Life's been a bit crazy, so I haven't been able to update, but the 5x9 is really filling out. Week 4 of flower is up—the stretch is complete (hopefully... lol), the bud sites have formed and are beginning to stack. I was able to install the Blumat Blusoak tape automatic watering system last week, and it has eliminated 90% of the work I have to do. It truly is incredible when you get these automatic watering systems dialed in, just how much the plants LOVE them and how much time they save for you. I opted to connect the Blumats directly to the water under the sink because my ceilings are not high enough to achieve the PSI needed for the Blusoak tape to work properly via gravity. I attached a 15 psi pressure reducer as well as a chlorine filter (to make things easy on the microbes). Doing this guarantees that the pressure is always there whenever the plants want water. The only downside with hooking it up directly to the sink, is it makes challenging to measure just how much water the plants are consuming, as there is no reservoir that you can monitor. The other negative with hooking it up directly under the sink is the potential for flooding. Until I receive and install my water "flood" sensor, I will be extra diligent about checking for leaks to avoid any floods. I will continue to check the plants over the coming weeks to make sure the Blusoak tape is keeping the top evenly moist and hopefully avoid any kinks, leaks, or issues... Overall, I couldn't be happier with how this tent is filling out-- the Chicken 'n Wafflez have stretched practically to the light and one Jelly Donutz, in particular, has incredibly sweet, jammy, candy terps. I can't wait to see how the smells from this tent develop over the next several weeks. Happy Growing, Growmies! 😎

Still struggling to get the medium pH up been adding Potassium bicarbonate last 2 waterings (in going pH 8.9) still getting out of range low 5 runoff numbers, left off Cal/Mag last time to make sure there is no acid in the mix. Just anxious to get this grow done, think I went to heavy on the AgroThrive early on thinking it was weaker than salts, it certainty is not, lesson learned the only other thing I thought might help is a help is adding microbes to widen the pH range but it might be too late for that at this point. 😕

Week 4 / Day 28 Flower begins today - 8/12/2021. Runoff EC has been a little high on both girls but not enough to give them any burn or anything thankfully. They are both beginning to pack on frost early on the leaves and buds are certainly getting bigger. Average of about 1.5 EC with a 1.2 inflow. Getting this back down and under control over the next couple days. With having weeks mixed up at start, the C4 was started a week early, so therefore I am going to be carrying on with C4 for this next week, then introduce the Ultimate PK. This is also going to be a week early but I’m sure it won’t be too bad, live and learn for next time. Smell is certainly increased, as soon as I open the tent there is a nice fruity/orangey smell that only gets more intense as you sniff the leaves with frost and buds that have formed. Smells unlike any other strain I’ve smoked before! LST- although stretch is now ending, the string will be left on just to allow plant to stiffen up in that shape over the next week or so, so I won’t be covering anything in the middle of the plants when the string is removed. It seems to have worked well as the stuff on the lower of plants that last time came to nothing, is already larger than what it was last time and they were a week ahead of these. Still using less than half of what mills suggest for A+B, but full strength stimulants. They don’t seem to mind as I haven’t had one piece of nute burn this run, or any signs of deficiency so I think the way I’m doing it is the way to go. Can’t wait to see these all finished up in about 4 weeks! 🙏🏻

Week 8 flower, watering until the end. No more top dressing or fish shit. Just the same de chlorinated tap water, not ph’d or filtered that I’ve been using since the beginning. Comes out the tap with a ph of 7 and less than 15ppm tds. The soil takes care of everything.

02/06/2025, start of week 3, decided to do a bit of LST (tied down main stem) let's see how she responds. Reduced humidity by around 8% to increase leaf VPD to between 0.7 and 1.0 kpa, and lowered the light a little more, increasing to around 300 PPFD for this week. Hoping to see a bit of a rush of growth once she recovers from the LST as I expect flowering will start in the next 2 weeks and need her to fill out a.s.a.p Update 04/06/2025, Looks like I should have probably waited for the next node to stretch a little and then tied her down as I could have brought the top full level with the the other shoots and perhaps encourage better branching as this particular girl doesn't seem to be very branchy, this may change though, will probably have to bend her again but time it better so I can actually tie round the very top instead of one node down and hopefully then encourage some real branching and filling out. Another lesson learned for this rookie. Update: 06/06/2025, fed at 1.2 ec ph 6.2. Update 08/08/2025, end of week, should have waited at least a couple more days to water, she looks over watered, not terrible though and looking better this morning than yesterday morning, will make sure she is properly dry next time.

Der Wuchs der Pflanze ist sehr kräftig und nun war es an der Zeit, die Pflanze zu drehen, damit sich ein leicht entstandener Höhenunterschied wieder ausgleicht. So dass sich die seitlich runtergebundenen Triebe besser entwickeln können. Außerdem habe ich nun einige Sonnensegel zurückgeschnitten, damit die Pflanze ihre kompaktere Wuchsform beibehält. All is going well I week 8! Caramelino smelling fantastic! Northern lights got harvested! Like I said,I am disappointedin my NL clone as far as yield goes.But not disappointedin terps and thricomes. I am learning. NL started to develop nanners on the very bottom buds. I found only 3 nanners. And took them off. I also didn't really flush NL. My noob mistake but she was ready at week 7 for harvest! Caramelinolooks fantastic,nice sized buds, super nice and strong terps and very nice looking buds!Super excited for this lady! Started last week with her flush. Well see what happens. Peace

Beginning of week 4 in flowering and everything is coming along quite nicely. plants are loving there Remo nutes! just switched this tent over to a self watering drip system cause it was getting to be a real pain watering these girls by hand. Their siting in 7 gallon fabric pots and boy do they drink a mad amount of water/nutes! the pots are just packed with roots! really loving the Remo lineup of nutes so far! go Remo! Go Sports! Buds are starting to form nicely! Started to open up the bud sites a bit by tucking what i could but had to snip a few leaves up top to open a few lower sites up trying to get through.

The OG Kush made it through her final week of flower...56 days in total. Super sticky and smells like a mix of limonene and pinene and a hint of sweetness on the back end. I'm definitely happy I have a couple more of these beans. Super smooth run, chunky resinous buds. Thank you to everyone that visited to check my first Grow Diary out. week 4 began 30th January 2022 04/02/22: the plants have really sprung up and have taken well to the bud ignitor and bloom. There are various "light sites" - the widows at the front are the smallest. Trimmed some of the lower branches on all of the plants today as well - many a dead leaf. Due to the amount of plants in the space its important that all the bud sites get adequate light. Lights at 80% and around 16 inches from the plants. Humidity is a little hight but will reduce this when I install the carbon filter and out take fan as well as an intake fan next week. over all positibe

It's looking great. Good grow this week from all plant. Took some leafs off for more light on stem and reduce humidity.
