Hello Growmies, As we observe the growth in week 15, I'm filled with both anticipation and awe. She continues her impressive swell, and new white hairs have emerged, suggesting that the end of January might be too soon for harvest. The delicate balance of maturity is playing out before us, as the first few trichomes take on an amber coloration, signaling the onset of peak ripeness. There's a noticeable increase in her aromatic presence – she's getting louder, so to speak, filling the space with her potent scent. A beautiful fade is underway; the lower canopy leaves have turned a bright yellow and are gracefully falling away, a natural progression as she directs her energy to the buds. These, in turn, are taking on a striking purple hue, which is becoming more pronounced day by day. Each day brings a change, a new layer of complexity to her form. The way she's maturing, the hues she's revealing, and the scents she's exuding all contribute to the feeling that she's one of the most remarkable plants I've grown. Her feeding remains consistent at 4 liters of nutrient solution every four days, sustaining her through this critical phase. The light spectrums continue at full capacity, and she seems to savor every photon that falls upon her. With new growth still apparent, I'm considering adjusting the harvest timeline. I'm really happy with the gas tax x obama runtz plant is doing. It started out so small, I wasn't sure if it was gonna make it. But lately it's taken off. The leaves are a lot bigger and the colors are so vibrant. I can tell it's happy and healthy now. Well, it's Christmas again. This year feels a little different, though. Maybe it's the snow blanketing everything, or the way the tree lights up the whole living room. Either way, it's cozy and warm, even when it's freezing outside. I'm really looking forward to seeing what Santa brings. I hope I get that new video game I've been wanting. But most of all, I can't wait to spend time with my family. We always have so much fun This past week was a good one for the plants. They started the first week of their stretch, and they've already grown a decent amount. I can really see them filling out. It's cool to watch them grow so fast. I can't wait to see how big they get by the end I always get a little worried at this stage, like they're not gonna get as big as I want them to. But then I remember how they always end up surprising me. By the end, they're always perfect.

This week, I gave my plants more fertilizer to test if they show any signs of burning. Now, I'm stressed out! I think I should give myself some seaweed to relieve the stress 😂 The girls show signs of calcium deficiency. I sprayed a small amount of calcium and magnesium on them to help them recover faster. I’m not sure why the new leaves are very pale. Could they be lacking iron? I think the high soil moisture might be causing issues with iron absorption, but I’m not completely sure. I’ll wait and see what happens this week. Considering that I use regular water, I expected them not to have a calcium deficiency.

