I am at a crossroads with this girl. She seems to have stopped growing but is still healthy and not quite ready for the chop. I am going to let her really dry out to see what happens next. She was a bit of an experiment but I don't feel I gained much knowledge or experience growing her (nor any significant yield). Perhaps the best lesson is not to grow single plant strains (this soon in my grow tenure) and not have a companion plant for comparison. Comments/advice welcome!

Que pasa familia, esta semana hemos lavado las raíces de un ejemplar, el otro ejemplar se le sigue echando nutrientes. Ph controlado, intentaremos aguantar esa planta alguna semana más, las otra por lo menos aún le quedan un par de semanas. Ph controlado bajamos humedad a 35% y la temperatura la mantenemos por debajo de 27. Estas flores están cogiendo unas tonalidades increíbles, y empieza a desprender unos aromas brutales como a ácido.

Day 45 --> Restart some light LST for the final weeks of Flowering. 🍇 Really intense aromas from stomper n GWK (like sour,sweet grape tannins). ⚠️ In this project we experimented with a super soil like mixture. Biobizz all mix was 65% of the mixture which 1/3 of it was placed on the bottom of the pot and the rest 2/3 was mixed with 35% Canna terra. About 10% perlite was added on the mix and it was sprayed with EM microorganisms (Soil activator). 🏁 The target is a tasty organic flower fed only with tap water and a slow release organic fertilizer(6-3-18) which being applied on the end of the 3rd week and, becomes available to the plants 7 days after. In our case which we transplanted on day 9, we used it on day 30(9+21) from seed. ℹ️ Facts Until the 3rd week plants were growing under LST with no problem (Day 17-19) was when preflower started). In the 4th week development slowed down and initially we though that was due to some drop of temp like midway veg in ➡️ (RQS fem induction). After days were passing and the development of the plants was not satisfying (even though the plants didn't show any symptoms of deficiency or environmental stress) we noticed shiny leaves and dark green colour starting from Stomper#1 which was the smallest plant and was the only one that had some visible burned tips on the leaves. GWK#2 was the only one that did not appear dark green colour or shiny leaves (like SS#1,#2 and GWK#1) but had drooping leaves without having overwatered her or noticing any issues.(Conditions on week 5 and 6 were a bit unstable as the weather got weird and we had high humidity and low temps). Reaching 7th week plant development continues to be average, stems of the most plants became dark red without having low temps inside the tent even though plants look a bit better after they were let to dry a bit more. 🔬 Symptoms 1)Dark shiny leaves 2)Slow growth 3)burn tips 4)Drooping leaves 5) Dark Red stems Matching the pieces of the puzzle we assume that we had NITROGEN TOXICITY and knowing that we do not use any liquid fertilizers it seems that our problem was that our super soil was too "hot" for our baby mephs. If our rooting system of our plants reached the final layer of soil( Biobizz all mix on the bottom of the pot) in the 4th week, it was when it had the highest availability of nitrogen. Availability that seem to be "too hot" for Sour stomper and Grape walker kush in early Flowering. Also in the last weeks we had cold weather so we had an electrical heater on increasing the temp of the room which led to higher temp and transpiration inside the tent.That being said it is likely that due to higher transpiration our plants let higher amount of N to enter the plant and that forced the plants to show us signs of it's toxicity. For a start we let the pots dry to reduce the nitrogen availability and then in Day 45 we water with 6,5 ph tap water + EM microorganisms (700ml each pot). ℹ️ Day 48 : Ideal humidity + temps and the plants have started to drink and eat a lot better the last days. After the second water (700ml) of the week yesterday (D47) with microorganisms only, we find the first signs of deficiency on Sour stomper #2 today. We were expecting this cause our dry fert has only (6-3-18) --> 3 phosphorus (slow release), so our leaves look like having phosphorus and calcium deficiency, we are thinking that the roots locked calcium too with the deficiency of P as these too are collaborating. - So we are going to feed all the plants with organic liquid fert. from Plagron - green sensation PK (9-10) starting with stomper#2. * Every plant in tent has its private watering schedule as the maturity and needs, have changed over the last week. - If the problem continues we'll consider a cal mag solution. * Will be appreciated any comments or same experiences!! Buenas noches familia, siento el retraso fue un día largo pero sigue siendo viernes. Pues ya estamos en la recta final y esta noche tiraremos el lavado de raíces. Están formando buenas flores, y desprenden un agradable olor. Nuestras northern light xL No están compactando mucho pero si empezaron a explotar. Una semana sin productos ya. Ph 6,5 todavía regulamos hasta el final el ph. (IMPORTANTE) cambiar bombilla pal siguiente cultivo.😂 Nos vemos la semana que viene.

