The growing cycle itself worked out as expected, except that the pH-level was way off from where it should be, and I found out a bit too late. Because of this the outcome of the harvest didn't say much about the potential of this strain, but as soon as I got enough time and space, she will get a new chance to shine.000

Flowering week 3. Everything is ok. I made a light defoliation.

Left town for a few days and remote managed the grow flawlessly and to spec. Looking better than ever - and I wasn’t even around. She’s a late stretcher. Last 4 days, 1+ inch vertically a day. Praying that she stays short at 20ish inches.

Buds fattening up🤟I think in about 3-4 for more weeks will be harvest time 🔥

Day 84 (day 21 flower): Major defoliation on both the Brain Cake and Bakers Delight. Both the ladies are getting sticky! The Brain Cake smell is pretty neutral but the Bakers Delight has a bit more smell and reminds me a bit of a Tangine Kush (Rare Dankness) I grew a while back. Changed the water reservoirs to the flower bloom booster nutrients (Plagron green sensation). Day 86 (day 23 flower): They seem to be coming along nicely, a tiny bit of progression in the buds since defoliating. The Bakers Delight is more sensitive to nutrients so added some tap water to dilute the nutrients a little (TDS 510 -> 470). Day 87 (day 24 flower): Both doing well. The Bakers Delight seems to be reacting positively to the slightly lower nutrient concentration. Both water reservoirs between 5.7 and 6.3 at all times and around 20-21c. Day 89 (day 26 flower): Everything seems fine, water stats are stable, for as far as I can see no deficiencies or excess, bud are growing in height and seem to be producing nice amounts of thc giving the buds a slightly grey color. Some of the pistils are turning orange very early, might be due to stress the past weeks, or the new full spectrum light or just genetics. The Bakers Delight currently has a stronger smell, also a more peppery background. The Brain Cake has a neutral fresh 'plant material' green hash smell, nothing special going on yet with her odor. --> Slowly been hanging the light closer, at 50cm from the Brain Cake and 60cm from the Bakers Delight, will slowly lower till its approx 40cm from the Brain Cake and 50cm from the Bakers Delight (because the BD is 10 cm shorter...). Hopefully this will get the top buds to get even bigger and stronger and hopefully aswell the bottom buds will pull some weight and most importantly the bottom buds need to ripen as fast as the top buds which is usually the main issue when they dont get enough light... Curious to see how it plays out. Might need another minor defoliation around day 40-44.

