There were two different phenotypes of this strain. One grew extremely large fluffy (medium dense) buds with a large amount of leaf. The yield was amazing. I don't weigh my weed but one plant filled a 5 gallon bucket. It was over 8ft tall and damb near as wide. This strain thrived through hurricanes, regular 50 temp swings and 50mph winds. Despite the horrible season this strain appeared to be mold proof. The other pheno grew tall and more sativa like with EXTREMELY dense buds with lots of calyxs. I don't have pictures of the other pheno as it's drying and I have to "take the picture for it to upload." OH and liquid kool bloom worked amazing.

An interesting strain. From the very beginning, it handled everything really well, even though I managed to stunt it with nutrients at one point. Thankfully, it recovered and bounced back nicely. Unfortunately, because I was away, I wasn’t able to take any photos before harvest. For plants grown in 10L pots, they became genuinely huge trees, which you can tell from the size of the root system. One plant was harvested two weeks earlier than the other. I’ll add photos of the buds after drying and curing (if there’s anything left by then 😅). Overall, I can definitely recommend this strain. It grows like crazy and the final result is very satisfying. The potency is certainly higher than what the breeder claims on the website. Unfortunately, I have no way to verify that scientifically, so you’ll just have to take my word for it. 😅🌱🔥

Due to prolonged bad weather, I decided to harvest them to avoid mold and other damage. There were three of us, and it took around 6 hours to trim about 80% of both plants. I ended up with a yield of 205 grams dry per plant. I'm more than satisfied with the plants. For my first grow, I couldn't be happier.

Hello GD Crew!!! I’m glad to finally be back with a new diary. A LOT has happened since my last diary. The large room I was using back then got infested with spider mites. For a while I thought I had them beat, but they came back with a vengeance. So I thoroughly cleaned my 2x4 tent and set it up in the opposite side of the house. However, that part of the house is also now my new man cave and was under construction until a few months ago (its still not completely done yet, but close enough). I have also switched back to LED lighting. I’m using a pair of Spider Farmer SF1000’s (100w) LED’s. I was using a 315w CMH fixture but felt I was getting better results with my old blurple ViparSpectra’s (both of which have died). Also, it was getting too hot in the tent with the CMH. To be completely honest the best weed I’ve ever grown was using a 1000w HPS, but that could possible melt a 2x4 tent and I’d be tripping circuit breakers all the time again. After a lot of research it looked like the Spider Farmer SF1000’s were the best bang for the buck in the LED market these days. They have the right components (Samsung LM301B diodes and MeanWell drivers) and have great specs. I was able to purchase them on Amazon Prime Day for $129/each (USD). For soil I’m using Coast of Main Stonington Blend Grower’s Mix. I had been previously trying to amend and reuse old soil or mix old soil 50/50 with new soil and in retrospect that was a mistake. The PH was totally unpredictable as were what nutrients were available or deficient. I felt like I was always trying to fix soil problems and one thing would lead to another. So, from now on its fresh soil in every pot. I’m using 3 gallon pots with self watering reservoirs at the bottom. In addition to the Coast of Main Stonington Blend I’m also using Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix. I filled the 3 gallon pots with the Coast of Main Stonington Blend first, then dig out a hole in the middle about the size of a grapefruit and filled that hole with the Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix. Then I planted the seeds about knuckle deep in the middle of the Seedling Mix. This seemed to work great, both pots had small seedlings appear in 5 days. This diary will focus primarily on FastBuds BlackBerry, but I am also growing a DinaFem Critical+ Auto at the same time. I’ve grown both of these strains a few times in the past with mixed results. But, I’m hoping this grow will be far greater than those in the past. My plan is to allow the Coast of Main Stonington Blend act as the ‘super soil’ it is supposed to be and not add any additional nutrients. I will however be adding RealGrowers Recharge on a regular basis (I love that stuff, it really makes a difference) and will probably also add some CalMag once in a while. But that’s all. Additionally, I do not plan on doing much training with these girls. I will LST bend them over at a 45 degree angle around the time they hit their flowering stretch, but that’s all. Bending at a 45 degree angle gives better exposure to lower branches and allows those lower branches to produce larger tops. Hoping for the best!!! Please feel free to comment and follow. I harvested my pollen sacks plant looks healthy at this point I dont feed till harvest just water every 3-4 days. think o got 21 more days to go b4 harvest but until then I'm just checking out my trichomes so that I dont harvest to late .....one love and dont forget weed is love so share the love with those you know .......

