Chance of a Lifetime Greenhouse Seeds Competition Wonder Pie 8th May 2020 When I first saw that Greenhouse seeds were running a Worldwide competition I was amazed because Australia does not normally get included in such things, especially involving Cannabis. But I knew straight away that this was the chance of a Lifetime for me so I applied straight away. When I got the email saying I was in I was over the moon with happiness. The Contest will see the winning Diary/Grower win a trip to Amsterdam for two with accommodation in the apartment above the famous Green House smokeshop. To be in the running I simply applied to grow one of their chosen strains with their own Nutrients (greenhouse feeding) I picked and was very luckily accepted to grow the "Wonder Pie" strain alongside the Greenhouse feeding Bio Feed Range. Here is a little bit of info on the "Wonder pie" strain courtesy of Seedfinder.eu Wonder Pie, sweet, fruity and petrol aroma It is a wonderful hybrid between two really powerful lineages, Wedding Cake Cannabis Strain (aka Triangle Mints: Triangle Kush x Animal Mints) and OG Kush (Chemdawg x [Lemon Thai x Hindu Kush, Pakistan)]. It produces tall plants with a vigorous and branchy development with flexible but strong branches. It develops an ideal structure for applying pruning and moulding methods such as topping, LST or Main Linning. It also offers good results when cultivated in SCROG. These optimisation techniques help both to control its size and structure and to maximise the harvest by enhancing bud production. Wonder Pie marijuana, with a balanced, euphoric and relaxing effect The harvest is ready after about 60-65 days with a yield of up to 550g per m2 cultivated in an indoor grow tent, and a yield of up to 800g per plant cultivated outdoors. It produces flowers completely covered with bright and aromatic resin, it is a good variety to perform Live Resin resin extractions and enjoy them greatly in a resin vaporiser. Wonder Pie offers a sweet and fruity aroma and flavour, with exotic gas touches that permeate the palate for a long-while and drive your taste buds crazy, particularly when inhaled using a cannabis vaporiser. It produces an intense effect of rapid appearance, combining a euphoric and psychedelic feeling with a pleasant body relaxation. It is ideal to consume it at any time of day. Green House Seed Wonder Pie info: Type: Feminised cannabis seed Genetics: Wedding Cake x OG Kush Indica Sativa hybrid Indoors flowering: 60-65 days Outdoors harvest: End of September Indoors yield: Up to 550g per m2 Outdoors yield: Up to 800g per plant For my Grow and entry I will be using soil with some added hydroton and perlite for extra drainage. All feeds will be from the Greenhouse feeding bio nutrients range, that came with the seeds for the purpose of this competition. To win this would be a dream come true as I have always wanted to travel to Amsterdam ever since watching Cheech n Chongs Movie Still Smokin back in the 1980's as a teenager. The first steps to starting my grow are preparing my grow area, which involves a thorough cleaning with bleach. Then I set up lights and fans etc and test it all to make sure everything is working. Then on the 4th of May I recieved the seeds in the mail and immediately began to soak four seeds in some tepid water overnight before transferring them into a moistened piece of paper towel then into a ziplock baggie for another 12 hours. From there all germinated seeds will go into the rockwool cubes for about a week before being moved into the final grow out pots. From there they will veg for 7-8 weeks before I flip to 12/12 and flower them accordinly. As of today (8th May 2020) I have 3 healthy seedlings from the four seeds I soaked. So now they are up it's officially Game On 🙏 I am still waiting for the Greenhouse Feeding to arrive but thats ok because I won't need it for about a week. I chose 12 Litre Fabric pots because of the height limitations in my Grow tent (need a bigger one but cant afford it at the moment ) as soon as the powdered feeding arrives I'll mix the required amounts straight into the pots so they are ready for when I transplant the seedlings into them. Before I go I'd like to thank Greenhouse seeds and Grow diaries for this Amazing oppurtunity Also I would like to wish Good luck and Good Growing to all other Entrants LET'S GROW....... Grey_Wolf

