Gold Sativa is doing well. I increased nutrition, and I may of been too strong. Been following the routine I been doing through grow with solution changes. She looks pretty happy, and the Spider Farmer SE5000 light is at a good sweet spot for her. She is in a New Level Hydro bucket. Day 56 Flowering: We are finally at an harvest window after only seeing the poor fft#8 pulled early. FFT#9 is still giving out lots of new pistils so wants to continue a bit longer . She has some very nice bud stacks that will benefit from another weeks swelling and growth. I decided to end the drought stress and feed again as I could not risk slowing the. down too much at this stage now. She has a lot of trichromes covering her sugar leaves and buds too but they are still fairly clear when I looked at them with the loupe. By the amount of fresh pistils still showing and popping out , she will be good for at least another week and plenty more feeds. This strain is a beautiful smelling and growing beasty. a sure fire winner once released. FFT#10 Has been in the dark for nearly 3 days now and will be trimmed up later for her drying period. She looks absolutely perfect in the flesh amd pics do not do her justice. Nice, fat , long and trich covered colas throughout the plant amd I cannot wait to sample that beautiful candy smelling trich monster. Be safe and Well growmies

So i had to take all my plants inside because i found bud rot on 2 of them & the weather wasn’t going to get any better, had to transform my bedroom into a grow room😂 & i have 2 more plants which i am going to finish next to a window.. The smaller plant to the right is a Northern light by zamnesiaseeds that has a seperate diary if you are interested! I really hope the bud rot doesn’t spread anymore & if anyone has any tips or tricks for that they are always welcome!

This week was spent just tying down branches and keeping the soil moist. Also switched out my light to the bigger version ( ES300)

Sorry for the long delay, but wasn't sure if I was gonna finish this runoe n Moved everything down to my flower room and finally flipped to flower. Humidity is extremely low so I recently added a ideal aire 75 pint unit to try n help fight. Since last cycle, I got 4 new 640 watt LEDs, 6 100 watt inter-canopy lights, added 2 20 pound co2 tanks, and added an 8 inch intake fan to help control the. CO2. Ended up with 24 plants, 15 strains (got way 2 carried away with buying seeds this year lol). Since I'm gonna retire my 2 fav strains, I wanted to cast a wide net and find worthy successors.

This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/16- Week Five is here and I couldn't be happier with how both of the Testers from Dutch Passion/SSSC are doing! Both are continuing to have excellent vigor and are 'praying' hard every day... VERY happy ladies! 5/18- Today, I watered both Testers with 1.5g of straight well water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 70℉. I also removed some new shoots growing down low on both plants to help redirect energy towards the upper portions. 5/20- Yesterday and today were cool and rainy, so all I really did was to spend some quality time with the ladies, giving them both a good looking over to catch any issues well before they get out of hand. Both looked fantastic! 5/22- Yesterday, both Testers were watered with 2g of well water with 3 tbsp/g of Worm Tea concentrate, which was ph'd to 6.4 @ 72℉. I have also started to do some HST on both, twisting and bending branches to allow light to reach down into their canopies. Well fam, Week Six of veg is on the books for these two gorgeous girls from Dutch Passion/Super Sativa Seed Club and I am absolutely impressed with how well both are doing despite the rather warm temp's right now... Just letting them cruise along. Increased the ec to 2.1 highest I think ill take it , but so far so good. Really wish I would have had controlled the stretch alil more so the buds would have filled out better. But the smell these gals are putting off Is so good. Can't wait to burn this stuff. !! This time I will try legendary LSD-25 by @FastBuds ☺️ 2020.10.26 Started garmination in paper towel method, wrapped with transparent food film and placed in warm dark place. 2020.10.28 all 5 seeds sprouted and wolaah, we got TWINS! Never happend before, 2 healthy tap roots from one seed! I guess it means 120% Success rate? 🤔😆 Google it and dont know what to do, maybe try to split them? Any suggestions? 2020.10.29 Manage to safely separate twins! One left in a 5 gallon pot and other moved to small solo cup, Ill keep an close eye on it and if she bounce back in a couple of days, Ill transplant her to 5 gallon fabric pot. 2020.11.02 The little one of twins few days ago transplanted to 5 gallon pot and seems to be ok and bouncing back. They poped out of soil at 2020.10.28 so Ill wait 7 days to 2020.11.04 to officialy start vegetation stage. Stay tuned & happy growing! ✌️
