Hello Diary, Purple Lemonade has reached its fifth week of flowering, I am now very close to harvest. I would say one more week and it will be ready for cutting. The appearance of Purple Lemonade is amazing and it would be a shame not to take a picture of her on a black background now that it is the grand finale. The flowers are hard to the touch, sticky and full of trichomes. Especially the main cola which looks impressive. This week I started checking the trichomes with a microscope and so far they are still transparent. The smell is very intense at this stage, the whole room smells of plants when I open the grow box. Watering is still every two or three days. This week I stopped adding nutrients, I just lower the p.H. to 6.0 and water the plants with clean water. Here is what the previous week looked like. 13/09/2024 - Day 51. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the p.H. at 6.0 and I watered all three plants on the farm with that amount. 16/09/2024 - Day 54. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 18/09/2024 - Day 56. It's the end of the 8th week, taking pictures of the plants. That's all from me for this week, see you soon and thank you all for your support.

I think there’s been some sort of salt build up / nutrient lock. The lower leaves have been turning a lighter green and some even yellow on SL plants. Most stems are red. Seems like it’s a pH problem. I flushed them with 4-5 litres of water to reduce the nutrient concentration in the roots. Going to introduce molasses in next feeding! Organic Unsulphered And also stop the Micro (nitrogen)

One more week of growth, the plant looks like it's entering pre-flowering Keeping the LED at a distance of 45cm from the plant. Every two days I also put a CO2 tablet in a glass of water, this water will serve to water the plant with nutrients. Watering is done with 500ml every two days. I already have the PH meter, I learned that I hope I'm not doing anything too wrong, a hug and see you next week.

@MephistoGenetics, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of 3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 10 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. I am very excited to see how the new growroom will work and how this Illuminauto 21 - Sour Crinkle will turn out. Illuminauto 21 - Sour Crinkle (Grape Crinkle x Sour Crack) Two of our fastest and frostiest varieties collide to make a sweet and sour delight! Expect super frosty, compact nugs that won't be a toke for novices. Destined to be a great strain for extraction work too! Plant size - Small - Medium Cycle time - 60-65 days from sprout Indica/Sativa - 80/20 Frost level - Extra Ridiculous https://www.mephistogenetics.com/product-page/illuminauto-21-sour-crinkle -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-25. Week 5 starts. Added a video of the girls. Gave the girl water and nutrients. This girl is 27 cm high and have grown 7 cm in 7 days. I flushed the girl yesterday with 40 liters of tap water. Im lowering the humidity in the room with a dehumidifier and try to have 50% air humidity. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2017-09-29. Installation of the New light rail in the grow room. Its Advanced star light V 5.0. Added a video of it.

