I'm counting this as the first week of flowering but she's been sending out pistils for two weeks, so I guess that weeks four and five should have been flowering weeks. Sorry about that. Surprised to be here but excited to see the next few weeks. Day 44: This girl is amazing. She took the horrendous start I gave her for the first three weeks, and just exploded. Look at her now! If you are really interested, now look at Misty and Nesia - imagine what they could do! I am really pleased with Karen here, I think she has more surprises in store. I am very glad I decided to LST or she would be towering above everything else in the tent. I have noted early Mg deficiency, as more advanced on Nesia. Correcting with foliar and re-addition of CalMag to feed. Day 44.5: Fertigated approx 1.5l. Defoliated approx 10 leaves. Slightly adjusted LST. Day 46: Fertigated 2l. Karen is very thirsty. Her roots have breached the side walls at the bottom of the pot in 360 degrees... this is the biggest root system I've had on any potted plant to date. She is stretching fast now, I think by the end of next week she will be done stretching. I must get a photo of her stem. The base is ridiculously thick. Overall Karen is shockingly good compared to expectations from the poor start. I can only imagine how big she would be. She is currently 27cm tall and at least 50cm in diameter. I count at least a dozen colas. Day 47. She is now 29cm tall and pistils are bursting forth at a phrenetic pace. I have added a comparison shot of my grow space for size reference. Day 47.5: Defoliated approx 30 fan leaves. Slightly adjusted LST. Rearranged tent and cleaned floor. I have ordered some risers to raise the pots off the floor, this will make it easier to deal with run off. While I was inspecting Karen I had a good look at her roots. The fabric pot she is in has viewing flaps (they were designed for potatoes) and I had a look... every bit of the pot is full of roots, and they're all properly pruned. I see no circulation or binding. If Karen produces at anywhere near the rate she is supposed to then she might yield as much as 150g. Day 48.5: Rapid changes. Pistils everywhere, more stretching. Karen is very thirsty. Fertigated. Added pot risers and adjusted pot. Did a little LST to separate some bunched colas a bit. Had a really good inspect of the root system. Wow this plant is a beast. Day 48.75: Fertigated 3l Day 49: Height 34cm Diameter: 60cm. End of week summary. Really big week, she is stretching quicker and quicker. Today she has developed a striking scent. I will now have to keep the tent closed so temps will rise. Day 49.5: Removed about 10 fan leaves. On reflection back over this week I think I needed to be taking a top and side photo, so I shall do that from next week.

I had a little leaf curl on a few fans so I backed off on the watering and I put a elevator drain screen under the 5 gallon fabric pots so my roots would not get the root rot. Gonna Start Flushing this week, giving the Ripening feeding per EH feed chart and getting a better wet dry cycle with the plants. will water in another day with plain rain water I collected ( SEE WEEK 8 VIDEO) and keep a close eye on the trichomes clear cloudy ratio. I am busy all weekend, so I wanted to make sure I got something out of the grow (just in case). I might use a good portion of this harvest for rosin and for when friends ask :) That is if the second plant lasts until next week. I cant ask my wife to keep an eye on water, roots, or bud.

Day 14 and the girls are looking good. No deficiencies. Everything seems to be fine.

Here is first week of flowering nothing much after change the life cycle just add water and make them some compost teea this week

Well a few weeks left and they are starting to fall over. Gonna be interesting holding then up for another few weeks. LoL

Day 50 the plant has been growing at an incredible speed and has a very very large flowering stretch in fact I only have left 5 inches to raise up my light and then I'm going to have to do something to keep an eye on those branches so they don't stretch anymore or at least they can have enough light to proper development. From all the plants I have grow indoors this one is the only one that has make my light stretched to the top of the tent I guess it's a good problem to have. Other than the incredible stretch the plan seems to be healthy and doing pretty well the flower is development and I'm looking forward to see how this is going to turn out. Day 52 I have rise my light to the top as high as I can and she still grow past the light towards the exhaust system I had to tie her down in order to create an arch and in that way make her receive enough light instead of growing over the top of the light where there is actually no sufficient light if this problem persist I will have no choice but to do super cropping on the tallest branches and see how they react to that I decide to take some cuttings I'm trying to clone this one to see if I can get her outside in the summer in another buddy house and see how she reacts to challenging Ontario weather. Day 53 I have to Super crop several branches Unfortunately they were growing straight into the light becoming burned by the intense light I hope the plant doesn't react to bad to HST and still deliver awesome buds thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

She is going great. She was a little close to the light so on day 47, I gently pinched her and broght her main down and she is loving it. I was able to move the light lower now and she has responded well to it. This is the biggest autoflower plant I've ever grown. Day 49; wow this plant is a beauty and a lovely one to grow. Those buds are looking good and it becoming pretty pungent in there when the fans are off.

These plants got off to a slow start, as I can tell by the pony tail root system. They were scrawny little plants from the get go. I believe due to a couple reasons. Colder night time temperatures in my tent and in the reservoirs, creating anthocyanins as a cold defense which has given them some color. Talk about the smell of blackberries. Did I say Blackberries! I’m not one to throw things out so I gave them some love and patience. You can tell these girls are fighters. Check out the resins drops in the second video. That's why I rated Blackberry a 10 was because of the resin drops. Can't wait to grow again, expecting larger yields.

Day 70 - It takes 5 days for the soil to dry out, with a 2.5 gallon dosage of the above listed nutrients. She has been selectively de-leafed, since the last major defoliation. The goal from now to harvest, is to maximize the light penetration, and airflow throughout the canopy, while sacrificing as few leaves as possible!

13 Agosto 2024. selección de semillas y colocación en vaso con agua ph 6.0 con agua Oxigenada. 14 de Agosto se ponen en agua las semillas por 24 horas para hidratación. 15 de Agosto, con las semillas con muestra de radicula procedemos a pasarlas a papel absorbente. 16 de Agosto se muestra la radicula avanzada. 17 de Agosto en la mañana se puede apreciar el crecimiento de la radicula. 17 de agosto en la noche trasplantamos a "Peat Pallet" y una a maceta de cartón ya que la radicula creció bastante. 18 de agosto ya en los "Peat pallet" se pueden mostrar qué las semilla se cayo por completo e iran abriendo en el transcurso de las horas, las tenemos en un domo germinador dentro del Indoor. 🌡️ 27.1 ⁰C 💨 75% Humedad 🌫️ 0.9 VPD kPa.

Ending the fifth week of flower, we are humming right along. Needless to say, weeks 1 to 4 of flower is where the hard work comes into play (pre and post flower top dressings, PPFD light adjustment, defoliation, structure netting, etc.). Now, it's just a matter of ensuring good health until harvest. Towards end of this week five, you can see the canopy of buds gaining in density and weight. I'll continue to gauge whether or not a second netting is needed. The super soil medium was top dressed at the end of week four, so that's it in terms of feeding. The final tea will take place at end of week six. Thereafter, ph'd water until harvest. The estimated harvest window is January 28 (day 56) to February 11 (70 days). Aside from the physical beauty of these girls, the smell is getting stronger by the day. Installing new carbon filter today. Happy holidays to you guys! 420! That's it, my first grov of photoperiod flowering and on organic substrate without fertilizer has come to an end. Today 4/20/2023 is the last day of light, it'll be in the dark for a while, and April 23 will be harvested. 14 full weeks from seed, 8 weeks of flowering. Looking at the trichomes, I'm worried I'm a little overdoing it on blooming, lots of amber heads on top, the middle and lower ones are milky. One spill this week for 6L with a little drainage and the flower stopped consuming moisture, got a little cooler in the house. Waiting for the harvest :-)
