Week 13 – Ripening is now progressing slowly, as I had expected, due to my choice to provide a light stimulus that isn’t too intense but rather gentler. From flowering until now I’ve maintained 30 DLI and a steady 470 PAR. In this run, the goal has been to keep the resin thick and sticky. Humidity has been kept between 57–62% max. My lamp is an Omega Pro 300W, which I’m currently running 37% (111 W). This strategy seems to be working well: resin production has been abundant, and on this point—and not only this one—I’ve completely fallen in love with Gorilla Cookies. The aroma is exquisite, and the resin… the flowers are covered in ointment-like resin. The macro shots of the trichomes still don’t show any amber heads, so I believe harvest is probably about 10–15 days away. 🍮🤤 I think I’ll grow only Gorilla in the next run! 🦍👀 P.SThe leaf discoloration happened very quickly! The previous photos are from yesterday when it was still green — today it looks like this. Really interesting

The girls started to pre-flower on the 6th of June. They all have a slight smell when you rub the leaves. Kosher cake, Strawberry banana and the Forbidden runtz have a sweet smell to them. The Forbidden runtz reminds me of the smell of skywalker OG which is totally LUSH..!! The blackberry has more of an deep earthy smell with a slight bit of fruitiness. Super excited for the next few weeks with these ladies. Happy toking my peeps 😁

It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system. Here’s how it’s working: I’ve connected the filter to my Aerofan, which pulls air directly from the tent. This air is cleaned by the filter and released into the main room, where it then passes through another filter before exiting my space. This dual-filter setup means no scent escapes into the wild, keeping things stealthy and the grow room a peaceful, scent-contained environment. Perfect for anyone concerned about keeping their home free from that telltale aroma! 🕶️🌬️ Enhanced Lighting with Emerson Effect 🌞 This week, I’ve introduced an extra 15 minutes of red light at the beginning and end of each light cycle. Why? Well, this red boost taps into the Emerson effect, enhancing photosynthesis efficiency, especially during the flowering stage. By stimulating a little extra wake-up and wind-down light, we’re mimicking the natural sunrise and sunset experience for these plants, which can help reduce flowering time. Not only does it encourage smoother transitions into day and night, but in theory, it’ll help these ladies finish a bit faster, while giving them a little nudge to build more substantial, quality flowers. 🌇 Nutrient Adjustments 🌱 Now that we’re in flower, I’ve swapped out the Start Booster for P-Boost and TopBooster to specifically support flowering needs. Here’s why: • P-Boost brings in additional phosphorus, vital for energy transfer and cell division as the plant channels more resources into budding sites. • TopBooster supports the flowering phase by improving flower quality and density, helping to build those big, aromatic buds we’re after. Week 6 Day 7 Flower They are all very frosty now, smell is pungent and hairs are turning brown but they still have a lot of potential for more weight yet and the trichs are still clear. I reckon I'm going to run week 7 as normal then run week 8 with shogun dragon force/sumo active and flush with water week 9 and 10. Anyone know if it's ok to run terpinator alongside dragon force and sumo active in last week before final water flush? The npk of terpinator is only 0-0-4 what's your thoughts @shogun your advice is always gold. Weird and wonderful development in the garden, if you look at the pics you will notice that one of the girls has thrown out buds in the centre of it's leaves. I've seen pictures of this before but it's a first in my garden and strange considering it's only one plant yet all are cuts from the same mother grown in the same system feeding from the same reservoir and I've grown from this mother before also but never seen this. The plant is now becoming more and more mature, I have started to discontinue the fertilizer and only water with CalMag fertilizer, and very little at that. The color of the leaves now clearly changes to purple. The smell is sweet but still slightly citrusy. The plant will now be harvested in about 10 days. We're beyond excited to try out this new MarsHydro LED for our latest grow, the SP-3000 is INCREDIBLY bright!! ..I have never seen a light more appropriate for a 4x2 tent in my life, we (happily) replaced 3 "600 watt" blurple LEDs with this single rig ( something we've wanted for a very long time). There should be no issue achieving perfect coverage, corner to corner with this light. Its been years since we've flowered under LED ( and never one of this quality), we're a little bias towards HID/CMH, especially my hubby but I think this might just be the LED that changes our mind! We'll be growing Gelat OG Auto by Seedsman (we've heard amazing things) for our first grow under the SP-3000, all plants in 5gl fabric pots, Promix-B (25% perlite) on a 20/4hr cycle. We're starting with 4 plants but if they become unmanageable, we'll move one or 2 of the plants to another tent. We use a glass of water and a paper towel as our germination method. We soak seeds roughly 24hrs and then in a wet paper towel for another 12-24hrs, we average roughly a 90% success rate doing it this way... Seems to be going ok? Looks to me now like flowering is well on it way this week seems to be taking longer to develop but I have done extensive training which I think could add time to the final harvest but other than that everything seems ok 👍🏼

It's seems that Athena finally stopped her stretch and hoping that Xena will follow her sister very soon. Buds are gaining weight and size rapidly. Lots of nice colours and tonnes of trichomes on those buds already. Week 10 Dec 18-24 Dec 18-19 Mainly observation. Xena is still stretching like crazy. both girls are developing beautifully. Dec 20 First watering for this week. 7.5 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH's Athena 6.2 Xena 6.3. Dec 21 Due to lack of light at lower parts of conopy decided for another selective defoliation, lowered a bit tallest branches with colas dangerously close to light by tieing them to netting. Couple cm will make a huge difference here. Could not clear well at the back wall of the cabinet due to limited access.I'm very happy with final result. Dec 22-23 Joyful observation of my 🍌💜👊girls development 🧑‍🌾 Dec 24 All is looking great. It's seems that stretch is finally stopped. Girls looking healthy and happy. Ass already said, strawberry Gorilla and Cherry Cola staid compact and didn’t stretch ass expected. I probably will chop both in a few days. Crystal Meth looks perfect, stretched a lot, a lot of flowering spots, big buds, but she might need one or two more weeks. Have no idea why the 3 plants developed so differently one from the other, as they received exactly the same attention.
