Sensi seeds Jack Herer 10 weeks of veg completed 11th Feb 2020 Hopefully this will be the last week of vegetation and this girl starts to flower because I have ran out of room to train her . I managed to get her to cover the entire circumfrence of the pot and then some, using a combination of LST and HST . I also did the last topping about 10 days ago and won't be doing any more. The soil must still be very fertile as the plant itself looks really healthy and lush. Only water was given as I still haven't got around to extracting some worm castings from the worm farm. But it'll happen and when it does this girl will get half a kilos worth which I am sure she will appreciate. Also apart from the odd bite mark on a leaf the plant has remained pretty much insect free as far as pest insects are concerned. I put this down to the Companion Coriander plant that has been coexisting beside my Jack herer girl right from the start . Apparently most bugs dislike coriander and will purposely avoid it which is a win win for both plants. I'm not sure why, but I don't like the way she's growing :( I supposed that my plant problem is the over watering. Take it from my friend grower, their roots are most ggood but some plants just start to making roots... I have big problem at nutrient burn this time.

Four weeks into flower. About half done. She’s starting to smell sweet, and I can pick out the smell among her sisters. The stretch is over and she’s recovered fully from defoliation. Now we wait.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. Still going...sigh... 3/18 ; did a water change and man is ut getting awkward getting her out of the tent to do water changes. I might drill and put a valve on the very bottom of the bucket next grow to make water changes a little easier in the future. 4 gallons of well water with 4 tsp of maxi grow and 1 tsp of Kool bloom. I added 1 tbl of calmag for the hell of it. The older leaves are looking a little stressed. The buds seem to be swelling to me, but strange enough, seems like the smell is decreasing. But what there is, is very fruity.ph to 6.1

Lets go. This is my old stealth boomgrowbox. Led is 47w 3000k and cost 13€. Computer fan is sucking air trough carbonfilter. Filter is years old but still keep most of the smells. Inside dimensions are 36x40x120cm. I grow different strains with same setup every time so let see what strain takes victory in this battle. Plan is Seed to water for 24h and straight in to the middle of 6-7L sub-irrigation pot. I think this pot gives most equal watering for each fighter. Dome for until it breaks the surface. LST begin at day 15. No defoliation. First grow basicly set the rules. Let see how it goes when we get that far 🤣 Soil is from local shop. With mykorhiza. 80%soil 20%perlite. Clay pebbles over after dome moves away. As nutrients we have Terra aquatica drypart grow/bloom/late bloom. Be there on he squirrel. Ps. I am pretty sure going to kill couple Girls cause im so bad at growing in soil. Just let me know what im doing wrong. With High Hopes 🍀

From day 24 preparing for flower I guess

Week 7 is going smoothly so far. The flooding issue has subsided and the clones seem to be really taking off now. I'm excited to get back from vacation and really see my girls and my reservoir conditions after a 2 week hiatus.

Just trying to bend some branches and defoliate some bud blocking leaves. Getting close to starting a flush as she should be done in around 2 weeks. The tropical fruity funk is really some unique and great smelling can't wait to see how the buds fatten up. Happy growing 🌴

Same feeding as last week, but after last dose of BigOne, some tips are burned showing nuterients limit again, so next 2 irrigations were with plain water but the result was she started to loose the dark green at the end of this weekso im trying to reverse this, rising TopBloom a little, next week will be feeding 3 ml/l adding 1 more ml/l, but at the moment no more Big One as the Buds are really full of hairs all over the plant Top Candy is almost ready to give some sugars next weeks Really developed a bush structure, im really happy :)

