May 1st - pH 6.0, PPM 1280, 2.6 EC, 79/70f, 35% humidity - Water change, added purpinator since I found it on sale, plant seems happy from this past week, great sign. :) May 2nd - pH 5.9 -> 6.2, PPM 1380 -> 1260, 2.5 EC, 80/69f, 36% humidity - adjusted pH, likes to read a bit higher than usual according to my pH strips (~.2ish I believe), added a bit of distilled water, PPM was a bit high when testing this morning no idea why though. The plant seems O.K. May 3rd - pH 6.3, PPM 1350, 2.7 EC, 77/68f, 55% humidity - I started to add humidity to the cabinet to keep temps down and to help during flowering, I've got it outside the cabinet plugged into a humidity inkbird set to 60% RH and it'll allow it to fall 12.5% before turning back on. (Not trying run it 24/7) May 4th - pH 6.2, PPM 1350, 2.7 EC, 79/72f, 57% humidity - The plant is chilling, notice maybe some yellow spots on some fan leaves, if this continues I will turn off the humidifier, as that's what happened last time... Also raised the lights again, I wonder how big this one will get. May 5th - pH 6.1 -> 6.3, PPM 1280, 2.6 EC , 77/73f, 50% humidity - upped pH a tiny bit, added water to lower PPM May 6th - pH 6.5 -> 5.9, PPM 1350, 2.7 EC, 75/72f, 42% humidity - adjusted pH and added a little bit of water May 7th - pH 6.1, PPM 1600, 3.2 EC, 78/68f, 44% humidity - bucket is low on water, didn’t want to add a whole thing just to change it tomorrow, will start with more water (3.5gal) and add more water throughout the week compared to this week, I have started to experience clawing, possibly due to nitrogen toxicity, hoping to fix this upcoming week. And a noticed a few tiny rust spots on leaves randomly on the plant (not like it’s just fans or just old or just new growth, it’s sorta spread? Hoping it’s calmag?) Plant looks nice otherwise

🇩🇪🌱 Grow Update – RS11C | Veg Week Update Die RS11C zeigt sich diese Woche deutlich stabiler im Vergleich zur B-Variante. Auch hier wurde umgetopft und leicht trainiert, allerdings kommt sie mit dem frischen Lightmix sichtbar besser zurecht. Die Blattfarbe ist insgesamt satter und gleichmäßiger, Anzeichen von Mangel sind kaum vorhanden. Das Wachstum verläuft ruhig und kontrolliert, die Pflanze wirkt insgesamt sehr ausgeglichen. Aktuell scheint dieser Phänotyp weniger Nährstoffe zu benötigen und kommt mit dem vorhandenen Substrat gut aus. Weiter beobachten und bei Bedarf gezielt nachsteuern – bisher ein sehr entspannter Verlauf. 🌿 🇬🇧🌱 Grow Update – RS11C | Vegetative Stage This week the RS11C is showing a much more stable appearance compared to the B variant. Just like the others, it was transplanted and lightly trained, but it handles the fresh lightmix noticeably better. Leaf color is richer and more consistent, with little to no signs of deficiency. Growth is steady and controlled, and the plant appears well balanced overall. This phenotype currently seems to require less nutrients and is doing well with what’s available in the soil. For now, it’s all about observing and making small adjustments if needed – very smooth progress so far. 🌿

-Finally moved the girls outside. Still slightly cold at night outside but there's no turning back from here they're planted. -Used Promix HP as my medium in the 22.5 gallon pots I made. -Can't wait to see how big these girls will get.

These last two weeks I had trobles taking care of her because I was never home and it kept raining, but she stayed strong and her flowers are nearly ready, I'm guessing another week. I love how she's so small but with these enormous frlowers (in proportion to the plant). I still struggled with the mite infection, so I need to continue with neem oil, knowing it will effect the final taste. Nothing else to do though, I prefer a bad taste than smoking insects

1/8/2023: chop day! Using a little 2x2 AC Infinity tent to dry in. Have an AC unit in the lung room trying to keep temps as close 60° as I can. I live in AZ, so it is dry here, so I have a humidifier in the tent set to 60%. I will dry the whole plant for between 12 to 16 days.

