11/11/19 - All is good in the hood. I love comming back from a couple of days away to see how they look. I did dome defoliation last nigh. Took off some lower branches and leaves. Mostly spindly branches. They are loving the feedings. 11/12/19 - I figured out something tonight with my lighting. I think I have it too low since the plants that right under the light are getting a little bleached and are a lighter green then the plants that are not directly under the light. So I moved it up as far as it could go w/o modification. Let's see what happens. 11/13/19 - From the responses to my question that I received from the pros today, I moved the light back down to 24". 11/14/19 - Did a BUNCH of defoliation tonight. With the SOG it was hard to get under everything. I opened the tent all the way and crawled inside to see so many little stragglers. I hope they do not get shocked too much. I also posted a new vid tonight. I need to do some better lighting next time I will try my headlamp. 😀

Having a hard time pinpointing the very small amount of nite burn. I give her the same feeding as 6 other plants. Foliar spray seems to keep her at ease. Given I have 5 weeks left, I’ll feed her more water vs nute water and check ck the Ph. I’m OCD and like to nip it in the but early

Cold cold week, with intermitent rain, and the last feedings, The AK is yellowing and rushing to flower, but, there are still white hairs, and the fattening is not complete, so im flushing until the end (1-2 weeks) Im looking for a narcotic effect so im letting her more time, because no bugs around, the THC layer has increased this week and you can smell the therpenes a little more, really musky-fruty with hints of mango It has reained on the plant last 3 weeks intermitently, but as the buds are not so compact as a Skunk, and the thc layer covering the flowers i find it can survive more, without problems Never expected to have an Indica the 10th of November but, im happy with that fact, she started to grow 7th of August soo a late Afghan Kush ^^ The colours are incredible, thanks Nature and Sedsman for this gift !! One of the most beautiful plants i have ever seen in person.. Good VIbez GD !!!! Thanks for checking, and bros, remember, roll one for the Cold days :D

Day 15 and they were watered 2 days ago. They all got around 3 - 4 liters of water and they are drinking alot now. The lemon tree is the winner so far. The permanent jealousy auto is ahead in flower. The slurrups clones from in house genetics are starting to flower as well in their 6 liter pots. I just make them for fun. Was hoping for a male plant. Still early flower. So far so good

She appears to be doin good. She was 2 weeks later in flowering, so she still got time. I'm guessing another 2 weeks 👍 She is not gaining anymore...

I ain’t change much this week – just raised the lights up a bit to give ‘em some more headspace and went ahead and snipped off a few more of them lower branches. Ain’t nobody got time for them popcorn buds, feel me? The canopy’s lookin’ tight, main colas gettin’ chunky, just how I like it. All that energy’s goin’ straight to the top, so we’re stackin' up some serious weight. And yo, that one plant up front on the left? She’s a real keeper, no doubt. She’s standin’ out like a queen, buds frosty as a winter morning in the Panhandle. I’m already knowin’ she’s gonna be the star of the show. Everything’s still on point – temps, humidity, and the girls are drinkin’ up that RO water and Advanced Nutrients like it’s a cold drink on a hot day. Ain’t no stressin', no deficiencies, just straight fire in the making. It’s all about lettin’ ‘em swell now, and I can already tell this harvest ‘bout to be a banger. A plant with both standard cellular respiration (occurring throughout the plant, including leaves and stems) and adequate root respiration will have a significantly higher ATP throughput than one restricted to only general cellular respiration in a limited way. Cellular respiration is the fundamental metabolic process that occurs in all living plant cells (roots, stems, leaves, flowers, seeds) to convert glucose into usable energy (ATP). It requires oxygen and produces carbon dioxide and water as byproducts. Root respiration is not a separate type of respiration, but rather a specific instance of cellular respiration occurring in the roots. Roots absorb oxygen from the air spaces in the soil to fuel their energy needs. Roots require a substantial amount of ATP for essential functions like nutrient and water absorption, as well as growth and maintenance of their tissues. A soil without organic matter will generally have a low Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC). Biochar is often prized for its potential to increase soil cation exchange capacity (CEC), but this effect is highly dependent on the specific properties of the biochar (feedstock and pyrolysis temperature) and the soil type to which it is applied. High-ash biochars, especially those produced at lower temperatures and applied to acidic or sandy soils, can significantly boost CEC by providing abundant binding sites for cations like calcium (Ca²⁺), magnesium (Mg²⁺), and potassium (K⁺). Biochar is more sustainable than typical organic matter for long-term soil improvement primarily due to its high stability and resistance to microbial decomposition, allowing it to persist in the soil for hundreds to thousands of years. This longevity provides a lasting positive effect on soil properties, particularly by increasing the cation exchange capacity (CEC) over time, while regular organic matter breaks down much faster. Biochar generally offers a much higher CEC than coco coir, though specific values vary greatly; while coco coir might sit around 40-60 cmol/kg, biochar can range from tens to over 200 cmol/kg, with sources like Acacia wood biochar or even coconut shell biochar often surpassing coco's capacity due to its porous structure, creating significantly more cation-binding sites for nutrients, making it superior for nutrient retention. Needs to be charged similar to coco but at a much higger rate. But shhhh.. It's a secret. Ancient biochar-rich soils in the Amazon basin (known as Terra Preta) provide evidence of carbon stability lasting over 500 to 2,000+ years. Recommend a balanced ratio of key cations, particularly calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), and potassium (K). A widely accepted general "ideal soil" cation saturation ratio is approximately 65-85% Ca, 6-12% Mg, and 2-5% K. That's roughly what I give mine. Can even add N in its NH4+ form

i was a little busy with a job but I finally had time and started flushing a few days ago i allready noticed milky thricomes so now i am just waiting for the girls to eat up their leaves and give me the final swell in the upcoming days :D nice frosty buds with that mandarine/lime sweet smell i am suprised by that strain all of the plants gave me a fair amount of bud so far😌 and the quality is stunning after a good flush and a good cure !, my friends and I tried Tangie when we were watching UFC and we had a great night watching it with this strain lit up in backwoods, one of my friends even decided to pick this strain as his first one to grow in near future so thats good news for fastbuds😁👊

It’s time to transfer to a 5 gallon

day 55: 2 of the plants are finally turning purple! I always have to remove some leaves for the lights to reach the lower buds, other than that I just feed and love them. :-) day 57: those 2 plants are getting more purple every day now! Unfortunately the camera cannot let u see what I see, but the colors are bright pink and almost pearlescent like. I will try and make more pics in natural light, but it's really tricky to get them out of the tent as they're pretty big now ..:P

Hello people! another week has passed here and she is recovering well, got alot of new growth! she took the training and topping very well from the last week. im thinking about letting her veg for another one or two weeks and then flip into flower. 😀

Ottenendo ec 474 ph 6.5 Iniziamo questo nuovo ciclo non partendo da seme come sempre, ma partendo da un ottima talea giá radicata, fatta da un nostro amico agricoltore. Ci aggiorneremo settimanalmente al solito, vedremo i cambiamenti e aggiornamenti settimana dopo settimana. Buon anno nuovo a tutti!! E buona coltivazione!!!!

what a week!! been battling with thrips 🤬🤬but i think i got it under control now!! plants though are happy and always happy! this kind led X² is a insane light, powerful as heck! buds coming in nice i think this will go over the 8 week flower for sure... bud sites still small and need to fill in so i’ll be watching for bud growth in the next week or so! thank you for following.
