These plants were started their flush 3 days ago, continuing to flush today & I will be chopping them down in a few days depending to the trichomes. a couple of these plants' leading bud site were bent over to bring down the lighting closer to the surrounding bud sites. I topped two Amnesiac and the third one is with LST. I could have done it sooner, but last week I was on vacation in the mountains.. 🏔️ I have a bit of experience with Topping, but the LST I never test. I hope I did everything well as it should and that the plant will react well.. 😷 💉 Nutrients 💉 I incorporated 16 grams of Easy-Boost granules from Royal Queen Seeds into 3.4 litres of Biobizz All-Mix soil. 🔦 Light 🔦 I increased the power of my #MarshydroTsw2000 from 25% to 40%. 🐛 PEST 🐜 The treatment by the leaves of TEC FORT last week (1ml/l) worked very well, on 14 plants I saw only one thrips. Apart from struggling to maintain an optimal VPD, it’s smooth sailing right now. The buds are swelling up nicely. According to the breeder, we still have at least four weeks of flowering to go before harvest.

The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. FBA2505 has had issues. I changed her to Athena nutrition about 4 days ago. I discovered root rot today. I removed some and rinsed the rest good. I then added about 3 ml of h2o2 to the solution to help kill off the bad bacteria. I will likely do a fresh solution change in a few days, and get some healthy cultures growing. I have had issues every time I use xpert nutrition. I can't seem to get a handle on it. this little shogun that could has stretched to the max! She is actually a little big bush now. Too bad this season was not as ideal as it could have been. She has started to flower 7 to 8 weeks to go.

Purple afghan kush 1...she has taken her purpyra color ... there is very little left for her to be able to taste this variety ... she has a smell of tender wood ... sweet smell ... she did not grow enough but if she dedicated herself to fattening her head ... purple afghan kush 2 she had about 15 worms ... look for them one by one ... she did not grow well from the beginning ... I do not know what happened to her growth and flowering ... her buds are small ... let's hope she tastes good ...
