Hello Guys, I’m TheStrainAlchemist. This is my first indoor growing after years of guerrilla and outdoor. I’m trying those two beautiful strains from Royal queen Seeds Wedding Gelato and Silent Seeds Critical Mango. Both photoperiod plant, the Critical mango came out with a genetic mutation Whorled phyllotaxy which is an interesting variant where several leaves arise from the same point on the stem, I am so amaze f by this mutation and the plant exploded of stems just in week 3 after a forced topping on the first node, the plant was producing a huge amount of leave at the same point stressing the new grow and curling over the grow point, after the topping she exploded and now she looks gorgeous.

7 or 14 days before chop.

Permanent Bluez is well into flower now , smelling sweet and starting to get sticky. Love the shape she’s taking , multiple bud sites all looking healthy and chunky . I’ll keep tightening the tie wire and giving her room to chunk up as she naturally wants to . Sit back and enjoy the ride over the next month or so .

This is a mix I made of Sour dieseland Northern lights. It is a tiny Potter for the contest. It grew great till it got infected late with dudding disease. I have stepped up my sanitation now. Still was a hard, and neat grow. All at the ending week 1 and now at the start of week 2 and all now showing pre-flower pistol's and all looking great day 8 into flower

This week I started to realize how much water these lady’s exactly started drinking they are getting so thirsty all the time I’m like non stop giving them water it feels like. They are getting super big Arnie the gal one with two tops is at 17” and helga the shorty with the booty jk. Is 10” but was topped on week 8 I believe so she’s trying to catch up and has been they both where popped from seedling at the same time but are totally different should be the same strain but have different characters about ones smell for sure I love smelling them. 👃

Welcome to week 5 of my white truffle grow! What an eventful week! After I installed the trellis last week one of the tips of a branch cracked completely. Luckily the crack was in the perfect position, so the plant just topped herself another time 😄 Nevertheless I’m defoliating a lot because of the small size of the box and trying to keep the plant as low as possible. I needed to defoliate twice this week because she’s building up a lot of biomass. I’m wondering why I’m still not seeing any sign of pre flower yet, but let’s wait and see what’s coming up in week 5. End of week 5- no sign still.

Hello people, its been a good week Renaissance. She took well to PK 13/14 and is on Full Cruise now 🙌 There IS a slight tip burn which I am confident, will not spread further because I have already dimmed the Renaissance' side of the light to 75% brightness, besides I will lower the nutes now as well which should help. She smells very spicy (or minty perhaps) and flowery herbal undertones and is extremely sticky, more than the white widows. Her characteristics are supposed to be 80% Sativa. With THC content at around 10% and CBD at 4%. PK 13/14 will be stopped now (been 7 days), with lower A & B from here on. Take care all cya next week 🙏

Day 44 - The smell is divine, and the buds are looking very pretty. Beautiful fade going on in the leaves, almost like a purple/red/black. Planning to tapper down the nutrients as we are coming closer to Harvest. Crucial to keep the pH in range during flowering and being away a few days, I wasn't able to correct it until I was back. So they were drinking more water than uptaking nutrients.. leaving a high EC in the system. Corrected the issue by adding plain RO water, treated with cleanse, no nutrients. They are now on track and could do with a last defoliation, but I've been holding it off. Will get around to it over the next few days. The buds are sticky, smell great and rock hard. Dehumidifier was added to the tent to try lower the humidity to a better range. Can't wait to see the end results and product. Another 2 weeks an I think we will be good.

Had to do a root wash, again, also cut some really bad roots of, also saw lots of new healthy root growths since last week, upping ORP and wash last week seemed to have helped. Overall still very unhappy but that is on me, learned that prepping a plant in DWC and then transplant it to NFT is not a good idea, better do it as usual directly in NFT so that the roots follow the stream better, usually at this time there would be at least 3x the amount of roots. Also switched back to the 10cm diameter tube, will stick with that one from now on, very good experiences in the past and this one does not, maybe RH does not rise enough in a 16cm diameter tube. Also changed the light cycle to 18/6 from 24/0, in the timelapse I see phases where the leafs droop slightly and come back, kind of like the night cycle but less, seems to me like the plant wants to go to "sleep" even tough it was raised in 24/0 and I have good experiences with 18/6. The plants are looking really healthy, I've been defoliating here and there to get the light to penetrate to the lower leaves and branches. They have started to bush out from topping them last week. I started using Mammoth P Microbes halfway through last week. They seem to have grown a little quicker since adding them. The plants are still being fed 4 times a day at 1 minute each feeding. No signs yet of which is female and male, I am planning on pulling all the males once they show signs.

Graduated, and am off from work for a few weeks, so went overboard on photos. Plant is doing well, leaves are starting to turn yellow (strain trait). Can't wait for the harvest and being able legally gift my xmas ornaments to my cousins during our "cousins walk" at our family xmas party.

Lots of bud sites lots of training through the netting and leaf tuning.

The end of week 1 has arrived. We all know how it goes. Just playing the waiting game. At this stage these girls are just working on building their root system. The roots should be hitting the reservoir in the bottom of the buckets soon then they should take off. Got the water pumping and the lights beaming 24 hours a day. Running a low dose of maxigro. Keeping the ph around 6. Will probably be topping them around day 12. Would be amazing if I can get them ready to switch to flower at the end of week 3. But for now I'm just going to check on them 420 times a day hoping they don't die. Might be back next week if they are alive. Happy growing!