Summer isn’t officially here and the heat is still kicking my ass, the girls are loving it though. 3rd topping completed in the 4x4, the FX3 3x3 both phenos are doing phenomenal! Taking clones next week to secure the bank, looking forward!

Bueno resumiendo cookies gelato es una variedad híbrida muy fácil de cultivar pero ojo, cuidado con los últimos riegos si no queréis perder cosecha por moho. Lo demás de 10 pegada heavy sabor increíble, cogollos duros como rocas y bañados de una gran capa de polen. El ambiente del secado se mantuvo en 23 grados de media y la humedad estuvo por debajo de los 45% en todo momento. Poco más la verdad estuve encantado de poder cultivar una genética tan potente . Un saludazo que paséis un final de año increíble y por supuesto buenos humazooos💨💨💨.

Day 56: Well here we are growmies. The beginning of the end with the 1st willing lady to the chop being the Strawberry Cola. She is so close now and any day, she will be taken out and placed into darkness for 48hrs at least. Her trichrome production is crazy amd shebjas to be even more frosty than the gg4 I love. Her colas are a very nice size and density and arw covered in frost the entire length. I will be checking her trichs with a scope later to see where she is at. watch this space !!!. Herz O.g is looking really nice and potent now .Her lower leaves ares beginning to go a really nice red colour which is also reflected in some of the mature looking buds. She is a 10 week strain and I can see hownanother couple of weeks could see her bigger but I will scope her trichs too as she looks very ready despite the data. She smells sonsweet amd has a chocolate smell I can't shake when nice smell her , a little fuit but def some chocolate , might be a snack bar I can't place but choc all the same.lol She isnt the biggest plant in the grow but certainly looks quality at this stage. Monster Mash is living up to her name in overall limb sizes and length but her buds still look a little less full than her rivals. She is at her supposed harvest window now but seeingnthe new pistils beginning to pop out has me thinking she still has a little more to offer. I will check her too and ensure I don't let my hopes ruin her sweet spot for harvest. Overall a great week to watch develop with so many trichs and colours to observe and smell. I think that rhe Strawberry cola will be out by the next update I feel and possibly the Monster mash so until next week growmies , be safe and free. I am excited tonadd that I now have some more exotic ladies in the soil germinating as I type. 4 x Banana Mash auto 3 x Purple Monkey auto let's see what else we can enjoy....

Today I spread eggshells and baking soda on the surface of the floor. I watered until wastewater came out and then immediately measured the pH. #1 drain ph 6.5 #2 drain ph 7 for both looking so sick, the pistils extremely large and resinous🤩 (Day 58) The baking powder probably didn't do them any good.But they look very good and are covered in trichomes.Even the stems where the buds begin are covered with trichomes. (Day 60) Watered 2500ml water and removed some dying leaves.(Day 62)

Ja so wie es schon vorher fast zu vermuten war, ist ein 60x60 einfach zu klein 😅 die Mandarin Panties ging zwischen den beiden Z-ups unter und ich musste sie aus dem Zelt nehmen. Die Entscheidung fiel aufgrund dessen, weil ich noch zwei weitere seeds von der Panties habe und die z-ups einfach mehr Potential zeigen. Ich werde natürlich weiter über die Panties berichten. Z-up #1 Hat keine Probleme, wächst vernünftig, zeigt keinerlei überdüngung und hat bei 570ppm einen drain von 1000ppm. Ph ist aber bei 7.. Z-up #2 Zeigt überdüngung an und hat auch einen drain mit 1500ppm, ph ist bei 6,7. Wächst aber super und zeigt am meisten Potential Mandarin Panties Wächst langsam, trinkt auch wesentlich weniger. Darf sich jetzt erstmal über natürliches Licht freuen und wird nicht wieder ins Zelt zurückkehren. Ich mache noch einen neuen Versuch mit diesem strain So long, bis zur nächsten Woche

I tried wettrim and drytrim to understand what i prefer. The wettrim dried inside dryferm bags inside a drybox with ventilation that i build myself. The drytrim dried inside the tent and got a trim after 9 days. Havent tried the buds yet since they have to cure first but they smell very lemony so far. Curing happens in grovebags. Half of the bags also got a boveda to see the difference if its worth it for the future or not.
