratio so trimming was a bit tedious. The high is nice, it's a good hybrid strain. Would def grow again.

It's Chop Day! I've taken her down and placed the flowers on a drying rack at the top of my grow space above the lights. Since I've got the RH around 55% anyways it should be a fine drying environment for now. The was a beautiful plant and super easy to grow. I recommend that anyone interested in a high CBD, super low THC strain give this one a try. I'll write a full review on my final harvest diary in about 3-4 weeks. Sorry I have not updated in some time. A lot of the missed time was me recovering from hand surgery. In this time, I was not able to move plant and tend to them. Then, at the start of the new year, GD was acting horrible. It would allow some updates and then reject others. Luckily it was still allowing harvest updates. The flower has a strawberry berry smell. Strawberry flower is my favorite. It is super frosty, and smells delicious. I did lose half of the canopy during flowering. As it was too close to the fan. Causing it to l wind burned a lot and ate away at the plant as it grew. She did alright for what I could do 1 handed. This week I did a fair amount of work on my grow. I did a bit of defoliation and spent some time tying down branches to shape the canopy. My goal is to get buds growing wall to wall! I can't wait to see the results of my efforts.

Going great. Just topped, transplanting by Saturday into final 5 gallon smart pots. 1/4 nutes. Probably fire up the MH after transplant.

The Apple Cup hermied this week along with the Baker's Dozen. Fortunately Tropicanna Poison is flowering so fast that it seems to be unbothered by the hermies next to it. The hermied plants will be stunted as more energy will be focused on developing pollen/seeds. Also I'll have to chop them down early before any seeds begin to solidify within the buds. It's ideal to immediately remove any hermies as soon as pollen sacs are spotted. Unfortunately I only have my small closet space so I decided to leave them and observe the growth of hermies.

The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #5 Plants are doing well, there’s not much to do except to let them grow. Roots are filling the pots, I might transplant them in their final pots (18l) during next week. The Mars-Hydro SP250 has done a very good job during these 5 weeks. The plants need more space to grow, I will have to switch on the HID next week to give some more light coverage. Giving them a light feed during the week using Cellmax BIO 8-2-2 (not listed) and not Organic Grow ☝️ In my quest for plants science I have found something interesting about the Dr Cleve Backster 😊 but apparently controlled experiments that have attempted to replicate Backster's findings have failed... weird isn’t it ? 😳 (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

Sugar cane was very easy to grow with no issues whatsoever. I'm new to growing so they were easy by my standards. It was everything I had hoped it would be, as far as growing and appearance. I hope it will smoke as good as it looks! The aroma is a very mild, sweet smell, but man the frost on these! the Super sticky icky! 🤪 I would have preferred letting these go another week, but had to chop now because of upcoming circumstances. Didn't see the option to put the dried weight in but out of 3 Sugar cane, I got 9.1oz. Taking a hit of just dried Sugar Cane nug, I was surprised how smooth it was even before cure. Pine/gassy taste. A couple of hits and it was a very uplifting creative high. Then a creeper wave came on shortly after..... almost like that feeling when an edible kicks in and you forgot you ate one! Lol. I couldn't believe I was that high from a couple of hits! Two hit wonder stuff right here! This should last me quite a while!

Plant has done really well these past 2 weeks. Buds have packed on weight. Smell developing into some really fruity and exotic. Bud development is really good. Fast-Flowering has really kicked in these past 2 weeks. Another 7-10 days to go and I'll be pulling her. Nutrients will be lowered this week and she'll be prepped to put into my drying room. Xpert nutrients have worked really well again with this crop. Some light signs of early bud rot. Leaves started to die from within/outwards. Happy with my 1st Fastbuds Fast-Flowering.
