The end of the fourth week. Only 2,5 to 3 weeks to go, since this is the FAST version of Gelato 33 by Advanced seeds. Last week temps were better, so that was a lot better to manage. The smell is a different story. We are trying to combat it as we speak with a double filter which my friend still had from a previous grow. The ladies are performing, however, because this is a monstercrop with many budsites, none of them will be very big. We anticipate a lot of cutting come harvest time. The stickieness and smell (cookies, dough, herbs, spices, gingerbread, vanilla) promise a lot to make up for that hopefully!! The middle plant that seemed to go fastest, now looks like to have the hardest time flowering. Her more advanced stage of flowering as a bigger clone, made it harder for her to return to veg, which she never really did. This seems to make her want to rush to the finish, as she is already browning the pistils. Also these buds seem more flakey, popcorny. As if the many flowers and grapelike bundled growth was too much for her. I put the light a little closer, to help her fatten up in the time she is given. I never expected the two 'runts' to outperform the mighty middle clone, but hey seem to fatten up and age much more nicely. So for now, prelimenary tip: make sure all your plants are completely revegged before flowering and consider that faster flowering species might have some ruderalis ancestry that might siderail all your lighting intentions and remains in flower what ever the growers lighting schedule. So with at least two more weeks for the two outer plants, and well see how many for the middle one, we are going to make them as comfortable as possible the final push of this flowering. Now every time I open the tent fifty cent candy shop song intro plays in my head and my nose do that Lil bewitched dance and I smile like wow this is really like a candy shop and there's a big cotton candy party going on. The ladies a feeding now like food is running out, I'm down to ever tree days watering and they are just in overdrive with bud development. The fade has begun to be more pronounced long with the different tones of citrus.

This strain surprised me…. I mean wow she is very loud and stacking like crazy 🔥🔥🔥

Defoliated and in its flowering pot, switched to 12/12 on day 35 she's stretching out nice. Will start feeding from week 7.

Week 2 full strength feed schedule. I change water weekly, week 3 will begin 1/20/24. Hooked water chiller up to system, works great holding water temps at 66-68 deg F. Ph bounced around but has held steady at 5.9 for 4 days now. EC is 1.2. Lights are at 50% intensity. Roots really starting to show. Sorry pics and diary are a little disorganized, didn’t get diary going right away, I’ll keep up to date as week 3 begins. Humidity fluctuates and drops rapidly when the tent is opened. Put a pitcher of room temp water in with the girls to try to keep humidity up, just had a cold snap here with extreme lows! Girls are powering through no prob though 💪 As of 1/18/24 I’ll add update pics daily, also going to phase out hydroguard in favor or SoAg when it arrives in the mail. 1 8ox bottle of SoAg will make almost 50 gallons of “Hydroguard” and it’s much more effective from what I’ve been hearing from others.

It was also a gift from another user @SanderanderS as shipping to them would have been astronomical for the stuff they wanted. I have noticed some weird things like boated packaging, off gassing and weird consistency with the nutrient line up so far and been in contact with the reps online about it, They said everything is normal and not to worry. Another new thing with this grow is how it will be grown under the new LED's by Medic Grow. They will be under two of their MINI-SUN 2 240W LED grow lights using their V1 Spectrum, Its good from seed to harvest. You can find more information about this in the foot note. Just going to wait for another week till It pops up and will update as follows. Watered in with PH of 6.2 and a EC of 0.6 or 340ppm 500 scale. This is part of a 5 part diary in conjunction with medic grow led lights, in the beginning it was to be 6 plants but one of the selected strains died out and its replacement/backup seeds also failed. Sorry to say Humboldt Seeds Raspberry Diesel was a big flop all 3 seed did not meet my expectations, really wanted to try that one it looked nice. 26/05/2021 (Day 71) Se realizo un nuevo cambio de nutrientes y las plantas vienen mas felices que nunca, no se observa ni una carencia en las hojas y los parámetros se encuentran muy controlados. 29/05/2021 (Day 74) Se agregó 20L de solución, las plantas vienen muy bien comenzándo el engorde de una manera muy optima. El espacio de cultivo está repleto 100% en conjunto con los 600W en 8 chips de Citizen que logran llegar a todos los puntos de la carpa.

Just very happy with the structure of the plant and how well it was maintained. Was very worried during drying and cure as I lost a lot of terpene and became woody and until 10 days of curing the smell and taste just totally evolved into very desirable terpene. Very happy strain if you want “rock hard egg shaped buds” this is your go to, the main line did wonders. Will be trying this strain again when I upgrade light

So far my confidence in this next go around is very high! 😃☀️ Putting the seeds straight into a jiffy pellet is the way I am going to proceed with germination going forward. You are just adding extra variables to what should be a simple equation (seed in sterile medium + warmth + moisture = seedling) unlike with the paper towel method, where you need to transfer them to the medium. But this is just one opinion of a rookie grower.

1- Everything looks good still, watered it with flowering nutrient for what may be the last time. I reduced nutrient a little but nothing drastic. Tent at 26°C and HR at 48% today. I untied the branches at the bottom hoping they’ll straighten up towards the light and give those bud sites more light. 2- Decided to do a light trimming but got carried away with them scissors. Turn into pretty much removing all the fan leaves. Good thing she’s almost done. Tent 20.5°C and 43% RH 6- Been away for the last 4 days and she is looking pretty good. Buds are still fattening up. Watered with half nutrients as she seems to have some slight burn marks at the tip of the leaves. Tent 22°C and RH 41%