Grow Diary: Durban Poison Girls (Week 6) Dates: April 17 – April 23, 2026 Status: Vegetative Stage Overview The girls (DP1, DP4, DP5, and DP6) are looking robust and vibrant as they hit their stride in Week 6. The foliage is a healthy, deep green, and the stem strength has significantly improved this week. We are maintaining a strong indoor environment while watching the Easter Colorado weather closely to time their move to the deck. Weekly Environmental Log The weather was a bit of a rollercoaster this week. While indoor temps remained stable, the external conditions impacted humidity and light intensity coming through the windows. • Temp/Humidity: Consistent indoor temps at 22°C–24°C. Humidity was slightly lower this week due to the breezy outdoor conditions, requiring a bit more frequent misting to keep the "Sweetener" uptake optimal. • Weather Highlight: April 17 was quite chilly (5.5°C), but by the 20th, we saw a beautiful spike to 26°C. The girls enjoyed the extra natural light boost from the back porch windows during those sunny afternoons. Feeding & Maintenance We stayed the course with the organic regimen this week to ensure no nutrient lockout before the big transplant. • Nutrients: Half strength FOOP Veg and Sweetener administered on Tuesday (April 21). • Watering: Soil was drying out faster this week as the root systems expanded. Switched to a slightly heavier watering volume to ensure the 50/50 soil blend stayed moist but well-aerated. Plant Observations • DP1 & DP5: Showing the most vertical growth. Might need a final top above the fourth node if they continue to stretch toward the light panel before Mother's Day. • DP4: Very bushy! The LST is creating a nice wide structure that will fill out the 25-gallon fabric bag perfectly. • Pest Control: The African marigold seedlings are coming along nicely—no signs of fungus gnats or mites on the Durban girls. Upcoming for Week 7 • Prepare the 25-gallon fabric bags with the 50/50 Miracle-Gro mix. • Monitor overnight lows; we are still about three weeks out from the safe "after Mother's Day" transplant date. • Begin checking the "Garden" calendar for hardening-off windows.

Day 72, 21st of November 2020: Hi! Wao this is what I can say and luckily stoppe streching.... All LST has been removed as the plants remain the same so no need to keep them in "chains". Those Original Sensible girls 3 of them (Gelato, Runtz Gum, Do-Si-Dos OG)went crazy, except Black Ghost OG she did not strech much typical little indica lady. And the THC crystals alrady on the leaves on the Runtz Gum and Do-Si-Dos OG just simply beautiful. Buds are coming getting thick they are gorgeous only I can see some some sort of deficiency on Do-Si-Dos OG a bit on some leaves. The fertilization schedula isnthe same every 2nd day and happens with the mix and ratio above. Wedding Gelato is beautiful also I hope the nice purple colour will come out as well in late flowering stage. :) The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

WEEK 6 and i am as impatient as i could be. This week should be the moment of truth, when it comes to thickness of the buds! 👽👉14/11 Waterday* I upped the BioBloom and TopMax for PK and less BioGrow for nitrogen. They are FROSTY as ever! Very satisfied BioHeaven 4 BioGrow 2 BioBloom 4 TopMax 4 Rootjuice 1 👽👉 15/11 One of the ladies is very hungry and showing signs of needing PK 👽👉 16/11 Atm because the outside climate has a big influence on my indoor climate, lower temperatures at night have been occuring. Battling the temps by having dehumidifier running with heat 👽👉 17/11 Waterday* They got same feed as last time, but giving a bit more volume now 👽👉 18/11 Christmas coming early, frosty times 👽👉 19/11 I had some buds that got too heavy and fell over, Fixed with some natural thread to hold them up 👽👉 20/11 Close to getting another SCROG to hold them up, but i think its time for harvest soon

27.11.2025 This plant is wonderful and her trichome-production is overwhelming. She still is quiet thirsty but didn't grow in height. But her buds are fattening a bit more each day, visibily. Her autumn began and some leaves are decoulouring beautifully. Oh, and her flowers got orange pistilles, mixed with a purple-lilac background. There is no such a master in painting and coulouring than nature itself 🌸.

