Hello Growmies, I'm back with some more updates from the heart of my garden as we journey through the second week of flowering! Our star plant is right on track, stretching beautifully as she enters deeper into the flowering stage. It's a delight to see her grow and evolve so perfectly. I've noticed some signs of tip burn, so I'm planning to reduce the nutrient levels even further in the upcoming week. It's all about finding that sweet spot where she's happiest and healthiest.This week saw her go through defoliation twice. Depending on her stretch in the coming days, I might go in for one more round of defoliation. Keeping a close eye on her growth to make sure every leaf and bud gets the light and air it needs. The first little bud-sites are beginning to show, a promising sign of the beautiful blooms to come. It's these small milestones that make the whole process so rewarding. 🗓️ WEEK 1 / DAYS 1-7 (flo) 🔙 The first four weeks of vegetation went remarkably smoothly. I gradually increased the EC from 0.6 to 1.2, and the plant responded with healthy, compact growth. By the end of week 4, the plant was bushy, vibrant green, and ready for the flip after a 24-hour flush. 💧 At the beginning of this week I introduced a new nutrient solution with EC 1.6 - PH 6 and also started adding a flowering stimulator to the mix, Power Buds by Plagron. She's definitely thirsty, drinking about 2 LT/day, and importantly, isn't showing any signs of stress from the change. 🌱 With the switch to the 12/12 light cycle, the plant has started the stretching, increasing in height from 21 cm to 29 cm. It's also become incredibly bushy! Given her still relatively contained height, I've decided I won't be using a SCROG net.

Hey Growers & Tokers! Sorry for the delay on the weekly updates, had some things I had to attend but I'm back and at it! A week has passed since the 21-day defoliation. These pictures were taken on day 27 of flower. Defoliation is showing its fruits, no signs of stress. Bud sites are growing day by day. Curious to see how these buds develop. I'm hoping the main colas turn out one big bud. Figures crossed. Did a little plucking this week, nothing too noticeable.. Smell is starting to come in, can't quite put my finger on it yet. Still feeding every other day. No signs of deficiencies, that's great. Next week i'll start giving her a PK booster. That's it for this week hope you're enjoying this progress like I am. The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Coop Poop, Feather Meal, and Soluble Kelp are ml/gallon of soil top dressed. Everything else listed in nutrients is ml/gallon of water fed to plants without checking the solution Ph. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 73°. It was sunny, cool, and a dry 35% humidity. The girls are super happy. I'm adding 100ml coop poop top dressed to each pot today. About midweek I'll hit them with potassium. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 74°F. I watered about 5 gallons of well water. The nights are super cool and the pm is coming back. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 79°F with clear sunny skies. The temperature at night has been pretty low. Last night 41°F and tonight 44°F. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 84°F with sunny skies. The humidity is tipping back up but still below 80%. These girls are doing great. They are getting about 2 hours less sunshine than the other fastbuds I'm growing. It's definitely keeping these girls behind and affecting production. I treated with biofungicide today. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 87°F with partly cloudy skies. I watered about 5 gallons. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 80°F. Skies were cloudy and we have a hurricane now tropical depression about to hit. I watered about 5 gallons. No rain yet. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 72°F. Skies were overcast and there was a drizzling mist all day. Humidity was 110% for at least 24 hours. The girls seemed to be fine. There's more rain in the forecast and I'm hoping we miss it. This week was a success. The girls really started smelling loud and very citrus. Like really orangy smelling tang. These really have an awesome nose. The weather is being a little bit tuff. Other than that a great week.

What a beautiful strain Orange Hill Special is, nice and bushy, great internodal spacing, sturdy and healthy. Happier and happier with how this grow is going. The less beautiful parts on top are my doing, my blind as a bat FIM destroyed half the top of the plant. More patience next time... The super soil is still performing great and I´m pushing up the dimmer to get the ladies used to more light, very carefully because leaves are folding every time. Some of you might be happy to find my European recipe/shopping list for super soil. I tried to make it with widely offered products throughout Europe. Feel free to use it and elaborate on it. If one product is not available in your country, please check the brands at the bottom, which might be available in your country, and substitute. The only thing one could add to the recipe (which I did but forgot in the shopping list) is some Epsom salt. Fed them again with my permaculture tea, all seem to flourish and smells are starting to come from the plant, with that same distinct dankiness I had in earlier grows with this tea. See the germination page and other diaries for more info on my Perma tea. Now they were big enough, some might even say too big, to start the real training. I always love to give them a little bend the week before, to get used to the idea. With some sterilized bamboo sticks I pushed the plants down to expose their sexy undersides. It's week 10 of flowering, and the Purple Punch x Lemon Drizzle is almost ready to harvest. I think we'll get the saw out within the next week. It smells lemony, and the buds are hard and firm. Can't wait to test these 🍋.

Hello 👋 👋 👋 As a 29th day arrived inside the tent there are many changes 😇 💪 🙏 Purple and Cinderella start flowering a week before Bruce Banner but all girls have got similar high 😇 💪 🙏 63 cm was taken from B.B 😁 All of my beauties expanding in size, flowers sites start to taking a mass and density. Some brown spots shows on humidity effected leafs so I removed them to control a healthy conditions 💪 💪 💪 Update: Day 30 Ladies definitely goes in flowering stage, every day I can observe a massive size and high changes. It's look like the tent will be full of buds soon. I'm very happy to see a purple colour on my Purple Lemonade. I'm excited because this is my first purple strain 😇 🙏 😇 Day 32 I have to move a girls a little to adjust them for better space use. I love to look on them 😍 Spec. I still have hope that they will all grow the weather/wind is making things difficult. The new Grow room is being framed out that will give me a more insulated space. nectar of the gods is on the right the leaf's look much bigger.
