Seeds went into water on 1/20/22 and now an inch tall on 1/27/22. I'm super excited for this one because of the Black Widow!!! Plants are doing good ! Little yellowing due to not enough nitrogen and lesson learned dont let coco dry out ever ! This is my second ever run in coco I've been running soil only so its definitely a learning lesson. But plants are still with us doing good :). Two BlackBerry kush auto by Dutch passion one is in a 1.5 gal grow bag by honor while the other in a 1 gal :). Cant wait to see what they look like next week :) 2/26 nice little update through the week #1,2 are both growing strong after they were fed. seems a rule of thumb to slowly feed them around day 7 growing in coco, unlike when I was growing in soil I went to atleast day 10 before slowly feeding them :) nice learning experience. Another one I'm excited for !!

Hätte tatsächlich nicht gedacht das die das Zelt nochmal so füllen würden wie beim Run zuvor mit 6 Pflanzen aber da haben wir es… werden morgen von unten nochmal leicht entlaubt ansonsten war’s das bis zur Ernte. Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our Orange Sherbert from Barney's Farm! 8/24 - Day 17 of Bloom: I did some selective defoliation to help increase light penetration. Next watering will be a flush with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm's flush agent SledgeHammer. Everything is growing strong with this classy lady and she has an abundance of growing shoots. I may need to do some additional lollipopping, but I am being conservative and trying to spread out defoliation/lollipopping to avoid shocking her. She isn't stretching a whole. However, she is very bushy and I to think that will make up for the minimal stretching as far as yields are concerned. Leaves all look pretty healthy and are a nice shade of green. 8/28 - Day 21: Flushed the medium with tap H2O run through 2 KDF filters with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm Sledgehammer flushing agent and pH adjusted to 6.2. I started by giving 5 gallons. After checking the PPM of the runoff I ended up adding 5 more gallons mixed to same specifications. 10 gallons total was shared by 3 large flowering photoperiod cultivars and 1 smaller autoflower. She probably ended up with about 3 gallons give or take. I didn't measure how much each plant received. I just kept flushing each and checking runoff until it was under 1600 ppm. Girls looking very healthy and happy. Due to my short trip had to leave my 🍌💜👊 girls unsupervised for 3 days. Was stunned when opened my cabinet on the Dec 5th. Athena stretched like crazy. Good 3 inches. She better slow down as not much roof space left for her. May tie some taller branches to netting if necessary. Introducing blooming nutes for the first time this week on December 6th at smaller dosage and on the second watering as listed. Week 8 Dec 4 - Dec 10 Dec 5 Leaves tucking Dec 6 Heavier selective defoliation on both girls. Athena fully lolipopped and Xena at 75%. Watered with 8 ltr beetwen both with perfect runoofs PH 6.4. Girls were very thirsty 🤤 Dec 7-8 Just enjoying how my girls developing. Frost has landed and they are start showing colours. All is looking great. Dec 9 Second watering for this week 7 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH 6.4 Even with so much difrence in size of my 🍌💜👊 girls it seems that they are drinking my juice almost equally. Dec 10 Applied selective defoliation and tied 3 tallest branches of Athena to netting to avoid any potential burns on these beautiful baby colas. It's the end of the week! Hello friends, I planted this plant as an experiment as you can see but today in day 17 from seed i decided to share this growth here coz it surprised me with the so far growth. Sorry for lacking photos from week 1 but i didnt take pictures.. she is under the sun whole day and 4 hours 250w HPS... and as you can see some leaves curled in coz she is too young for 250W hps 25 cm from her.. So far I foliar fed her and regularly watered, dilluted 2ml/L of B-52, 2 ml/L fitobacillus (essential bacterias and enzymes) and foliar sprayed her. With every watering so far i put 2ml/l fitobacillus and 2ml/ B-52 and mycorhizae in the very first and second watering. As you can see her main stem is already fatter than average for that time of growth and the root mass is so dense and thick, also many many hairs ready to absorb some nutes so tmrw will be her first nutes dosage, day 18 that will be from seed. I am hoping only that the pot size will not restrict her growth, as the roots already reached the bottom and started to curl back in.. but their colour is bright white and i have no worries bout rot or similar, at least so far so good :D Stay tuned brothers and sisters, all my grows are for you in order to learn ultra fast all the interesting and mind intriguing stuff by following only one grower. @James drop an eye here, you did a good job with genetics on this one.. Today i applied some more lst to maximally expose side branches to the sun. You will see some interesting pics and vids explaining my low stress training technique. I blv this plant's main goal in life to be LST'd. Dont be afraid, side branches will be thankfull and your harvest will be thankfull.. You can se some lst with side branches and how i tucked the leaves and made sure they stay there using the green wire and forming that shape on the pic. Today i also noticed a white hair showing up, still not sure if it is starting to flower in her DAY 19 from seed, or is it just "stress defending mechanism". Seems to me i will find out soon :)

Both plants are currently being flushed, B2 will be ready for harvest the next few days and B1 will still flush for another week. The fade in B2 is incredible, truly my best plant I've grown so far.. best structure, best density, best everything. Looking forward to this harvest for sure. Probably will not post another update until my harvest results in a couple of weeks.

Well I was 2 behind! Things have been super busy here at the place! I’ve been waiting on some nutrients but there has been some delays but have been doing what I can! The reason I got a few deficiencies! But it’s all good we got the feed going now but lost some leaf color! 🤷‍♂️🏽 My buddy grew some good B+ and all this talk about Burning Man, we got out there while watering!🤪 Some might say it was excessive!

Not a lot to report for this little lady just made sure the runoff was the same ppm and ms readings as plain tap water so good look to everyone else in the Dutch passion growing competition and until next time ✌️ out my fellow Growmies 🙏🤞👍

Overall a fun and enjoying flower of the purple sunset. She transitions quickly and stretchs fast. Being an indica hybrid she doesn't get too tall, thus creating strong and sturdy branches to hold her fast dense frosty nugs. During the stretch she loves a good amount of grow notes. Week 2 to 4 she starts getting picky. Once she starts to fade, it is time to drop the grow nutes and go into full bloom early in week 4. This cultivar shows more phenotypical expressions depending on climate and flush. She shows huge purple hues in flush. Allowing her to go into week 9 to 11 can result in almost purple buds. She has a nice term profile in flower and once in the jars. Sweet candy grape 🍇 purple punch notes on the nose and on the pallette when exhaling on the smoke. When trimming this girl she was. Breeze to trim. She got a good 8 to 9 days to dry and was then sweat in the jars. When you smoke Ethos purple sunset the indica really hits you like a train. Taking her down at day 52 was a good choice. The high feels like any of the high once u smoke it. You don't start to notice the stoned effects until you're halfway through a big bowl with your partner. As you guys finish, you notice the body stone take in effect as well the heavy chest and trachea feeling which I LOVE. A sense of happiness and relaxation set in almost immediately. Very enjoyable indica high with great terps. I would give it a 10 but that maybe next run once grow her to week 10 flower. Overall Ethos purple sunset delivers. Fast flowering monster that delivers on extreme levels of frost and terp profiles. Don't believe? Pictures show it all. I love my west Coast OG from fastbuds.. The smell is crazy and after I touched a bud I couldn't believe the smell and the stickyness... Wow.. Aug 10 I just flushed today.. might have been feeding her to much last week and my leaves started to get brown spots... Buds are getting thicker and they're very hard now.. Think I have 2 or 3 weeks left... Been under the mars hydro sp150 and it's really doing it's job... Update... After flush looks like pH is a bit high I guess but not crazy high
