12/25/2023-Germination Day 1
Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter.
I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.

Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan.

She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly.

HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!!

Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water..

Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water.

Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days.

And the time to defoliate my freak tester as come, not that she needed that much but since i went in for the rest my giraffe went along with them all, she is lovely with her freaking weird leafs all over lets hope she likes defoliation hahahaha
cut my CaMag , figure if she is with a N block of some kind this will help, and she does not need it in flower any way so lets see
And a few days in to defoliation done and she is happy and never before, mb i should have done her sooner , she starting to put up with an amazing trichome production, this will be an amazing one for extraction mb lets see
And with the week coming to an end she is defiantly happier than she was before i spank her a bit , supper happy with this extra tall girl that aims to the moon

Hi growers,
The pistils are slowly turning brown, while the buds continue to swell and pack on size every day.
This week I'll finally take out the microscope and start checking the trichomes to see how close she is to the perfect harvest window. She's still looking great, so now it's all about patience.

Pestíky pomalu hnědnou a palice se každým dnem dál nalévají a zvětšují.
Tenhle týden konečně vytáhnu mikroskop a začnu kontrolovat trichomy, abych zjistil, jak blízko je ideálnímu termínu sklizně. Rostlina stále vypadá skvěle, takže teď už je to hlavně o trpělivosti.

Pineapple Express was an exciting plant to grow. It grew fast and stretched nicely.
Purple Kush was just a runt. It did not like the hot climates from the previous week but grew it out anyway.
By weeks end was feeding Remo's full flower lineup.
Pineapple - 8ml per 3800ml Ph between 6 - 6.1
Purple - 5ml per 2000ml Ph between 6 - 6.1
No change in light scheduled as with Auto's they do not require the 12 hour darkness period to flower.
**Spider Farmer lights generate a lot of heat.

Short week due to harvest.
Plant started to smell a little less, hope I did not loose that taste because the harvest ain't gonna be much.

Everything seems to be going ok, 2 of the 5 are a little behind as far as how fast they are getting buds
Update buds are getting much more frosty

At day 84 from seed, 38 days since the switch to 12-12, she is a little closer to my light than I want. She looks happy to me though so I hope I get away with it. She is just entering that part of her life cycle where she is developing and putting on weight. Not much to do much wait and see if she ends up too close to my light and if she'll need support later in flower.

And they bounced back so fast and so good that i decided to give them some hard training and i topped her again and defoliate her as much as possible, she might take a few days to respond to it all ( since i was kind a hard on them) but i belive it was for the best, we will c 😆😅💚
Gave them some water today and no NPK at all , from now one i will not include any NPK on my watering until i change it to flower.
Gave them a bit more training today since they wore all praying like no tomorrow lol and with it i spray some NutriSpray From Haptus Holland to help them move a bit faster hihihihi

This week I've only been doing LST and minimal defoliation. Next week I'll be doing Bruce Banner topping, since it's a backlog, I'll be doing some experiments on it. I also used on one bush the training method - super cropping (video).

Week 7/
We’re switching to plain water. For the ladies, I’d say the trichomes are about 50% cloudy on the Frosted and Kush Purple, while the Sticky has a lower percentage of cloudy trichomes since she’ll be the last one we’ll harvest. I’ll harvest early. I’m fine with the effects either way for the plants concerned

Watering remains moderate: ~600 mL for the larger plants and ~300 mL for the smaller ones, with 1 L being the maximum applied so far.

16th Week Report 30/01/20 - 06/02/20
Had a look to trichomes and she was almost ready, consequently I didn't filled/changed reservoir from last week

Harvest Day!
2nd Harvest Wet Weight Is 440g! 💦💦
All the lower growth yielded more than the bigger colas from first harvest (350g Wet Weight)
Nothing particular to say, trichomes are 5-10% 🔍 Amber, even the lower buds got some purple tones and while I was trimming them I sniffed the best weed flavour I ever felt in my life!
The 2nd Harvest day was a week away from the 1st Harvest day!
"Harvest Week" will be published when buds will be dry 😋

La planta comienza a dejar atrás el stretch y centra cada vez más su energía en el desarrollo de las flores. Alcanza aproximadamente los 100 cm de altura y los cogollos empiezan a ganar volumen en todas las puntas, mientras la estructura queda prácticamente definida.

😼 we upload the good, the bad and the ugly, the end of this run definitely falls in that last category lol 😹.. despite the mess, it should still be a decent harvest ❤️..Trichs are getting cloudy, maybe 1-2 more weeks before they're done..the color is really starting to fade, the finish line is in sight! Happy harvests everyone!!

Meow! Week 4 is upon us! We adjusted her ties this week and removed a few of the larger top fans..her color is nice and uniform..her bud development looks closer to week 3 than 4 but she'll probably start plumping quick in the next week..we lost half of our flower lighting for most the week, we use a dual 315watt and one side of the ballast had a short..we remedied this and ordered another 315watt CMH..now that we have more light than we need, moving from a 4ft an 8ft flowering tent may be in our future... thank for reading and happy growing 🐱