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/6/2024- Germination Day 12 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Day 50 Flowering: Hi growmies. A great week again with these gems. They are all now in their final stage of flowering and I expect them to swell a little more and also to begin the ripening of the trichromes to all cloudy with a few amber ones. They are all doing really well and look to be fed as they need and also no signs of any deficiency. I do kot flush as I am in Living organic soil/coco and also do not use salt based nutes throughout the grow to need to wash from the medium. I also do not believe that flushing has any benefit besides error correction or to reset the medium again. With a slow dry , they use all the harsh chlorophyll that is mistaken for nutrient traces often in quicker drying methods. Herz Og by her standard growing cycle , should be finishing now but I think she can be easily pushed another week or so. Her smell is really sweet now up close with a nice tacky feel to her too. She isnt a big plant but is really well laid out for those pollen transporters to sand the wind to get through . Strawberry Colais am absolute trichrome monster. She is really packing the trichs onto her budstacks and sugar leaves tonwjere they don't look real close up. The camera focuses and tries again to refocus when I take pics of her .lol Certainly knew of the heaviest trichrome producers I have grown to date... I can see hownthe cola name is relevant too with how "fizzy" they appear . She smells candy sweet and very nice . Monster Mash looks alone and like the lanky girl at school who tries to look smaller. lol Her buds are fairly spaced out on the long stems and look more clumpy than joined up. I had to bend the main one over to allow the lights to be kept even for the other plants but she is getting more light to the lower portion now. Her buds are not very fat or chunky yet but i am hoping this week and the shogun Dragon force will help change that. Smell wise shebjas a fuel/sweet aroma to her which is familiar. lets see how she finishes now. So it seems that this last few weeks will sort the wheat from the chaff with a yield report soon. These strains have been very simple and easy to grow and manage with very little effort on my part. If your up for a grow with an auto , definitely consider these genetics from Exotic seeds , my experience so far has been all positive and their end results are top shelf buds and taste. Great work Exotic breeders and staff alike. Roll on another week and diary report. be safe and well folks.

June 5: Cooler temperatures and no rain this week. Wind has been strong and a couple of nights near or at freezing temperatures. The greenhouses worked really well, but now to expose these seedlings to the full elements. Windy day today so expect them to get a bit beat up. Watered in with well water and covered the stem quite high with soil for more support against the wind.

Fast to flower some decently large nugs! This girl is the only one that survived my "initial torture test" for my sf4000(dimmed to 75% (333watts) in quarter of my 3x3 tent)! She was very resistant to "too much light intensity" as a seedling, and didn't mutate! Once the light was at an ideal height, she started vegging very strong, but 1 week of important time had been lost. She started to flower, and stacked up a bunch of dense buds very nicely! I'm very excited to be growing this strain again next run!-with more training.

Plant started drooping in the last couple of days. I'm not completely sure but think it's probably from over watering so I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days. Gave the plant another big defoliation and took off all the small stuff that I don't think will become decent buds. Going away for nine days next week so I'm trying to get the water right. UPDATE: left the plant for 24 hrs and it continued to droop. Definitely under watering. Gave it 3 l litres and it's looking normal now.

This week I transplanted the Pound Cake Auto's into their final pots in their final tents. Then placed Root Organics Formula 707 Soil (1.5gal) 50% and Root Organics Original Formula Soil 50% (1 gal) into the pot up to just about the codlydone leaves. Then I fertilized with Real Growers Soil Recharge at a rate of 0.5tsp per gal. Next I fertilized with General Hydroponics MaxiGrow at a rate of .5 tsp per gal. Then I used Dr. Earth's Bone Meal, Blood Meal, Earthworm Castings, HomeGrown 4-6-3, and All Purpose 2-2-2. Lastly I fertilized with GrowersHouse The Stash Blend at a rate of .5 tsp per gal. Then I placed coffee grounds and egg shells as a top dressing around the root zone and then watered them with h20 that was 68°, and a pH of 7.0 due to soil being the medium. The daily fertilized solution that I watered with was 68°, 6.2ph, ppm of 720, and EC of 1440. Overall their doing great and their heavy humidity desiring plants!
