Start of week 5 today, everything seems to be going great! The Gelato OG is by far the biggest plant of the bunch so far but they all seem to be taking well to LST, HST , Topping & defoliation! Will be going in the flower tent as soon as the other ladies harvest so they will probably have atleast 2 to 3 more weeks of veg!

I never thought I'd say it but i think when it comes to my indoor C4 vs my outdoor C4 Indoor takes the prize, I mean that's only for now lets see what happens in the upcoming weeks. I'm sticking to my bat turd mix and all sun, I shift her around during the heavy showers, yea it rains out here. I don't feed no store bought nutrients all from nature same goes for my indoor ... if you look closely you'll see that I lst her it's only because of her mutation.

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! This week is all about managing that explosive growth and setting a solid foundation for the structure of the plants. #Environmental Conditions Location: Outdoor Deck Climate: High plains (Variable temperatures and shifting winds) Sunlight: Full sun (approx. 14+ hours of daylight) Garden Updates & Maintenance The focus this week has shifted from recovery to Low Stress Training (LST). Given how tall this Sativa-dominant landrace can get, keeping the canopy managed is a priority.Train: Implementing a DIY bamboo trellis system. I’m gently pulling the main branches outward to encourage lateral growth and ensure better airflow through the center of the plant. Irrigation: The dual-timer manifold is up and running. The custom-drilled hoses are delivering a consistent soak, which is crucial as the Colorado sun starts to intensify. Nutrients:Sticking with the **FOOP Organic** regimen. The leaves are a deep, healthy green with no signs of transplant shock or nutrient burn. Pest Management: The **African Marigolds** are positioned as sentinels around the fabric bags. So far, the companion planting is doing its job—no signs of mites or aphids. Observations The nodal spacing is starting to stretch slightly, which is expected for Durban Poison. The stalks are thickening up nicely, becoming sturdy enough to handle the afternoon gusts. Took her out the tent Wednesday Feb 26th. Gave her a haircut and hung her up to dry.

Switched out the tiny T5 for an LED. The light has really increased the temp, so adjusted humidity accordingly. Transferred into 1 gallon pots with Great White, then fed. Noticed a couple burned tips.

The pistils on all plants are getting more and more brown, its time to check the trichomes now. I check with a handheld microscope and they are getting milky, but not yet amber, which means they are ALMOST READY TO HARVEST, but not yet. The amount of crystals produced under the Q6W-Gen.2 LED-lamps from SANlight is astounding, the plants are coated in trichomes! This week I stopped giving any nutrients in order to FLUSH the plants, this is VERY IMPORTANT in order to get a smooth smoke of the dried end-product. The aroma of the plants is VERY STRONG NOW, they smell mouth-watering. The Shiva Skunk has a sweet, musky smell with a fresh citrus note to it, its a delight to smell those plants. The Serious Kush smells EXTREMELY fuely and gassy, like the OG-Kush, but with an amount of buds like the White Russian, its FLABBERGASTING. I cant wait to try those two strains...😎

Incredible growth ... I had to bust out and move to a 2x5 with more height. Increased light coverage and airflow, nitrogen needs flushed, some signs of toxicity ... very happy.

She was lollipopped today and a selective defoliation done across the canopy. She has been eating a lot and is looking good. Today she got the last time the organic vega fertilizer, since the lighting was switched to 12/12 about 6-8 days ago and started to produce her flowers. found a new soil bacteria product I thought I'd try out. it only contains 3 of the most prevalent bacteria found everywhere in nature. I took the min dose 2.5mg and brewed it out for 3 days with 30ml per gallon molasses. It all about the microbes.

I keep bending this lady quite a lot. She is growing super vigorous on a diet Front Row Ag. She starting to smell like a basket of super ripe mandarin. Stunk dunk big. She staking super nice. Super close internode. I defoliated her quite a lot too. Hopefully no many small buds. Still a great yeald is promising from the look.

Starting to get some real buds now. Color in leaves changed within 3days. Had me super nervous I screwed up the plant. Thought I was dealing with a ph issue because of how early the leaves changed colors. Green spots on leaves are from me not turing down the light fast enough.