All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids)TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate what will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely with the ppm and ratios listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 3. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5. Day 63 She didnt grow much over night but she seems to have already took to her new digs with no further signs of stress past last night's droopy leaves that have since bounced back today. PH tested the top soil 6.38,6.45,6.42,6.4 for an avg of 6.4125 - I tried to take a couple from the original soil and the soil divide of old/new - the numbers run close to the same so Im satisfied. Placed the ring back on - Measured 11 inches from soil to bar, but I can work with that as it's still level and the branches run past it all the way around. I also tried to level it. I didnt feel the need to tie any of the branches this time as they are mostly going where I wanted them to. PPFD is still lower power at 2 ticks from high and center colas at 510 and 500 with the outering at 430 lowest and 470 at highest with most at about 455 VPD is okay with temps at 74F/64%RH/33%ILV Day 64 VPD and PPFD still mostly the same about 520 to 440 on ppfd from center to lowest outer ring and 74F/64%RH/33%ILV she seems to be likely the new set up and soil is still somewhat tacky - Plan to water in 2 days. I could water tomorrow, but I rather make the roots look for new space in the outer ring before just giving more for now. Day 65 VPD and ppfd mostly the same - 73F/64%RH/33%ILV with lights at 520 for the center colas and 430 for the lowest of the outer ring She's mostly filled the ring and close to 15 inches including the ring meaning I should be able to defoliate and flip this coming weekend. So I'll prep for that. It has been 3 days since transfer and last feed. Soil is still moist but not wet on the very top. I prepped tap water to burn chlorine tonight and will consider wetting her a little tomorrow. No more than a gallon of straight water for now, then again with reduced nutes a few days after that. Day 66 VPD same; 74F/64%RH/33%ILV PPFD after watering was 430 at lowest and 520 at highest - also moved the lights because I finally got the stand for the 10 gallon pot. Lights are now about 33 inches from soil and since the plant is about 15 inches high that makes the light about 18 inches from leaves to light. Watered with 1 gallon of 6.4ph de-chlorinated tap. Used a spreader water can and spray bottle. I used the whole gallon and there was no run off. Day 67 VPD okay at 74F/65%RH/33%ILV took 4 ph tests in the top soil got 6.64, 6.65, 6.67, and 6.54 for an avg of 6.625 (actually higher than I wanted but still well with-in range of acceptable. waited until later in the day and defoliated lower leaves - mostly the larf leaves under the ring. Also used HST and LST to break a few branches and tie others. The goal is to set a more level top before flip. But one that can be secured with the ring later if needed. PPFD now has 600 as highest and 430 as lowest she's spread quite far from center to outer rings now. Overall she looks close to flip and I think I might be able to at the start of week 10 day 70. Day 68 VPD was normal at 74F/65%RH/33%ILV - PPFD ranged from 400 to 600 with most around 500 She seems to be recovered mostly form the HST/LST/Defoliation - or at least is accepting the training as the colas that were bent are now pointing up. There are a few leaves showing stress and possible deficiency but all I can do is monitor and treat with my next feed if I see it spread more. Took measurements too - about 16inches tall with a diameter of about 22 by 22, so I am happy with this wing span and no scrOG Day 69 Normal stats with 74F/65%RH/33%ILV ppfd also the same as yesterday ranging from 400 to 600. Tomorrow will be 4 days since her last water feed - I plan to feed about 1 gallon of de-chlorinated tap water with about 50 ppm of each veg and bloom juice mix. I also plan to flip to 12/12 tomorrow. Schedule will be 3 hours later and earlier from current times. Decided to put her into a MarsHydro 24x48x71 tent and start giving UV/IR light treatments through flower. So that's the tent I also have a Bloom Plus XP2500 LED Grow Light - a set of Spider Farmer UVR40 40W UV & IR Supplemental Lighting Bars and I am using a iPower 6 Inch Smart Vent. I measured the distance from soil to lights and placed it back at 35 inches like it was with the ViparSpectra XS2000 in the other tent - I then dialed the lights down to the same ppfd as it was. I am giving her 30 minutes of UV light 1 hour before bed and then 15 minutes of IR after lights out and before lights on again - which is now 3 hours later.

This here is my second grow (1st in CoolGrows tent) and I’m proud to say I’ve fucked up significantly less than my Fyre Festival of a rookie season - 2 plants died in veg then my grow light fell on the only plant left that was 3 weeks into flower, severing 2 colas. So, yeah, while I have def dinked up a few things on this grow, it’s the garden of eden relative to the the nightmare on weed street that was my first attempt. Things I fucked up this time (so far) and won’t do next time: - Overcrowded the space. Got greedy and tried to fit 4 plants in my 3x3x6 tent. 0/10 would not recommend. - Tried growing 1 indica strain with the 3 WWxBBs. WWxBBs quickly grew taller and started robbing the lil indica friend’s light. - Added 2nd net a little late. It’s looser than it ought to be I’m not sure it’s providing ideal structural support to colas but prob better than nothing? - Want to try lollipopping next time. Air flow is ok but fan leaves are blocking light to some lower Bud sites and likely sapping energy that could be going to bud production. I’m probably messing something else up that I don’t even know I’m messing up. If you’re reading this and see something I could be doing better, let me know. Alright, happy month of 420 to all🤙🌲 This is 3 days into week 4 of bud for these ladies (day 25). They have all definitely started swelling up and putting on frost. For some reason I’m not recognizing any of theses bud structure. The two seed grown plants up front are way different phenotypes than the plants I grew last round. And even the clone I took that’s in the back is way crazy different than the mother I took her from. So I’m assuming these genetics aren’t to stable. But they aren't done yet so I guess I can’t quite judge till it’s finished. Anyways once’s I get a strong mother of that Dark Plasma and Tropic Moon I’ll probably stop running these strains and only run those two strains for a bit