Hi all A great week for flower production this week. Temps have been on the high side but within a copable range for growing these ladies. Bruce Banner continues to show the many bud sites getting fatter and her mains are forming together well too. She is a smaller overall height to the other strains so I have boosted her a little higher to get the best light positioning for her. She has a lot of secondary growth that looks promising too. No issues with any deficiencies or leaf colours Candy rain is still catching up with her node distancing but with at least 4 weeks left , there is time. Jealousy #1 and #2 are fattening up nicely on their long thick stems and look amazing already. They have not skipped a beat the entire grow so far. I am more than happy with progress so far and can see a potentially beautiful harvest of summer fruit strains to sit amd ponder in the sunshine with. There are signs on a couple of buds that they are starting to mature the initial pistil sets with a nice golden appearance. Not to a point of being close at all bit will lead to a pistil flush which should help them to start packing weight on for the final leg. Buenas! Esta semana se encuentran ya terminadas de estirar y produciendo gran cantidad de pistilos, enseguida comenzaran a engordar y rellenar las paredes celulares. Podemos observar los tonos purpuras que estan saliendo de nuestras variedades!! Ahorraremos para un LED que pueda ayudarnos en este armario tan bonito ya que con sodio g/w es un poco escaso hoy en dia.

Day 126. She is down. That girl lived 90 days from seed touching soil. Its part of my Control Garden for proving/finding RQS strain issue. For 3 weeks veged bag seed plant who spent 75% of his life not under direct light, sometimes even in shade and under most intense air fan , she is GOLD ! Cure day. She could go two weeks longer, but ... 96 g ;))) again, i can only look and admire. Crazy strain. Update on night shift ;)

Week 5 Think I’ll do second topping next week

This ladies have started the 4th week of veg great, however they'll start flower tomorrow on February 15th which is the last day of veg. I applied a little defoliation on both phenos removing the biggest leafs let's see how this ladies develop when the stretch starts! Can't wait! As said my ladies have been flipped into flower on February 15th which means that from now on they'll sleep more hours! I cannot wait to see this haze berry couple stretching to produce beautiful nuggets with that tropical aromas that I love so much! Let's see what happens, stay tuned! 💚💛❤️✌️

Day 6 of flower sorry for the very late update been a busy few weeks..... she has some issues my cat knocked the pump plug out of the wall and she sat in stagnant water for two days 😑 she is strong and will bounce back quickly. The scrog filled out nicely and she started her stretch I will clean up some of the larger leaves in the next few days before we get to far into flower I sat her in 24 hours of dark to start the process I like this method though many people have different views this is the one I like to do and I have never had any issues

Doing really good. I've introduced some flower stacker, worm tea concentrate, hydro guard root inoculant and some calmag with iron. I also started place a layer of ice on top of the medium to trigger trichome and to get them beautiful colors. I've been doing the ice thing in my last couple of harvest and I swear that it increased the trichome coverage and I get some nice colors to pop. I usually go with organic soil amendment for nutrients. However I used a new to me soil called Biochar. It's like a bunch of small pieces of tree bark. It has simular characteristics like I have to water every day because this product dose not retain moisture at all. I did add a good layer about 1 gallon of Purple Cow Indicanja mixed 50/50 with Happy Frog soil. I loosened the first couple of inches in the container with my fingers and worked it into the soil and watered it in slowly. The addition of the new top layer of soil and nutrients have paid off well. I'm still about 3 weeks out from harvest and I can't wait to see how fat these flowers get. They're already the size of golf balls and I swear I can literally see them growing before my eyes, at least a 1/8 of a inch of girth a day. I have two more feedings to go before it's time to start the flushing process and with the addition of the ice I'm anticipating some lovely colors. Cheers!!!