Amnesia Skunk — Week 4 Report 1. Week 4 Context (12/12 Cycle) • Same room conditions as the rest of the garden. • Same environmental parameters. • Same nutrition, same measurements, no changes introduced. • Stability across the room remains the guiding principle. This consistency allows true genetic expression to be observed. ⸻ 2. Growth Pattern & Structure Amnesia Skunk is expressing very differently from other cultivars in the room: • Node count: ~6–7 nodes • Internodal spacing: Extremely compact • Overall stature: Short, tight, and powerful • Architecture: • Dense vertical core • Controlled lateral branching • Strong apical presence without excessive stretch This is a stocky, high-density phenotype, showing clear indications of structural strength. ⸻ 3. Main Stem & Vascular Development One of the most striking features this week is the main stem: • Notoriously thick compared to other plants at the same stage • Strong lignification already visible • Suggests: • Excellent nutrient transport capacity • High future flower-support potential • A plant built to carry weight As you beautifully put it — this is the kind of stem that looks like it will harvest as timber. ⸻ 4. Branching Behavior & Phenotypic Consistency • Both phenotypes are: • Very similar in overall structure • Expressing healthy, proportional branching • Producing smaller but well-defined side branches This indicates genetic stability, not randomness. Branching is present without chaos — everything feels intentional in how the plant is stacking itself. ⸻ 5. Training & Plant Handling (Week 4) • No aggressive training introduced • No topping, no hard interventions • Only: • Gentle leaf bending • Minimal leaf redirection • Very careful handling to improve light exposure Philosophy for this cultivar: Let her grow as she wishes, without stress, and observe her natural form. This approach respects her compact nature and avoids disrupting her internal balance. ⸻ 6. Plant Health & Visual Quality • Color: Deep, healthy green • Leaf posture: Relaxed, confident, no stress indicators • Growth rate: Steady and strong rather than fast and stretchy • Overall vitality: Excellent Amnesia Skunk is not racing — she’s building. ⸻ 7. Studio Observations & Documentation Value • Plants were taken to the studio for photography. • Under controlled lighting: • Structure becomes even more apparent • Stem thickness and node density stand out • Branch symmetry and internodal compression are clearly visible Photos captured: • Against the light • On dark backgrounds • Close-ups of stems and branching • Full-plant context shots This makes Week 4 documentation especially valuable for educational reference. ⸻ 8. Pre-Flower Status • No clear pre-flower signs yet. • Development remains firmly in the transitional vegetative phase under 12/12. • This slower, compact progression aligns perfectly with her morphology. Nothing is rushed — and nothing needs to be. ⸻ 9. Outlook Moving Forward • Expect: • Powerful flower support later in bloom • Dense, structured stacking rather than long spears • A cultivar that rewards patience Training will remain soft and respectful, with future adjustments based on how she chooses to open up. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. Alright. 5th week just started. FIMming is done on the Purple Punch with Today, it looks so good and big. I think it is growing wider than taller, even her "hands" with the fan leaves are bigger than mine, and now it will be wider because of FIMming. The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is also fine I started LST yesterday. I will continue the same way of fertilizing this week on Friday 2x, Saturday in the morning, Monday 2x, and Wednesday 2x. I raised up the water quantity so from today I will give 75ml per plant 2 times (Morning, Evening) so 150 ml per plant, altogether 300 ml. It also applies when I fertilize the plants, but the only difference is that the water is with bat guano and acacia honey mix. This Friday ( Day 32) I did not water them to not to be overwatered. I just sprinkle now for the night. This Sunday was fertilization day also, Saturday I did not water them. Gelato Cookie D'ohpe started flowering this week, pre flowers can be seen. When it is harvested, I will set the light schedule 12/12 for the Purple Punch to start flowering. The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is autoflowering, the Purple Punch is feminized. What a mix yeah, but it is my first time growing. Tuesday update: Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is stretching rapidly, flowering time started. Purple Punch is growing also very well new shoots are coming. End of the week Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is 40cm, it started stretching so quick due to flowering. Purple Punch is 26cm.

She is a large plant. my height is 1.94 cm / 6'4 f. her buds are very heavy for her. I need to have it with a rope so that it does not fall. I'm happy with this strain of ripper seed. I'll cut it in a couple of days.

------------------------- | BLUEBERRY HARVEST | ------------------------- After two sunny days it is harvest time !! - Finally, 16 days of flush - At first thought, the trimming would be easier compared to my previous plants, but when removing more leaves, more buds appearing too hahaha so it took like 4 hours or more..It is not the most accuurate trimming but i had not much time that day, i removed all the leaves and branches after weighting it all.. Like i said on the last post, im harvesting having in mind my bud preferences (the later the better), weather, humidity and sunlight, so the first of the cloudy/rainy days she was chopped in the moring, attending the principle of thc regeneration at night.. Got to say that, i wasnt expecting such production (8 days until it was well dried), this plant started as the season saver because the Cheese started to flower in march, revegged etc.. and i have been rewarded with this BB, a true genetic portent !! If i could, i would keep her as mother forever ^^ The quality is awesome, she looks more like a WW talking about that coat of thc.. Flavour without proper cure, is deep earthy at first, transitioning to a fruity, sweet one, it is a pleasure to smoke, delicious sweet aftertaste.. Maybe, this is the last year with this awesome climate, because im planning to leave Spain.. Thank you for follow and check !!! I hope you liked the diary :) Song of the week : Radiohead - Codex Good Vibes GrowDiaries !! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 000000000000

