At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. 25/12/21 : Merry Christmas - 30 baby OG kush seeds have been put into water and will paper towel method 24 hours from now. Nice large tent for this genetic - fingers crossed! 07/01: 24 OG kush and 4 White widow coming out of their seeds well. Added a heater a fan and a humidifier, nice big space for them to grow. root juice next week.

Week 6 2/9-15 Pink Rozay Auto in flower. On Thursday, 2/13 I did a major defoliation on Pink Rozay. I removed all large fan leaves and any leaves shading bud sites. Initially, I thought this would be my last defoliation, however I have since heard that, 10 they continue to grow new leaves until day 20 of flower and 2 there must be enough foliage on the plant to photosynthesize energy. Well, I hope I left enough leaves for energy to keep bulking up the buds. She is still stretching and now 18 inches. This should have been an indication Not to defoliate severely. Oh darn I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. The controller is set to flower now. 2/9 & 11 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and a Dill in the back. Everything going great, not to much to report this. Plenty of new bud sites, and some very beautiful tops. Added in just a few inches of fresh fox farms soil to keep roots covered. They feel as they finally stopped stretching so much, so I'm feeling alot better about my taller girls getting too tall.

Week 24 October 10 - Daylight 11h : 8h20 / 19h20 Temperatures 14° C to 23/24°C - globally rainy weather during the end of September and beginning October. Rare sunny moment but cool temperatures: best conditions to develop mold or diseases. Even if the plants are in a protected from rain and ventilated area. It’s why I harvested 2 plants ( Break Pad Breath + Flash Back #2 ) before losing the yield destruct by botrytis. Royal Moby and GMO x Zombie Kush are still flowering. RM: interesting sativa flowering, productive and resilient. Lot of resinous flowers; maybe it will be some seeds inside appearing after an autopollination. No mold for the moment. Impressive refreshing Lemon smell. Ready in 10 days max. GMO x ZK: ending the flowering cycle in a good way: pretty dense flowers, covered by resin. Spicy and flowery aroma. I had to cut a little bud attack by botrytis. Ready soon. Last weeks just add pk13/14 + Bud XL and overdrive + enzymes Start flushing now.

This is the start for week 9 and got to doing some last training and ended up splitting the middle stem, that end up with her got into shock unfortunately, she don't seem to understand happy but we will see

6/10 plant 1 is flowering nicely and doesnt seemed to have stretched. Plant 2 is finally focusing her energy on flowering... I think 7/10 definite bud sites forming in plant 2 now, notes fast as I would like but you cant rush perfection. At this rate plant 1 is going to be ready a lot sooner 8/10 not done anything to them today, next couple of waterings are just going to be PHd water 9/10 same old, same old 11/10 shes getting in to it now