So, sad day friends. I got spider mites and had to throw all my plants out. This is what I think happened: About 2-3 weeks ago I noticed some freckling on the lower leaves. I looked at it and thought it might be a cal/mag issue so I added cal/mag that week and went about my business. I saw it about a week later and it wasn''t getting any better so I added more cal/mag. This continued for about 2-3 weeks until I finally took off a leaf and examined it under my microscope. I saw little bugs crawling everywhere and my stomach just dropped. My fiance did some quick research while I was panic ripping leaves off (see pictures) and she correctly diagnosed it as spider mites. I debated with myself and my close friend and ultimately I decided to throw all the plants in my tent away. I know that there are a lot of people who will say that there are things I could have done to make it to harvest but what it came down to is the people I take care of and personal pride. I consider myself a caregiver and I give away product for free that I am not going to use to my family and close friends. I thought to myself "Would you smoke this?" and when my answer was "ehhh, I don''t know", I thought about how it would feel giving it away and immediately made the decision to destroy them. I take an immense amount of pride in my product and this hobby and if I am not going to stand behind it I would rather just start over. I grow from my heart (shout out to the Grow From Your Heart Podcast!) to help people and make sure my family is not getting unsafe product from sketchy people. To spray pesticides in flower that may hurt people and have little bug carcasses in there just goes against that in every way and is just wrong in my opinion if you are giving it away to others. If you are the only one smoking it then it is one thing to take that risk but not with your patients. I want my medicine to help people, not create or exacerbate health issues. It is also important to note that the mites had moved from my flower tent into my veg space and took over my auto berry as well. Damn things are crafty and fast. So that is why I made the decision to destroy them all after 3 months of res changes, pruning, and manifolding on a slow vegging strain. Feel free to chime in with your opinion but I do not and will not regret my decision. I threw out my new clones, mother plant, and auto berry I had on my veg side as well. Shout out to all the other growers out there that do the right thing by their patients. Caregivers > Cash croppers. For anyone curious, I removed everything from my tent and scrubbed it all with a 20% bleach/water solution. All equipment has been wiped down and stored in the garage away from any organic materials. I will give them until tomorrow (2 days) to air out and dry and then I will wipe it down again with bleach and wait another 2 days. Hopefully that will make sure everything is dead and will not come back next grow. That next grow should start in about a week. It sucks but sometimes it happens and you gotta be ready for it. Lesson learned. Never bring outdoor plants into your indoor garden even if it is after just a day or two. A bunch of people on here and Reddit warned me and I did not listen. Now I have learned the hard way and it feels like when your parents "told you so" haha. Thanks to everyone who stopped by along the way. Stay tuned for a new grow coming soon. I accidently let this one dry out TWICE... so she took a while to sprout. Glad I didn't kill her

Beginning of eight week, buds are very heavy and dense. Smell is incredible. Very sticky! One of top buds broke because of the weight and dryed. So i got it to smoke and its incredible tepene. Its fruit gas, very complex. Now its one of my top 3 strains.

What I have to say. For 5 years I grow with friends. One or two of them they get so greedy the cut and stole al the plant. I got so many picture. We smashed every time every genetics. No drama. No problem. Unfortunately I forget is a money making plant. So I got some consequence with growing with other.

Had a bit of nute burn and potassium deficiency had to increase potassium to balance it out.....other than that she is doing well....u know it's getting closer to the end the stem along with the branches are showing there purple genetics

Beginning of week.. Both have some gorgeous flowers.. Purples are already coming out on both. Both are flooding with complex aromas.. ETHOS Cookies is doing great.. Mandarin Cookies is gonna make it to harvest, I'm sure.. So excited! Mid week.. I love how they both are giving off nice purples on the calyces already! Both smell so amazing! It makes me tear up with joy! Not sure when I should start flushing! ETHOS says that you count 9 weeks from flip to 12/12.. Not pistils forming.. Cuz you know, you need to factor in the transition time.. 1 - 2 weeks.. Sometimes 3! But I am super excited to harvest these lovely ladies!!! Next day... Ok.. So the runoff issue has gotten worse for the Mandarin Cookies.. Obviously, with all the def. you can see.. At least 3 that I can see right away.. Calcium.. Potassium.. Phosphorous.. Maybe even a slight Magnesium def. in there too.. Kinda hard to pinpoint when there is multiple showing, yet I am feeding PLENTY of all of them.. She should have no issues.. The runoff pH is now coming out at about 4.9 - 5.2, depending on a good or bad day, I guess.. I have just been puttinf it in at 6.3 every time.. Sometimes (alot now) I get a salt build-up between feedings.. I like to feed, water, feed, water.. Now I need to feed, water, water, feed, water, water... It's really bothering the shit outta me lol.. But the ETHOS Cookies is pretty close to peing on point.. Going in: 6.3 pH.. Runoff: 5.8 - 5.7.. Still in a decent range.. No signs of issues on any leaves.. They are both making some gorgeous nugs tho! Stackin calyces and trichomes lile crazy! And now they are really fattening up! I am so ready for this run to be over and let this medium dry out reeeeally good.. And take it out back Ol' Yeller style.. Yup.. That sounds like a plan.. I have PLENTY of NEW coco coir bricks and perlite that I have been hoarding.. Just like I do with my genetics 😄.. But I feel like you can never have enough.. And I plan on growing cannabis in coco coir till someone takes me out back Ol' Yeller style! End of week.. They are both showing about 50% turned pistils.. The ETHOS Cookies is a little further along.. Not by much.. But the trichomes on the Mandarin Cookies seem a little further along.. Word.. They are both going to be epic smokes for sure! So I believe I will just give both of them small feedings just to get them through the week, then I should be good to start flushing.. On to the next week!...
