NCH x SB is starting to fade significantly and has stopped throwing out new pistils, trichomes are significantly cloudy and a few on the sugar leaves are beginning to turn amber. Debating whether I should pull her at full cloudy in a week or two or wait until I see more amber. Sour Kush is still fattening up and has a lot of white pistils yet to mature, trichomes are of course a mixture of clear/milky, no fade on this plant yet. Tangerine Dream is making great progress in flowering and bud sites have thickened up considerably, trimmed a majority of larfy bud sites on this plant since the discrepancy in the distance to the light was so large. Water pH 6.15, EC 0.4. Feed pH 6.15, EC 0.717.

Day8: First day of the new week. I assume still pretty much focusing on roots, as the top didn't really do much today. Day9: Nothing special. But she's growing Day10: Still roots, it seems. Very little happening up top. Day11: Effort being put into growing the top leaves. They increased in size. I assume that the next node will start tomorrow - kicking off the switch into Veg. Day12: Next node already showing :D Day13: I put in a humidifier and changed the cycle of the extractor to keep more moisture in the growbox. My humidity was way too low. Day14: This time the humidity was too high. It was sitting at around 95% when the lights went on.

I don't want to jinx myself, but man this grow is starting great. I haven't been growing long but this has been the best start I have had. This new system is working perfect. I am using 75% RO water & 25% tap. A total of 16 gallons to run this. The tap here is pretty good. It took about a day to stabilize the ph. I am handling the weekly maintenance on this system kind of like my 125g aquarium. Doing this I am able to keep the ph at the optimum level with no worries of any drifting. I was in such a hurry to put in my ac for the tent I didn't think about how dry it's been here. So for now I'm using some wet towels to get the humidity up to an acceptable level for these little plants. The new led lights have been amazing. Maybe another couple weeks and I can put the CMH light in. Please excuse the untidiness. Eventually I will get that all cleaned up. Been so busy with moving into the new house and getting this built and running right. Well let me know how you think everything is coming along. I have been looking into getting a light controller to use with the CMH. Just haven't found one that looks worthy of the price. Update: Well it's been 14 days from seed and 7 days since I put them in the hydroponic system. I'm not sure how well this stuff works for other people, but damn these are looking amazing. I think this weekend I will change out the res and up the nutrients, maybe 500 ppm. I am also going to put my CMH light in. I have been itching to use it since I bought it. I have the 4100k phillips for veg and 3100kr for flowering. Next week I will probably start LST. I don't think I am going to top these, just too worried about stressing them and hermies all over again. I posted some new pictures. Be sure to check them out and give me some thoughts and feedback. I appreciate it all....good or bad. Thanks.

6.1. - Plants are looking very good. First branches are already developing, so I guess I will have to start with LST soon. 8.1. - First branches are shooting out, leaves and plants overall are getting bigger. I hope they'll keep this tempo and health. Watered. 9.1. - Today I've decided to apply some LST and I accidentally snapped off the main stem of one Creamatic. I've fixed it back with tape, but not sure how it will end. 😔 10.1. - I've checked the broken plant and decided to remove that part. Plant already started focusing on the branches that are left, so basically one plant was topped unintentionally ✂️ 11.1. - Week wrap-up: Well, this week was half fail half success. Plants are growing fast and healthy, however I've managed to fuck them up a bit as usual. One accidentally topped plant and one with broken but healing branch. I've decided to give up on the LST of main stems completely. I will let them grow up and just spread the branches with wires. Hope next week will be more successful ✌️ 5.1. - 11.1.2024

Plants are growing at full speed and still looking good, roots grew so fast it's already time for a new transplantation. This time I did repot into 15L fabric containers (by Gronest). Medium is still made of pure soil (LightMix by BioBizz) then enriched with GreenBuzLiquids nutrients.

Hi guys, this week has been great for plant growth..they are 85cm tall and I think they will grow a little longer. You can see the future buds that will be covered with flowers. From this growth I am learning that the FIM technique is better because the buds will all be at the same height and look much more (as you can see in plant number 4). Pistils begin to appear and in the next week I hope to see more pistils. Stay Tuned 🦍

Vegetative Week 3 This third week of vegetative growth was expected to be a turning point, but it turned out to be another difficult one. The plant did gain a bit of height, roughly a couple of centimeters, which shows that growth hasn’t completely stalled. However, foliage development remains poor, and overall vigor is clearly lacking. The plant is growing, but it doesn’t look healthy or strong. No additional watering was done this week, as the medium did not justify it. Humidity management appears to be a key issue. Under the dome, humidity was still around 95%, which is excessive. The dome has now been fully opened to allow better gas exchange. Removing the small support revealed another concern: the stem lacks strength, as the plant fell over once unsupported. This points to weak structural development and possibly limited transpiration and nutrient uptake. Condensation droplets were observed on the leaves, confirming that the plant is likely oversaturated with moisture. Excess humidity may be preventing proper respiration, which could explain the lack of nutrient absorption and overall stagnation. At this stage, no drastic action is taken. The focus is on observation, environmental adjustments, and understanding the root cause of the stress. This plant should normally be much larger by week three, so close monitoring will continue into next week. See you next week!

Going great. Smell has become an issue this week with all the rain storms were receiving. The high humidity has my carbon filter pretty much useless. I’m in California so I’m not worried about legality. That said I live in a townhome so I’m not exactly trying to upset or advertise to my neighbors. Not too much I can do though. Getting excited and also not looking forward to trim. Looks to be about 2-3 weeks out...maybe 4-5 on the Sativa plant...or more.

