Weekly update on these magnificent girls. They're flowering great and smelling even better. Half of the bunch look as they'll be finishing up in the next couple weeks. This strain grows fast and I can't wait to sample some. The purple pheno produces some picture perfect flowers. 馃憣

So to start, I did a small leaf strip a few days ago. I like to do small leaf strips ones a week the last few weeks of flower. Now not big, Im Talking 15-20 leaves tops. Don't want to over stress the plant at this stage but also want to make sure the buds below are getting enough light. The temperature has dropped a bit outside so the tent is running cooler then it was. Honest it got all week was 22.5c, but also only got up to 20c one night. Unfortunately this tent is right next to the door out of my grow space so all the cold air is coming through. Going to need to look at replacing the door with something that fits a bit better, or look at adding something to this door to help. Next to that the plant is looking amazing so far. Looking forward to smoking this in the coming weeks. Well happy growing everyone!!!!

Purple Punch is flowering very nicely, trichomes are out, and getting bigger buds. This will be around the 5th week of flowering. It did not double its size as I expected, just grew an extra 3-5 cm. I am surprised. Strange. It remained small but the flowers are beautiful. I did not raise up the water intake just left it the same 200ml 2x a day. Clean water in the morning and then fertilization in the evening. I really like this plant. I think I will order more seeds. Purple Punch height end of the week is the same 43 cm.

The plant is doing well overall this week! 馃挭 To handle a few fungus gnats that started showing up, I introduced nematodes into the soil and placed some yellow sticky traps, seems to be keeping things under control so far. She's growing quite tall now, definitely stretching up nicely, but not really filling out much in width. A true lemony skyscraper in the tent!馃槀馃挌

SUGARLATO - Green house seeds - week 7 So we鈥檙e to start with sugarlato. First things first this strain and the genetics are absolutely top tier, the plant grows easy with only light defoliation done twice in 7 weeks to lolly pop it and also remove fan leaves covering bud sites. She responded well to it with no issues whatsoever. Not once has she looked unhealthy and has lush gold ball size nuggets all over her. The smell is a little earthy from the gelato but then the kings tart brings through a slight pastry sweet smell. This strain and its genetics are a 12 out of 10. Green house seeds are my new favourite. DRSHOTZUK

Day 70 of flowering It has only been three days since my last update.. But hence the confusion of days past, I'll update it now again since this is day 70 and that markes week 10. The girls are looking very nice, if I may say so myself. The smell has intensified very much during the last days, yesterday when I opened the tent it really hit me hard in Tha nostrils in a good way. That smell that I couldn't set in words are still present but it smells lovely! I'm not at all sure how fast the trichomes are developing, so I'm checking up on them every day. This leads to alot of uncertainty of when I should start to flush. Some leaves have been yellowing for a while, at a slow pace and I fear that I might start the flush to early or late. But I'm thinking around day 71-75 will be the last day with nutritions. I have uploaded a picture of the trichomes, please let me know what you think?

They were a little dry this morning, so I gave them a gallon of water split between the four of them using the light schedule feed馃巹 3/12 Z馃崜馃崜馃 strawberry and strawberry gorilla are starting to get very tall. They鈥檙e becoming huge. I鈥檓 gonna keep them at 91 W maximum that might even be a little high. It鈥檚 nice to know. They don鈥檛 take as much light as I thought along time ago. They really look good. this is the first time I鈥檝e used 2 gallon pots so I have to remember to water more often and spray the bag with neem oil. I can鈥檛 tell if it鈥檚 runoff salts or if it is some sort of white fungus that鈥檚 not good on the outside of the bag, either way, if I spray everything with neem oil before I water including the soil, NO the plants just the soil and the bag makes a huge difference.馃巹馃憤 3/13馃崜馃馃崙馃挦 馃挦plus silica after about 12 hours, they are looking really good. 05/27/2021 Its been a while but all is well, the red light only seems to have encouraged lots of new growth. But I think I'm going to stick with 25-50% blue spectrum and 100% red for the finish. I'm kind of disappointed that she has no distinguishing smell, but she was bred for resistance to PM specifically. All the good stuff will come once i have stabilized consistent PM resistance. (Work in progress) Then the good stuff will be worked in..... If needed. Ps. I do believe it will likely be 12+ weeks of flowering to finish (Hope she has a racy/trippy sativa side) fingers crossed馃檹

Day 85: Beginning to see some yellow on the bottom fans. It's about time to cut the N. This is terrible timing. I will have to just see how it progresses. I expect I have 20 - 25 days or so left on her. Hopefully she will respond to her feeding from last night. Also last night she had wilted badly (Bad Daddy!) This could have a lot to do with it as well. Day 89: The light N was fine for holding her over. Next week I think I cut the nutes. We'll see. Added a video because pics just wouldn't do justice. Video is not great sorry.
