Well 84 days later ...in Flower its was finally time to Harvest . I sure had my challenges as a beginner and learned a lot by my mistakes and learning about fixing issues and keeping the environment Consistent . I did turn my 600HPS down to 400 as i was my plants were getting light burn and heat burn ..... lets just say i was learning all the way throw . it was exciting being my very first time . I started flowering too late late and they stretched and stretched ... i dont have much space ....lesson learned . I had to train them to grow sideways which did help significantly as did the lower my light to 400 watts ..my space is a square Meter and low ...... it was crazy but I really enjoyed it and there hanging ..... Personally I thought id end up killin them ...lol Thanks for the advice and comments they were greatly appreciated ... Happy growing .... Hope my next ones are Prettier ,,,,LOL Cheers

I don't want to jinx myself, but man this grow is starting great. I haven't been growing long but this has been the best start I have had. This new system is working perfect. I am using 75% RO water & 25% tap. A total of 16 gallons to run this. The tap here is pretty good. It took about a day to stabilize the ph. I am handling the weekly maintenance on this system kind of like my 125g aquarium. Doing this I am able to keep the ph at the optimum level with no worries of any drifting. I was in such a hurry to put in my ac for the tent I didn't think about how dry it's been here. So for now I'm using some wet towels to get the humidity up to an acceptable level for these little plants. The new led lights have been amazing. Maybe another couple weeks and I can put the CMH light in. Please excuse the untidiness. Eventually I will get that all cleaned up. Been so busy with moving into the new house and getting this built and running right. Well let me know how you think everything is coming along. I have been looking into getting a light controller to use with the CMH. Just haven't found one that looks worthy of the price. Update: Well it's been 14 days from seed and 7 days since I put them in the hydroponic system. I'm not sure how well this stuff works for other people, but damn these are looking amazing. I think this weekend I will change out the res and up the nutrients, maybe 500 ppm. I am also going to put my CMH light in. I have been itching to use it since I bought it. I have the 4100k phillips for veg and 3100kr for flowering. Next week I will probably start LST. I don't think I am going to top these, just too worried about stressing them and hermies all over again. I posted some new pictures. Be sure to check them out and give me some thoughts and feedback. My GG4 mother plant is doing better than I could have ever hoped for,I have never grown a plant this bushy in my entire life!!! She reeks of skunk and burnt rubber already at the end of week 1 of flower. I'm really hoping she finishes before I go on vacation october 9th 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I have been moving my plants around with my new plant dolly and chasing the sun around my entire yard daily in hopes i get some bigger more dense buds😅 we shall see

Wow, looking great, buds have taken shape and can start with filling up a bit. This Mars Hydro light is amazing, the buds are quite big for week 4. Cant wait to see next weeks development. The boosters name is Pro Bloom, most have new names in europe, same company, different names

This week i made a plan for the plants feeding. For start gave a small portion of nutrients like 1/4 from the suggested to see the reaction of the plants. Day 21: fim one plant (the plant referred as cotyledons now is going to be mentioned as fim).In a few days will top the other one.