We really like to test the great new products that Zamensia prepares for our growers, this time we have a great plant that we conventionally call Test #3, it is doing well both in the topping version and in the straight version that I will show you in a few days. We have just done the last topping that brings her 16 tops on almost all the plants after which we grow a few more days and off we go. During the topping the use of nitrogen is a very delicate subject. The topping cuts slow down the plant and the leaves tend to grow bigger going a bit in over, it happened to her then you cut off and it tends to discharge now we are at the moment that we are starting to give nitrogen again to then go into flowering. It is a process that must be nuanced very delicately. Ideally it is to start by preparing the soil with fertilizer and add if necessary. I went a bit in excess with the plants but it is something that I have always managed very well once I got to flowering. Next time we will add something to the fertilizer soil with this technique is very suitable. Wait the uncle BreadandBuds.... We are always using soil, feeding and all the recommended additives from Plagron 100% organic, we have only lowered the amount of grow in this topping phase for the reasons mentioned above. ---- Decide on the right soil and calculate your fertilizer sheet based on the soil on the official website. -- www.plagron.com Try a seed of this strain that drives us crazy.. -------- Strain Coming Soon! Strain: Chocolate Haze (Royal Queen Seeds) Medium: Coco bricks (Action budget bricks – hell yeah 💰) Light cycle: 12/12 from seed Grow Style: No training, no stress – just flow Grow Medium Prep: 500L of coco – never again in one go 😅 The Kickoff 🚀 This run started off wild and direct – no veg time, straight into 12/12 with Chocolate Haze. I wanted a quick turnaround and thought, hey, why wait? I germinated 14 seeds, hoping for at least 9 strong ladies. Ended up with 11 survivors – not bad! First few weeks were a bit chaotic: stretching due to low light (I tucked the seedlings under mature plants, which I do not recommend 😆), and the coco prep took way longer than expected. But hey, that's the game. Early Veg/Bloom — Lessons Learned pH: Started a bit high; some light green leaves at first EC: Too low at 1.3 — they weren't having it. Upped to 1.7 and then to 2.1 later Environment: New extractor dropped temps way down (25°C vs my usual 30°C). Thought it would help, but growth felt slower Coco quirks: They looked overwatered at times, but coco is tricky like that. Eventually, roots hit the bottom and they took off Around mid-March (3 weeks in), pistils showed up – officially the start of flower. I topped them once just before full bloom kicked in. Always a strange move, cutting healthy plants... but they bounced back beautifully. Nice and bushy now. Week 2–5 Flowering 🌸 These ladies are small but mighty. Not tall, but full of energy. The canopy is tight and even (except for one shorty), and they've been stretching like crazy — classic sativa move. Had to raise the lights twice in two days. I’ll probably do some defoliation soon to slow things down a bit. Environment is now dialed in: Temp: 30°C with lights on RH: Holding nicely in that humid sweet spot CO₂: Set to 500ppm (passive mostly, no full-on enrichment) Feeding is now solid, color has recovered beautifully, and the buds are starting to form nice stacks. I’ve kept it low-stress — no nets, no heavy training, just letting them do their thing. Observations & Setup Tweaks 🔧 Ventilation: Running the fan at just 30% now. Tent takes 18 seconds to vacuum seal, which tells me airflow is minimal – less CO₂ loss. CO₂ System: Minimal usage at 500 ppm. I’m not going all-out with gas bottles; it’s just there as a buffer. Structure: These Chocolate Haze plants don’t get tall, but they do fill out nicely. Perfect for a space where height is limited. Auto side note: One of the autos in the same tent is way taller, but less dense. Makes me appreciate the Chocolate Haze structure even more. Current Status (April 17) 📆 We’re deep into flower now — week 5, and it shows. Buds are swelling and resin production is kicking in. Nothing major to report (which is kind of the point of this grow — set and forget). Just a slight dry issue with one auto, which I adjusted on the Blumats. Besides that? Happy plants, happy grower. 🌞 Check the latest pics — they speak for themselves. Final Thoughts (So Far) 💭 This Chocolate Haze grow has been chill, efficient, and surprisingly hands-off. The direct 12/12 schedule really works when you're going for a fast cycle with minimal hassle. And even though I’m usually more into hybrids, this sativa-dominant lady is winning me over — the structure, the vigor, the smell… mmm. Now we wait for the real magic — the last few weeks of flower. Trichomes incoming. 🍫✨ Stay tuned for harvest updates — it’s gonna be sweet. Feel free to drop any questions or thoughts. Always happy to share the love for the plant. 💚 Peace

Well it might not be the prettiest plant but the buds are getting really frosty so I'm excited to see how she turns out! Edit: added a new video because I was missing my girl in the night. She's a frosty lady and smells great! Lol

This weeks update is just basically a photo/video dump! At the start of the week I did some lst and a tiny bit of defoliating and the growth just seemed to burst, I noticed they seemed to began to flower! So I went ahead and introduced the net to the set up and the I’m stoked with the way they filled this tent right out!! These cream manderin are truly fast growing buds. I also started adding Big Buds Liquid to the feeding schedule and so far, so good. At this point I’ll just be uploading photos every Tuesday/Wednesday 🤙🏻🤙🏻
