I had a busy week moving the plants into NFT once roots started to show, put them into a tent give them a fan. Freebie seed shown slow recovery but decided to use it anyway.

Another good week in the garden. These girls are finishing up now. Some will be picked over the next few days and some will go another week here. Got some recharge and mammoth P for the first time three days ago. Hoping to finish strong 💪

Miss Cherry is getting ready to move to her new home in the Flowering Room. She will be on placed on 12/12 light schedule. 8-9 weeks of flower. Maxisun PB2000 for flower. Have some pictures of her base and the pull down on the main branch LST. I pulled down all of the side branches to hopefully form a even enough canopy. Removed 4 huge fan leaves only because they were blocking to many Bud sites. Hopefully we can get into flower two weeks before defoliating anything again.

Week 6 Notes & Observations: No new issues to note, no mites found after the first and I have used Spinosad twice now just in case. P2 is getting stressed over ties and no ring, so I decided they will both go on a ring after i broke another branch without realizing it. Found it the next day and then topped the other side to gain two colas there - still 8 set but with varied start time's and points. Still looking to flip around new year’s day. Day 58 (last feed was day 55) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz, this time P1 weighed 12lbs 1oz. (12lbs 10oz before last feed) and P2 weighed 11lbs 8oz before feed (11lbs 8oz before last feed). Each plant got 1.5 gallons of purified water with a mix of Veg/Bloom Mix concentrates - 300ppm Veg Mix (recipe on week 2) and 190ppm Bloom Mix (recipe on week 5) with 1.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) . The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.75ph (6.25 last time). After feed this time, P1 weighed 21lbs 5oz and P2 also weighed 21lbs 11oz (both weighed 20lbs 9oz after last feed). I got ~8 cups of runoff on P1 and 10 cups on P2 this time (8 cups of runoff on P1 and 8 cups on P2 after last feed). Runoff for P1 ph was 6.42 with 970ppm (6.36 with 1110ppm last feed) and P2 was 6.41 with 980ppm ( 6.35 with 1170ppm last feed). no top soil tests this time as ph is mostly showing no issues - next feed will be 1.5 gallons of de-chlorinated water and 6.5 to 6.75ph again - I dont see any issues from feed or training.

Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Week was great as I saw the end to my fungus gnats and the plants really began to develop their own signature smells. The monster plant has more myrcene funky smell to it and the smaller bushy plants are hitting hard with fruity earth tones. This week looked like this: 2/7: nothing 2/8: 1 gal water/pot with 1 tbsp coconut water powder/pot and 1 drop of microbe lite bmc 2/9: nothing 2/10: nothing 2/11: 1 gal water/pot with 1 tbsp aloe flakes/pot. and 1 drop microbe lite bmc. Top dressed with gnarley barley which is sprouted hemp seed, Barley seed and corn seed which i pulverized 2/12: nothing 2/13: .5 gal water/pot and light defoliation

------------------------ HARVEST 1: ------------------------ Harvested this girl because she stopped eating and was drinking less water, and the weird flowers, so she was finishing, and im looking for something psycoactive, so the trichs are cloudy too... I expected less flowers, but there are some material behind leaves. The smoke is really nice flavored, and it hits you with psychoactivity. Despite the production and weird buds it is really tasty and gets you in a really nice sativa mood. The flavor would be like: An apple with Gasoline touches (i suppose its because of the Sour Diesel heritage) 15 gr. ------------------------ HARVEST 2: ------------------------ This plant was harvested in the optimal point to me, with cloudy trichs and a nice production. She really added weigth in the last weeks. The smell is really like the original Lemon, has deep citrous notes. Taste is very good, more powerful than the smell(Will complete this in a couple months when properly cured in jars). I like the psychoactivity, its a nice day smoke, and a tasty one. Overall a very good plant, i love the therpene profile (citrous/fruity), it is so refreshing when you smell the citrous flavour. 90 gr.

09/03: They are doing fine, I currently have them in the same tent as my other grow, and will be moving them to my 2x4 in the next couple of days. Ill be running these with a new nutrient stack that i am not yet familiar with, and will follow the feeding chart, adjusting as needed. One of these is still a little runt and has not grown much height at all. It will likely just stay in that small cup all the way through flower, assuming that i even let it finish at all. I had only planned to take one of them to flower anyway. 09/08: Today i decided to get in an early topping. I am going to transplant her to a final autopot in a couple of days and wanted to get this stress out of the way. She is looking a little irritated as is. She is in the 2x4 now and i am not able to maintain higher than 55% humidity in this tent using a cheap humidifier. Probably would be worth grabbing a better one for this tent. But she will be in flower in a couple of weeks and then the lower humidity will not be a problem, so i think ill just roll with it.

Tag 42 Blüte. Und wieder Freitag und die Phase hat begonnen wo die Bud nach der größe nun dicht und schwer werden. Einen P+K Booster Compost Tea bekommen sie auch noch zum letzten mal so können die Mikroben nochmal pushen. Man sieht auch das die Pistills wieder sprießen und die Buds werden immer mehr frostig. Die Blueberry Cupcake wird sehr schön zart rot - lila ich liebe Farben aber ich bin bei der Hitze etwas überrascht aber positiv. Auch der Wasserverbrauch hat wieder etwas zugenommen und sie Trinken 1,5 liter und die in 12l Pots 1 Liter täglich

Hi Cannafam, its all about the microbes! Brewed a tea for 24hrs, of the soil activator 2.6g, fresh organic kefir 100g, EM1 4ml, aquaponics microbes (fresh semi solid fish waste) 100g. and molasses at a rate of 20g per gal. or 5g per Litre. Once brewed add yucca at a rate of 1ml per gal, then use as a foliar spray and root drench. Just thinking I should have added some worm castings to the mix as well. That's next for next week I guess.

The Blackberry Moon Rocks are looking promising. One of them is growing into this beautiful little bush, and I think it's almost ready to harvest. The other plant is stacking up buds, but I'm thinking it's still a couple of weeks away. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

The salt build up finally caught up to me. I gave her a good soaking watering then followed with fresh feed. I will repeat this once she dries put if there is no ill effects. It should help clear up the issue. Her run off ph was 5.8 which was a sign of the build up. It should be on the right path now. 🤞🏻 next update she is back to healthy, and u can switch her to flowering before she gets too big. My first grow. It's been a long time coming. This grow is 4 plants, 4 strains in a 90x90x200 with a 440w LED. Bruce Banner #3 Gorilla Zskittles Amnesia Haze Blue Gelato 41 The Banner and Skittles broke the soil successfully this week but unfortunately the Amnesia and Gelato didn't cut the mustard. Successfully germinated on second attempt however this means they are a little behind the the other 2 for now. I have the light dimmed to around 20% as the ladies were showing signs of having too much light, a slight yellowing to the ends of the leaves on the Skittles? This was with the light at around 50%. Will ramp this up slowly over the next couple of week once the other 2 break soil. UPDATE The Blue Gelato and the Amnesia Haze broke the soil a couple of days ago so they shouldn't be massively behind the other 2. Looking forward to seeing these ladies grow!

Hella Jelly F49 The strain is finally coming to an end and will be harvested next week. The buds are super heavy and have started bending the branches. Smell is very much grapes and strawberries at this point!
