Another good week in the bag. The girls are getting water every day. The shortest one drinks the most. Interesting. They have a sugary smell to them. It's hard to describe. I'll be interested in the final smell. I decided to bust out the microacope and to my surprise the trichomes are pretty milky already! It's only been five weeks! Will monitor to see the amber but still for this early! Started using the UVB! Started at 30 minutes for a few days. Now at one hour. The tests started at two hours at three weeks out which would be now. So gonna increase tomorrow another thirty and continue to ramp up.

Nothing notable this week. The ladybugs continue to have a grand time. LST is continuing well, and it’s looking nice and bushy!

It was quick to see the second pair of leaves! The stalk of the seedling is a bit thin.. waiting for it to thicken up. Using 60W lights

Started flowering these from seed 1-1/2 weeks after germination. Buds are kind of airy but it is nice quality. Gonna move in a month and start a new grow with purple urkle and walking dead!

The lamp has been set to 55cm and is running at 50%. The lowest leaves with the rust-colored spots have been removed. -13.02.2025 The GrowBox was cleaned and disinfected once. The lowest/oldest leaves were cut off. As the soil had settled after a few weeks, the pots were filled with fresh soil. -16.02.2025 Today is the last day of the third week of vegetation. Going into flower like now I think..🤔 Lol, yes it’s flower time already.🤭

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. They are swelling up pretty nicely and hairs are starting too turn colors finally. I switched #1-6 from Big Bud too Overdrive on day 64 and I moved a few of them around to get them more comfortable. Looking to harvest sooner rather then later because humidity is 50-70%... I normally have good judgment and harvest right when they are ready and avoid mold/rot. I plan too start flushing on about day 70ish. I shouldn't need too flush them for very long because only half there pot is soil. I will get pre harvest pictures for sure maybe even videos.

The girls are really starting to take off now. They are growing on average 1-2 inches a day. we should start to see clear preflower this week.

Week 2 – Day 14 (Veg) Around day 12, White Widow #1 started to show early signs of deficiency. EC was 0.9 at the time – likely too low for her current stage. Smaller plants in the grow showed no symptoms, which supports the idea that the larger ones needed more nutrition. To correct this, I increased feeding: base EC 0.4 plus full nutrients, total EC 1.3. The symptoms did not get worse after that, but her leaf color still remains slightly lighter than the rest. She was also moved into the final tent this week. During the move, I removed the first node pair to promote better structure. Transplant into a 15L fabric pot is planned for next week.
