Week 6 – Day 44 (BT20) RedPure#4 is holding steady at 40 cm – vertical growth has stopped, but the buds are visibly swelling 🍇 Her purple fade is getting stronger 💜 and the aroma is becoming more noticeable and pleasant 👃 She’s currently on 50% of the feeding schedule, which results in EC 0.9. ⚠️ With Advanced Nutrients, I let the solution rest for 20 minutes before measuring – otherwise the EC reading is inaccurate. Before resting: EC 1.7 → After resting: EC 0.9 This happens because A+B nutrients bind slowly at low dosages. 💡 I also remeasured the Fluxshield LED, which lights RedPure exclusively. It seems to have lost some intensity over time, so I increased the dimmer by one step to match the original PPFD levels. All in all, she's developing nicely and stays compact – true to her autoflower nature 🌿

Hi@all, it is the end of the fifth week, I started some low-stress training to bend the lower branches towards the light. It worked really well. Three days ago, I topped the "head". I hope she's recovering from it in the next days/week. Phenotipos muy similares pero con problemas de Hermafroditismo, tuvimos que cortar los bajos para que no se polenize lo demas.. Producto final increíble! Plant is doing OK? for 21 days? I am a little unsure because she is simply not stretching but growing good on the side notes. After some discussion on /r/Mephheads I came to the conclusion that I will try to lower the DLI so that the plant stretches because for now there are way to many nodes way to close together. Received my predator mites and added them (the pouch). Increased EC at the end of the week with Universol (high in P) and added some water to the reservoir. Heatwave is coming so next week will be hot in the tent, no way around that. Values are average of the day. Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌.
