Blueberry Headband DinaMed CBD Plus Week 01 Flower End of first week of flower. Just gave first dose of Bloom. Roots look amazing. Will continue with Hygrozyme but will stop Tarantula inoculations. Blueberry Headband has increased height by about 300% while DinaMed is at around 150%. Has a little more than two weeks to catch up and stretch finishes. BHB will continue it's stretch for the whole 3 week period. New air pump (EcoPlus Air 1) has been ordered. Should be here in a couple weeks. Keeping the EC at around 12-1.3 for the BHB and 1.1 for the DinaMed. DinaMed isn't a fan of med-high nutes, I don't think. It seems to prefer on the light side. Also, turned the lights up from 30% to about 55%. Will up to 75% in about four weeks. Fast Buds Mexican Airlines 5 weeks into Flowering completed 18th Jan 2020 Well she's starting to fill out a lot more now and is getting fairly sticky and stinky. Probably another two weeks or so left before it's ready but no rush. The weathers turned a little and is threatening to rain so I'm juggling between moving them into the sunlight then back under cover when it looks a bit clouded and ominous. Hey guys :-) . Today the plant was sprayed again with neem oil. There weren't any more trips to be seen after the second application, but to be on the safe side, you did it again today get a cure. That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). She has developed very well this week. I will give you 7-10 days before I switch to flowering. This week it was poured 3 times with 1 l each (nutrients see table above) I will tie the Dr Grinspoon down again with LST and apply topping because it will be damn big 😂. This week I transplanted all of them and started lst training. Of all 3 strains I’ve got going, gummy buns defo has the best vigour and structure on nearly all of them.

Introduced low stress training to the plants. Notices some nitrogen toxicity so cut out the gro to utilise the nitrogen from the micro & bloom. Spray the canopy lightly with the canna cure.

Start these by mistake, wasn't quite prepared or set up correctly, these are being grown in a two by four budget

This week the new growth of the plants transitioned from looking relatively healthy to droopy and yellowed. I wasn't sure what the issue was at first and thought it might be light stress. After more research, I determined that I had what looked very much like a zinc deficiency, which is almost always a symptom of over-watering, which is the most common mistake for new growers, i.e. "Me". I had assumed that adding a good amount of perlite to my soil and using smart pots would prevent me from running in to any drainage issues but I guess not. I was up to 1.5 liters per plant when I realized that it was too much. I also realized I was misreading my syringe which I use to mix nutrients, and that i had been giving only 1/10 of the liquid nutrients that I thought. I'm super embarrassed about the mistake but I'm going for full transparency here, so there it is. Course correction takes places after day 31.

This classic is boosting up…it’s time to add some Ashes.

This week I decided to recruit my husband to get a proper look at this girl's roots. She's gotten so damn big that it's impossible for me to get a shot otherwise. Her root ball is massive. She's large and in charge. I went through and gave her another thorough round of defoliation. What I removed was any droopy leaves in the underbrush, as well as any fan leaves that were casting shadows and blocking light from my bud sites. When I was finished, I was able to stand over my plant, look down, and visibly see through to the base of my plant and grow media. Being able to do this suggests to me that my light source is also able to penetrate down throughout the plant as well. The removal of these leaves also contributed to improved air circulation and decreased humidity - both which are important as we progress through the flowering stage. This week I also caught my first whiff of this plant's sweet aroma. I'm excited to see how her terps develop over the upcoming weeks! 😋😋😋 I cloned another branch off this plant. Would not be here without you! absolute legends😎 I had an absolute blast making the videos every week and showcasing the Grow Huge Thankyouuu to everyone who liked, followed and commented on the diary! I have been hooked for weeks on this! and its thanks to all you. I have Harvested 2 of the Runtz first which were darked out for 3 days in a 3x3. We have 3 more in flower for another week or 2 as they are little behind schedule! There are 2 plants which I will be flushing next week as they have really packed out now. We got 1 straggler but looks like she's fattening up good! and will follow suit very soon! 😎 🌳Plant 1 Harvested and Drying now The size of this momma Runtz is mad! After loosing one of the main stems in early flower, she powered through and made 2 massive fat colas! Hardly ran into any problems with this plant other than loosing a main stem which turned out to be glorious in the end! 💥 She is now drying in the 3x3. I'm aiming for 10 days drying. Smell is absolutely unreal! I would normally do longer but as I have took most of the main fan leaves off I think it will be a bit quicker this harvest. 🌳Plant 2 Harvested and Drying now - Another whopper! super sticky colas all over it! I decided to leave a few more fan leaves on this one for now but may take more this week aiming for 10 days again! couldn't' be happier with the results, Hardly ran into any nutrient problems throughout. We had a few pale leaves early flower due to overwatering but she soon recovered and powered through! Smells like victory! 3 more Plants to go not long now!!!! I Will add another flowering week in next 2 days and show the other 3 still in action! Going to Update this harvest page in the next 2 weeks with dry weigh results and Smoke review to follow!! Looking good, not really a lot to add. Keeping the feeding regular, temps are doing okay. She’s looking great buds are really starting to show and trichome production is picking up. Realised humidity was set to 60% last week so she’s had 10 days on 50% now and I think it’s helping produce trichomes as well. Imma keep removing big fan leaves but other than that letting her do her thing Thanks for having a look x Update few days later: Just defoliated a bunch, should’ve actually done this about a week sooner but was too hesitant because I did a big defoliation before flipping. She’s looking much better now though and a lot more bud sites are getting direct light(first 3 photos/video)

Ordered a scale the other day so should have some more numbers tomorrow! Not going to sample anything until I get the scale, then I'll update with some more details.

Last feeding, I have lowered the nuts as I observe that the plant has reached the maximum tolerable level of fertilizer and is approaching the end of its cycle. The buds have become denser and are as hard as rocks 🤤😍 . It smells amazing. At the next watering I will begin to wash the roots.
