However, the final look was a total curveball. A severe heatwave hit the grow room right when the buds were already fully formed. Being an Indica-dominant strain with Afghan heritage, she really didn't tolerate that sudden intense heat. To cope with the temperature, she went into survival mode and triggered heavy late-stage foxtailing. Even though the weight was already there, the buds lost their typical Indica compactness and started stretching out with endless new white pistils, creating an airy, Sativa-like silhouette. It definitely cost her a few grams of extra density, but the sheer volume is impressive. ​Interestingly, I ran this plant alongside a Sativa-dominant strain in the same tent, and they completely traded places structurally. My experience overall can be best described as an interesting enlightening process. Since it was my first time growing it was definitely a learning experience. From the height being as tall as it was to the high winds in the area making it difficult to keep them from toppling when the buds were reaching full maturity. Thinking it would have benefited from more topping than just the once. The terps that this strain has are exquisite!! I am going to miss walking by them towering over me and just breathing in their berry cream aroma, taking in the sweetness like I had just had some dessert. Really enjoyed this strain and hope to grow it again sometime. Thanks for checking out my first grow 🌼💚✌️

So heres the heavyweight Fast and vast. Id say im abit disappointed for the false advertisement on the heavyweight seeds range. It states that in good conditions the plants will be ready in 8-9 weeks with outstanding yileds. But fingers crossed, i cant talk big. Never know what these will produce! Day 35 from seed now and it’s already showing its pre flowers. I will update week 6 on tuesday! One Love

420Fastbuds FBT2309/Week5 What up grow fam. Sorry for the late weekly update but was having some technical difficulties. This week has been eventful to say the least. My heater went out letting my Temps drop to high 40'f for a night or two and wow did the plants tell me they're angry. Definitely starting to bounce back but just goes to show the reselants of Fastbuds genetics. I lollipoped and did one more defoliation this week so hopefully flower stage will be smooth sailing. All in all Happy Growing

Week 2 Veg phase Day 8 Veg phase This morning the leaves where twisting not sure in the beginning what was happening. pH is 6.5 my humidity in the tent in around 63 to 69 % . And i have the marshydro 1000 on 70% . At distance off 40cm from the plants . I will wait and see. Day 9 Veg phase Have bin letting the soil dry up . And today start giving them 2ml per liter In a 5 liter sprayerbottle and added the following nutrients 4Liter Filtered water with pH of 6.5 8ml of the nutrients below : Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect Bloom Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect grow Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect micro Advanced Nutrients B-52 Advanced Nutrients Voodoo Juice Advanced Nutrients Rhino Skin Day 10 Veg phase Everything looking good besides the waving leaves . 3 part of leaves are slowly coming out 👍. Giving them around 0.3 L per plant per 24 hours Day 11 Veg Phase They are growing very nicely in good tempo . Going to be Adding some Biobizz calmag 1ML per 1Liter in the mix today Day 12 Veg Phase Everything going good nothing to tell 😎😎 Day 13 Veg Phase The New leaves are coming out nicely Day 14 Veg Phase It was a perfect week for the 2 Cookies Gelato on to week 3 of Veg 👌👌

Доброго дня Сегодня ровно 124 дня жизни моей девочки и ровно 9 недель как перевел ее на цвет. Последнюю неделю я ей давал Ripen. Поливал каждый день. Влажность немного поднялась за эту неделю, ночью она подала ниже 30%, но днем поднимал порой и до 46%, Все в пределах нормы. Центральные шишки на мой взгляд готовы так 80%-90%, а в от нижние еще не созрели, оцениваю готовность их на 65%-75%. Думаю еще неделю как по плану Не знаю насколько хорошо видно на фотках, но хотелось бы узнать ваше мнение друзья, по поводу зрелости шишек

The cursed sixth week, I wasn't careful enough. First, a branch broke off near the base, but it's still hanging on the stem and fighting for survival. Two days later, another branch broke, but I was able to fix it immediately with aluminium tape. This strain is not ideal for my training. It grows too tall and the branches become very thick very quickly. Great genetics, but unfortunately not for me as I am very limited in terms of height. I will make the best of it. Day 21: die temps und relative luftfeuchte sind hier zwischen 58%-68% und 23.5°-25.5°C . reguliert sich aber immer zu den höheren werten . ist hier halt so :))

No se cómo expresar mi felicidad después de casi 3 años sin poder cultivar consecutivamente he podido cosechar esta belleza gracias a @blacktunaco por la K.O una genética llena de resina con flores compactas. Cometiendo errores desde el principio se pudo obtener una excelente planta corrigiendo todo para así mejorar el aprendizaje continuo. Se dieron 12 días de lavado de raíz y 3 de estos estuvo expuesto a lluvia constante durante los 3 días por tal razón se decidió cosechar para evitar dañar las flores

At the start of week 8 she is still doing amazing and looking very healty and lush green the little nuggets are fatning up nicely and smelling very tasty cant put my finger on it what the smell is but its like a certain brand of bubblegum very sweet Day 51 drinking 33cl a day that’s a lot for such a little thing but she takes it in 3 times feeding her at 6 in the morning 5 in the afternoon and 11 at night like a little baby that needs her bottle in time Some of the outer leaves are colouring a little but hey she is half way her flowercycle so i expected her to start showing Some kind of signs that fall is starting to kick in Day 53 split her stem on top of her flux knob to increasse thc and budproduction to the fullest potential and binded a soft bendie arround it so she does not split further then neccesary🙏🙏 To all contestants the end dates is moved to 31 december due to Some unexpected and unnormal wheather factors with Some of the contestants Some of them have to unfortunatly start over so to give every one a fair chance final date is 31 DECEMBER!!! Or 14weeks as maximum growcycle Everybody gets that?!🙄🤣🤣 Not many people know about this trick, but I’m sharing it with you today. Have you ever heard of splitting the stem of your plant? No? Well, did you know this will force your plants to create heavier and denser buds? And it also increases THC production up to 20%! The purpose of stem splitting is to disturb the flow of nutrients and water right at the base of the stem. This will cause the plant to start producing more trichomes which means heavier and denser buds with higher THC levels. Make sure to read my article How to split the stem to increase THC levels after I tell you how to do this in 3 easy steps. How to split the stem in 3 easy steps: Step 1 Tie the stem with a rope or cable tie right at the base. Tie a second rope or cable tie a couple inches above that. Step 2 Take a very sharp knife and cut from the top tie to the bottom tie. There should be one vertical cut that is a few inches in length. Step 3 The knife should remain inside until you have a pencil or chopsticks to replace it with. This is to keep both sides of the marijuana plant from touching each other. Splitting the stem causes stress on the plant and forces it to create more trichomes. Trichomes serve as protectors of the marijuana plants. Specifically against pests, diseases, low temperatures and wind. Because of this protective feature, more trichomes are produced during times of stress. Take advantage of this special feature and read this article about splitting the stem and many more secret tricks to grow huge buds and increase your yield

Second week of flower and I defoliated again. There are small bud sites starting to form at the end of week two flower. The apple fritter has fascination which is making the stems grow interestingly with lots of bud sites.
