End of Week 9 (Second week of flower) Increased the CO2 to 1300ppm and the ladies have stopped stretching. The main top-sites are starting to form buds. I defoliated a few fan leaves again because the fan leaves are growing so fast and blocking bud sites I also gave a cup of worm castings as a top-up to each pot to give the microbes a boost and it replenishes vital minerals to the soil. This fine lady is really starting to add some nice colours due to some cold temps in our neck of the woods. She has a ton of trichomes development now! I am really impressed with the look of the buds. They aren’t all full of leaves which should make trimming her a pleasure. 😎 She has really been fattening up this week. I am guessing she needs another week or so to finish up. Her colouring should be quite something once she is done. 🤩 I am still having the odd spot of powdery mildew pop up but nothing too serious. I have been treating it with greencure every 3-4 days and it’s keeping it under control. I haven’t found any affecting the buds yet which is a win! This is the reason a good effective regimen of treating plants for pest and mould/mildew is an outdoor growing must!! I have yet to lose a plant to mould or peat so I swear by it. Die Pflanzen haben sich auch in dieser Woche gut gemacht. Man kann den unterschied zwischen sativa und indika gut erkennen. Die beiden hinteren pflanzen sind Girl scout Cookie und Sweet Candy und die vorderen super Silver haze und Berry bomb . Der Weinballon blubbert noch mäßig vor sich hin und jeden zweiten Tag stelle ich ein Gefäß mit Wasser und 4 CO2 Tabletten mit ins Zelt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem gegenwärtigen Wachstum und Entwicklung der Pflanzen. Ich spiele mit dem Gedanken ein zweites Zelt zu kaufen und im Wechsel auch Automatik anzupflanzen um die Wartezeit zur Ernte mit einem kurzfristigen Grow zu belohnen. Dafür rauche ich nicht einmal. Dieses Hobby habe ich meinem Sohn zu verdanken. Er ist so selbstlos und testet die Ergebnisse für mich. Dann wird er sie bewerten ,da ich das leider nicht kann. Habe überlegt vielleicht Edibles herzustellen. Candys, Pralinen oder Gebäck. Wäre dankbar für Erfahrungen und Rezepte . Aber bis dahin werde ich den Mädels noch beim Wachsen zusehen. Lowered the time by another hour last week and they seem to be flowering under 14 and 10. Nice smell coming off them now, haven't given bloom yet but I plan to tommorow I think.

After a slow start she’s taking off, noticeably growing every 12 hours

👉The last waiting game is just about at an end. It has mostly cloudy trichomes, with still a few clears. Some ambers are scattered about and are mostly on the sugar leaves. Super frosty, super intoxicating aroma or sweet citrus. The leaves have faded only slightly. I could harvest it today if I had time. I think it may be a couple more days. I am set up and ready to harvest when it feels right. 👉I have been giving it nutrient mixed at the high end of the EC range for the Ripen mix from the General Hydroponics Drain to waste feed schedule. I have given a couple of H20nly irrigations followed by a full strength solution fertigation. The EC spikes in a couple days and the pH drops. One H2Only event gets the run-off and pH back in the target zone. I will continue fertigations till harvest day. Any day now.😎

Still in the HPS tent but now they are under the LED again and doing pretty well as the roots are filling the pots out they are eating faster. Did a couple foliar feeds with the Growzyme at less than 1 ML/Gal which they seem to like. Hoping to get a little more vertical growth before they kick into flower. Also been doing some bottom feeding which I have been experimenting with a little bit. It seems to increase rate of growth and the plants seem a little happier when I do a few feeds like that in a row. Day 77. Today I will harvest. This one did not get much attention, she was left to over stretch during veg and not the best feeding schedule in flower, however her buds are the most frosty I have grown thus far. Today was the 1st time i checked her trichomes and i saw some ambers, thats why i decide to take her down. Her smell is very sweet like apple pie. I will have to grow her again. I can't wait to taste her.