Hello All. I took a lot of pictures. Hope you don't mine, but I had fun. I think everyone likes to see large harvest pictures. It all started back in early January when I took clones of my favorite plants. It was a cold winter here this year, for these parts. So it was mid March when I got the plants out in the greenhouse. The spring was damp and cold too. I found powdery mildew in the garden about 2 weeks before I found it in the greenhouse. I got it on the Skunkberry and the Burmberry, But not on either Amnesia Lemon or the Sister Amnesia Lemon. I was very pleased about that :) I found some spider mites in the last week and a half. I decided to turn up the fans instead of spray. Yes they still spread but very slowly when they can't spin their webs. I didn't find many when I harvested. Everything else went well this season. I found a male Dr. Atomic Northern Lights that I liked. So I'll try to make some seeds with the Amnesia Lemon, Skunkberry and the Burmberry. I'm trying to fatten up the Burmberry. I'm interested to see if the Amnesia Lemon gets fatter buds and carries the P.M. resistance to the seeds, I'm hoping. The tall Sister Amnesia lemon in the middle did cause a drop of production from the plants on either side of it. They were in more shade. Something to work on for next year :) The Skunkberry had the most P.M. I used a new produce that I'm pleased with, it's White Wash frequency altered water. Knocks the P.M. right out. I found that if you put a large tray under where you are spraying you can catch the run off. I could use it a couple of times with no change in effectiveness. It must be the Scottish in me. I try to reuse or recycle as much as possible. Cuts costs, and help make me feel like I'm doing good and helping the planet. My feeding schedule was: I had a 15 gallon half barrel and pump with hoses and nozzles. I filled the barrel with nutrient solution and watered by minuets, 15 for clod days and 25 or 30 minuets on hot days. After 3 or4 days I added water when the solution got low. Mixed new solution once a week, and cleaned the barrel and pump. I also took the hose in the greenhouse and soaked them till run off once a week and measured the ph. I saw a few fungus gnats, but the spiders and nematodes (from my compost I added when I mixed soil) sure help to keep the numbers down. I like to put my buds in a paper bag to dry and cure. Inside I hang the buds for 3 days before putting the buds in paper bags. But it was so hot in the green house that 2 days was more that enough before putting the buds in the paper bags. The bags sat in the greenhouse for 3 days and then went in to the basement to finish. The old hippies told me that they use to put their buds to cure in the middle of a bushel of straw. I seems that the drying buds gives off a gas, that when trapped around the buds helps to take away the bitterness and raunchiness' of the uncured buds. The bags also help in wicking away the moisture of the drying buds, just like the straw did. After a week I check to see if it is dry enough. If the buds are dense the bag might need to be rehung for a few days to finish. I prefer a dryer bud. I like to hear a light crunch when I put a bud in my pipe. In Conclusion: This was my best grow ever! Big thanks to Barneys farm, for great seeds. I've got LSD started and I will try that in the greenhouse next year, 5/5 for mold and pest resistance. I'm very happy with the results. I was concerned because I have 2 rental houses behind me and one of them had a big backyard party at my week 5 of flowering. You could smell the grow by then and I was hoping I wasn't going to get ripped off. I looked through the fence a few days later and saw about 12 large plant pots, growing cannabis. I'm very happy. Her total flowering time was 61 days, and veg time 49 days, for a total of 110 days seed to harvest! With an impressive yield to go with it. From the beginning this plant was a real pleasure to grow. Fast and even spacing between leaf set the stage for strong level branching in height. Not much training was needed during the vegetative stage other than some minor defoliation. One would think this was an F1 or Auto strain with the speed of growth, but it is not. The cross breeding in terpenes has proven to be winner as the smell is very intense with pineapple and sweet tropical scents. The buds swell solid with resins especially in the last weeks of ripening, and are snow covered with trichomes at maturity. I’m sure she would have gotten much bigger had I been set up for a larger plant. I am extremely satisfied with the results produced from these genetics. and would recommend them to anyone wanting to grow a high quality product. 🔥 Smoke Report: 25 Aug - After hanging in a closet for 8 days with RH of 50% and temperature of 70 degrees F, the product was ready for trimming. I decided to try out a large tumbler that was given to me by a good friend. Glad I did! It worked out great! Cutting my trim time down to practically nothing, and making the buds look exceptionally manicured without excessive waste, I’ll continue with this method of trimming in the future. I am pleasantly pleased with the outcome of this grow. Almost 1/2 pound of quality smoke. The buds are solid, resin filled, sticky and smell like a fruity pineapple. The high comes on kind of slow, then settles in for a smooth calming feeling, like the world just slows down a little bit. Leaving you feeling excited and relaxed, lasting for hours. Since the second week I started doing LST on this strain. The plant grew very well, it was easy to train and had a very small amount of leaves, so I didn't defoliate it. Today I have done some lollipopping, taking off the branches that were too small. The buds start to grow in dimension and also start to smell. Also the resin production it's very good, if you try to touch the buds, your fingers will stick together.

So my 5 plants have been split up. My first two chopped are now curing up. Preparing to chop the rest. Smells like nothing or gassy. Don’t overshock your plants people! 7 days of drying and stems were snapping. 3 in the pink isn’t quite ready yet.

Had to zip tie the light to the top of the tent. Still only at 30% though. Couldn't get a proper ppfd reading.

Hey-O ! The girls are doing great, lots of frost development and thickening up. Big fat colas and nugs on these ones. Pretty sure the Mai cola is a solid OZ on its own 🤤 smelling very dank, and feeling greasy to the touch. All I have had to do this week is fill the humidifier and admire them as they grow 😎 not too much longer, hoping they finish around the same time as my other strain . Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️🌱

Well week 3 is here nothing but good growth so far just fed her the remaining quart from the last solution mix and I must say she is loving it. Come Monday I will raise her dose and mix in some grow big. I also started some LST, those bottom tops are receiving so much light penetration now. Since the last leaf and substrate application against tripse, I finally haven't seen any of the little biters 👍. Watering was done twice this week with 1.3 l each time (see table above for nutrients). The lowest shoots were removed so that the energy is not wasted in the lower part :-) . Otherwise, as always, everything was cleaned and checked. Fresh osmosis water was filled with stale tap water in a 100 L tank for the coming week 👍.