8/17 Watered everything but the 50. Found two leaves with sep markings on the pink kish in the 50. Definitely not using old soil again. I'm pretty sure THIS plant contracted it from the soil and not the way the others did with the lawn mower and birdseed hijinx. It's supposed to rain for the first time basically all summer. It's am 80% chance so I HELD OFF ON PLANT DOCTOR AND DID NOT APPLY as I'm supposed to have a clear day after. I'll apply the plant doctor in the morning. I'm hoping this rain will knock down a bunch of those thrips. They seem to be on a small branch on a plant or two. One or two leaves show damage and I'll pick them off. I figure I'll get them after I apply plant doctor. I'll use either citric acid or just my regular bt-k pillar treatment with Castille or liquid soap. That will kill them as well. I'm on really worried about it. I also might just buy a bunch of lady bugs and unleash them once things get further along. EDIT: TOOK A QUICK VIDEO AND A COUPLE PICS. HOPEFULLY WE GET THIS RAIN. IF NOT IM GOING TO TREAT THE THRIPS THAT ARE ON TWO PLANTS NOW. I THINK IM GOING TO GO WITH BT-K FOR NY PILLARS AND HOPE THAT THE DISH SOAP IN THE MIX KILLS THE THRIPS. I HAVE LOTS OF DIFFERENT OPTIONS SO ILL FIGURE SOMETHING OUT. BUDS SEEM TO BE EXPLODING IN GROWTH. OH AND THANKS TO THE OUTDOOR GROWER THAT MESSAGED OFFERING TO HELP. I APPRECIATE THAT. THANKS. 8/18 We got the rain we were expecting. It was sheet rain for a few hourscand rained during the night. Everything was drenched and it was cold (50°F). I shook off the special kush that's way further in flower. I decided to use the leafblowrr despite the risk of spreading anything. I did it so that it wasn't ever blowing TOWARDS another plant but still. I was hoping it might blast off some thrips that might have survived that torrential rain. We've never had a dry summer like this. I'll moniter things. My water day is tomorrow so I assume that's when the girls will get their plant doctor dose. It's a great time of year for cannabis growers. We get to watch all the hard work we've put in literally pay off. It's very peaceful in the garden. EDIT: Went over at about one to check things out and do some minor defoliation. I checked on the thrip situation and I dont know if I blasted them off with the leafblower or if the rain washed them away bit I doubt it. Ivecmade the decision to treat these little bastards. It's on one plant but it's started to spread to another branch on another plant. I probably just overlooked it but still. Seeing that it rained like he'll and I'm seeing like zero signs of septoria I'm going to treat everything. At least I think I am. I haven't decided what to use. I think I could just use bt and soap and I'd probably be alright. I'd feel better doing that as it's something I'm familiar with. Outdoor growing. It's always something. 8/19 In the 40's last night. Hopefully that will help with the thrips. I was hurried and since today tops at 72° I only watered the 10th planet big mk ultra and the chem dog with preventative plant doctor. I'm not seeing hardly any septoria and if I do itsca random leaf. I mixed up 3tsp of citric acid and some Dawn in a 2 quart hand sprayer and treated the 10th planet that I thought had heat stress and the Pink kush in the ten gal that has the damage. I also treated a branch on my good tenth planet. It was the only branch with markings so I think I've got it early enough. I'm just wondering the best way to tackle this. The pink kush I'm sure, could handle spinosad. That strain is much later flowering. I'll see how the citriccacid works and go from there. If the other girls need water they'll get it when I get home alongcwith plant doctor. I've got some work to do. I'll keep this updated. Opinions are always welcome.

Week 2, added big bud and did some light defoliating. i also added stakes on 2 plants, to help spread out the branches. The blueberry seems to be the hungriest plant of the group.

This week one of the plants has really began looking tropical and the smell is danker by the day. It wreaks of fruity gas in my tent. Everything is basically on cruise control from here. Two of the plants look ready for a flush while the others are a week or two behind. One of the phenos is a good bit behind and was since day one but looks like it will yield a good bit. 🍻🍻 Mid week: I spotted few amber trichomes and started flushing on two of the 5 girls. One is way behind and two are maybe a week behind. 👌💨 Ready for these beauties to finish😍

63 days in, and she is starting to get really frosty. She is maxed on nutes. Still producing lots of white pistols. When I start seeing Amber Trichromes on the flower I am gonna start flushing. Happy farming out there Grow Diaries.