It has been raining and raining since whatever... 2 weeks....checked the trichomes nice milky white. Based on the fact the the weather won't be better and also the temperature is lower day by the now usually 6 Celsius degrees in the evening and 13-16 during the day or less, I decided to harvest next week. I was thinking to let her out 3 more weeks just to have more amber trichomes but she is OK, ready but this weather is not ... She is sativa dominant as I saw in the breeder's description so totally cool. So she ain't gonna be maturing that much she reached the point.... especially because no sun.... ... but compare to that she has som nice colas so I am excited let's see soo guys. Week Five and Flowering has begun Will fold in Bio-Bloom and replace Fix Mix with Bio-grow , may add some Phos via top dressing as well. Yellowing continues to recede just not fast enough for my comfort. Brandy has obviously stunted considerably and Maggie at least somewhat. Could not expect differently Moving to Flowering tent soon as its clear, couple of days at most 10/28 UPDATE Going to play on a couple of hunches at next watering. Need to get a TDS meter soon, got a feeling it would help. Ever since we went to BioBizz we have experienced a variety of oddness in the vein of this grow. Now long term since we are switching to coco and Flora nuet line that is solved but short term I am switching to Dr. Earth Flower Girl for remainder of grow. Every feeding/watering will be @6.5 PH to 20% run off and checking PH on that. Of course this will be modified based on results. Schedule is a single top dressing at 4 tbs (roughly 2 tsp per gal of soil) covering with 1/2 inch min of coco and 50% perlite as a mulch. Layla must go on her own feeding schedule as she is just so much bigger and drinking well. Will do the feed when moving to Flowering tent in a day or so as that will be about time to water. She looks good if a little darker green than I like. Were it only Layla I might not suspect anything... meh Here is where Grow Diaries saved the day , by going back and looking at past grows we came to suspect the nuet change although initially results were great problems always seemed to follow. In my reaction to that, not knowing, I may have made other mistakes, likely in fact. Its a solid organic and may head off some issues. Simplify As for Bandy and Maggie, still have that bottle of H2O2 on the shelf, need to see some serious improvement real soon. Getting to be now or never Later: Talked to the owner of a hydroponics store who is also a long time grower that knows these nuet lines cold. His take is that it is absolutely the Bio-Bizz nuets, seems they are hard to run alone as they have holes in their make up which will cause mystery deficiencies in some plants and soil mixes. That really pisses me off LoL , my fault though just glad I have partial explanation. Good thing is he was able to show me the CocoTek Grow and Bloom lines and that is going to be the choice, two part feed without complications. Simplify heheh 10/29 Confirmed the dye reading of pot PH on all three by another method. Took a handful sized soil sample from as deep as I could of each pot and placed into a cup, soaked with 7.0 water let stand 15 minutes to stabilize, tested pour off, all at 6.7 so that is NOT the problem. Damn it This is the reasoning: Water goes into the pot at 6.4-6.5 takes the entire system to that level temporarily, it then begins bringing it up to 6.7-6.8ish and that friends covers the entire range of nuet take-up in soil. Going to cheat a bit high and make it 6.5 solid as its good on acid content. Least thats how I see it, back to basics so may as well. Top dressing Layla today with Flower Girl, others follow when pots dry out a bit more. This strain grows beautifully in my opinion! It has a short, stocky, thick stem and grows medium/short and wide in stature. It sports beautiful purple buds that smell IDENTICAL to blueberry muffins! These plants were an easy grow and are very disease/pest resistant. One of my favorites for sure!

One plant "lost" to budrot, luckily the only one which was 5 days older than all other 3. Budrot on 3 main buds, very early stages, noticed rather quickly as I'm a very alert person with stuff like this. Lost around 10% of infected and healthy material, and harvested early on around day 73. I lost around 2 weeks of weight gain & ripening with the early harvest, but I had to do it for the good of the other 3 plants. Infected plant was a Granite Haze F5, quick dry with wet trim to avoid more mold / rot. 5 days of drying at 20°C and 65% humidity, and light breeze of air. Final dry yield was 205g dry out of the second smallest autoflower here. Currently still in its curing stages, still a hay-ish smell to it because of the emergency dry, but I slowly get peppery notes, mixed with liqourice & ass. Yes it stinks. All other 3 plants are good so far, but this week doesn't have lots of images.

Day one of the 12th week, cutting off the nutrients I feel like it is time to flush. And what I did wrong in the beginning of this grow, was that I placed the plants too far away from the light the first 4 weeks of veg or so. My thought was too make the plants stretch taller in the beginning, but disregarding the par, the ppfd I realized too late that the branches did not get what they needed for length. These plants could have been much larger just for growers information.

Not much to report this week, the trichomes are still milky. My feeling is that it will take another 2-3 weeks until they are ready to harvest. Until then, I will continue with the fertilizer scheme. The smell of both strains is very pleasantly fruity (citrus) and I continue to monitor the VPD value and temperatures. This time there are no pictures and only videos they show better the development, in the time lapse you can still see a growth in the flowers, slow but there is still growth.

Dieser Dünger sucht seines gleichen das ist nicht mal übertrieben mein Freund. Hard buds with a lot of resin, very intense smell, sweet, fruity, as promised the plant produces a lot of resin, a lot, even in some fan leaves, I will dry them and put the result soon.

This one is definitely taking her time but its looking like the end product will be worth the wait, im getting an almost lemony aroma from the tent now. Edit: 5 days on I've just started the flush since trichs are turning cloudy.