I'm in love with the structure on this sugar cane. She takes training easily and has developed a beautiful canopy of tops without much effort. It's almost like she just knows what I want her to do. Day 35 is here. We are a week into flower and most the plants are just starting to hit that flowering stretch. I have been bending them down a little every couple days, but I need to focus on cleaning up some of the bottom branches so we can keep good air flow through the plants. Will work on that through this next week. I haven't done a water change, just been topping off the reservoir with fresh nutrients as they drink it up. Feeding half and half maxigro and maxibloom. Will cut out the maxigro in a couple weeks when I notice their stretch slowing down. I had a plant overflow this week because the drain line is getting full of roots. I noticed a couple roots have made their way into the reservoir already. I set a pump timer to 1 minute on and 20 minutes off so they can drain properly. I would like to make it through the grow without having to mess with the drains, but we will see what happens. I will make some modifications if needed. 8/29 Knowing I was going to have to yo to the hospital er again this morning with my wife I got up early and watered. We are supposed to get an inch of rain tomorrow but the bags were totally light. If I was going to be around I might've held off watering. Instead I watered everything one gallon and figured the rain will make up for the other 10 percent hopfully that will do it. 8/30 Rained overnight. Plants were soaked. Flowers are swelling. I defoliated a shit ton of yellow leaves the other day. I still don't think I have anything fungal but I'm keeping an eye u e out and am considering doing an application of plant doctor. We are suppised to get an inch of rain tonight and tomorrow I guess. My biddy said i shouod cover my plants because next week is going to be "great growing weather" but with the rain and then the sun it could be a recipe for disaster since I have some large flowers. I got my father's leaf blower running but it was leaking gas. Brought it to the repair shop and a buddy let me borrow his for thus storm. I and hit the plants with it this morning. It is super strong though. I need to be careful not to blow it right out of the bag!!! Or break branches. Of course after u left it started raining lightly. A nice rain that plants like but it's stopped. I'm wondering if I should go over and blast them again to keep them dry but I know it's going to rain off and on and it'd going to rain tonight. I'll check the weather and decide from there. So far things are going good. Still have some yellowing leaves and a few normal pests but that is to be expected. UPDATE: Stopped raining so I went over and shook off the plants then put the leaf blower to them. I made sure to get the interiors before I went and had shook things again by hand. Trich development is going good. The smell was incredible this morning! Each strain has its own unique smell to it. We are supposed to have a real good week for growing so I'm looking forward to it. May do a preventative plant doctor app but I think it will be alright. I'll keep this updated. UPDATE: Went over around one and plants were bone dry. The wind was RIDICULOUS! I added a few individual stakes and tied a couple loose branches. I got my tarp out and considered covering the cagecto protect from the wind. However I didn't have time to sanitize if and they had already been through it all night and day alwuth no breakages. Plants are strong and supported well. At least I hope. Plus the tarp would block the rest of the direct sun the plants are getting right now. The wind looked like it dud its worst and the trellis and supports held. I did add extra supports higher up the plant to prevent breakages. Found a moth larvae (yellow) and squished him. Also found some aphids but a few lady bugs and three lady bugs larvae so I think I'll be OK. I am really excited for this year. Flowers are really exploding! FORGOT TO PUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING. I picked them all off and took pictures and will consult my commercial buddy. I researched and asked a question on here. If it's septoria or something that could ruin my gorgeous garden I'd rather just junk the plant. It's big but it's the furthest behind flowering and I would not be heart broken if I had to get rid of that for the others. This week is supposed to be the best week we've had all summer so I'm expecting major growth. I'll update after conferring with other growers and making a decision. I'm noticing like a little army of lady bug larvae so any aphids I have are not going to be a problem. I have adults as well but is the babies that eat 10x what the adults do. I'm hoping they'll wipe put any bud worms. The weather is great this week all sunny. Making the buds explode in size and increasing terp production. This is the strongest smelling cannabis I've grown. Each strain. Has its own unique "funk" to it. Purple punch is really sweet and floral smelling. 10th planet is more gassy. I need to get some yellow sticky traps. I saw a couple fungus gnats on my canary. A late blooming blueberrycheese. It's the one that dries out the fastest but is more sativa leaning and drinks TONS of water. I have two that are that phenome. Losing yellow leaves but exploding with flowers. Noticed a couple more leaves with that calcium deficiency looking leaf. I just defoliated it. I'm really happy where I'm at right now. 9/4 Plants were covered in water this morning and the leaf blower wouldn't start. I shook everything off by hand. Each strain hasits own STRONG unique scent. One tenth planet phenome smells like bubble gum. I think I've got like two weeks and some of the flowers on ONE plant should be done. I'm planning to take the top half and then letting the bottom mature longer of its not whete I want it to be. The weather has been gorgeous. Sunny today. I'll need to water tonight I'm sure. Well, that day has come, the girl would have been really different if not for the high temperature, strong light, and a huge lack of potassium :( well, everything will be fine next time :) live and learn :) I am satisfied with the result, which is what I need :) got 200 gr of liquid :) gathered a lot of sugar leaf :) they are already in the sweet shop :D I will make an addition!! good growth and success :)

Blueberry Headband OJ Cheese Update Dec 29 Day 50 Flower Have noticed an immediate response from the plants after the leaching and light raising. 24” seems to be the magic number. Work up from 30-40% strength at seedling and gradually move up to 75% at the end of veg. By the third to last week of flowering should be at 100%. Have fed the Girls nutes Weds. Cheese got no N as it’s supposedly within three weeks of harvest. Next week will leach heavily and feed only water. The rest of the Girls got the full treatment. NPK and CalMag. This is three days after leaching. Tried leaving the exit fan on so the humidity wouldn’t climb too high during the evening. Turned the heater off as well so it wouldn’t be running constantly as the air was being sucked out anyway. The temp reached 59°F. A tad too cold. The next evening, even though the RH was still high, I left the fan off. Thought the heater was re-plugged in but no. Temp only went down as far as 62°F. Still too low but better. The third night everything was plugged in normally and 65° was the nighttime low. Acceptable. Going to keep the nighttime temp there for the remainder of the grow. Colors should appear. Blueberry Headband is doing well. #1 is sprouting new calyxes from the ground up and the flowers are turning a dark purple. It seems way ahead of #2 which seems to be behind them all. New calyx growth there as well but the buds are much smaller with virtually no red hairs while #1 looks like it’s almost ready to harvest if you were judging by the hairs. The aroma is intoxicating! The Orange Juice is leaping ahead! Looks like it’s getting ready to harvest as well but there has been an explosion of new calyxes and swelling hasn’t started on any of the babes yet. The Cheese may be starting. So, about three weeks for Cheese and 5 weeks for the rest. By my guesstimation, these should’ve been vegged for another two weeks at least. That would be eight weeks! Big learning curve this week as I metered my well water which I’ve been relying on more and more as bottled is expensive. Neither I nor my dog drink it. TDS is over 700 PPM. Almost double the safe consumption level of 400 PPM. Have leached the plants once more extensively using RO water with a final .5Gal of PHed water with SuperThrive. I’m still not sure about the FIM job on the LSD, and the purple haze is looking a bit runtish, but we’ll see how they go. I cut some leaves on the PH today to give the bud sites beneath them more light. All in all, they are doing well I think.
