ITS GROWTH SEEMS ACCELERATED AND WITH AN INSATIABLE HUNGRY IN ITS DEVELOPMENT. Fast and SIMPLE patio grow, perfect for an impatient grower. 72 days from seed to harvest. Could have taken some of the branches at 68-70d. Responded well to pinching back growth to encourage branching. Tested yield by leaving one plant natural and pinching back the other. Pinching back produced way more bud and the plant didn’t seem to mind. The smaller plant only produced 8 bud clusters and those were fairly airy, but showed amber hues a little sooner. Maybe she got less light than the bigger plant. They were both LOW on sunlight. The last 3 weeks of the grow were non-stop rain and storms, very little sunlight. So the girls didn’t stack ‘em up like I wanted. Gotta have light to make bud!! Vegetative growth the first 8 weeks was phenomenal. It wasn’t until the rains set in that progress slowed to a crawl. They were a few feet apart and both facing the equator with daylight to dark exposure. The sun itself wouldn’t cooperate though. Both plants were fed and watered the same. Soil was the same etc.... Only used commonly available garden center nutes. Wanted to demonstrate that a person could take the leap with their first patio grow without having to invest in a lot of special grow stuff. You can! but you at least need decent sunlight. I didn’t weigh the fresh harvest very accurately. I took whole stems to hang them by, and my good scale isn’t that big. I used a bathroom scale and weighed myself holding an empty box and the box again with the harvested plant difference was about 3 lbs. Once I trimmed off the fan leaves and cut it off the roots and trunk it was under a pound. I won’t trim them super tight because very little of it will be smoked, most will be used to make infusions, but I’ll remove as much stem as possible. Curing and storing in C-vault with 62% Boveda packs.

This will be my final flower entry for this plant, as we are CHOPPING HER DOWN THIS WEEK! I’m so excited to finally harvest this beauty, right as she hits that 5-10% Amber Trichome mark. This plant has exceeded my expectations for an autoflower, producing some absolutely massive buds, which have required I use extra rope to hold them up and support their weight. The purple finish we have seen on the top cola was unexpected, but a pleasant surprise. The plant is demonstrating global senescence, and is giving me every signal in the book that she is ready for harvest. My target yield for this plant, as of week 3/4 of flower, was 100g dried. I am supremely confident we will exceed that with great ease, as the main branch itself may give us that all on its own. That thing is huge! We learned a lot along the way, making a few mistakes and adjusted for them, and ultimately achieved another successful grow! Broke down and did some defoliation.

Increased nutrients to 11ml/gal each. Trichomes still mostly clear. Several weeks of flower left yet.

Week 1 Day 1 - 8/12/2023 1st Water change Day! Such a special time it is when you remove the little bit of Nutes that you gave them as an appetizer and you give them their first real meal. Added 39 Gallons of Water to my system SILICA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Root Drip = 1mil/Gal = 39mil Cal Mag= .25mil/Gal = 9.75 = 10mil FLoraMicro= 3.0mil/Gal = 114mil FloraGro = 2.0mil/Gal = 78mil FloraBloom = 2.0mil/Gal =78mil ORCA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Week 1 Day 2 - 8/13/2023 Everything is looking good the roots are making thier way to the water and the new grow is looking nice and green. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying postition all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Week 14! I am starting to get really excited about this plant! She is plumping up and producing a lot of trichomes! Smell is very enjoyable. Fruity, sweet and lemony are smells that come to mind. Doing minor defoliation if I see leaves shading buds.

Today marks the 7th week of flowering for my cannabis plant, and it's truly fascinating to observe the changes that are taking place. The stretching phase has officially come to an end, and now the plant is fully focused on developing its buds. I can see that the buds are starting to swell and gain size, which is a promising sign of a healthy flowering process. I've adjusted the feeding schedule with BioBizz products to match the plant's current needs. Overall, the plant looks healthy and vigorous. The pistils are turning a beautiful shade, and the resin production is beginning to increase. I’m excited to see how the buds will continue to develop over the next few weeks. The girls are starting to pack on some weight. I'm still learning so it feels like I will kill them at any moment but I can see that isn't the case so far. Here is to making it another week <3

A sweeter more candy tone overall compared to other earthy purples like the LSD-25 beside it. Great colour and cluster of bud sites on the main cola all fighting for light/chunk space so should end up with a nice amount of bag appeal/photo subjects nearing the end. Big thick white pistils with some starting to orange as it enters the 6th week of flower. Can't wait to see how the main nug looks. Gave all the plants mostly water feeds this week in order to avoid salt build up. Some staining on the bottom of the fabric pots from the bottom feeds so just making sure the soil is fine for the final major nute feeds before flushing in a week or so. Made some caps with homemade thc olive oil from a friend that sent me some "Intergalactic Cable" viewing materials as well 😎 Have to use them fast but been stable for a week and not just starting to come through the gel caps, will have to get something harder next time still a lot left in the bottle. It's closest to the window and i keep my tent open so when the light is off it's getting a solid 16-18 Celcius helping out the genetic purple pop a bit more in the leaves. Other than that, the new @MarsHydroLED TSL 2000 and @ViparSpectraLED PS1500 for veg definitely made a huge difference and the buds on the Dark Devil. Venga familia que ya viene la cosecha de estas finta F1 de ZamnesiaSeeds, que ganas que tenia ya de darles machetazo, me estaban dando muchos quebraderos de cabeza. Las flores no son para nada llamativas, una variedad más cruzada con rudelaris, que para mi gusto es perder el tiempo y el dinero invertido en cultivar cosas así… no merece la pena en interior, el ratio de gramo watio se me quedó en 0.5 , de los no peores resultados que tuve en los últimos 5 años. a sido una genética con la que no disfruté nada cultivarla, es complicada, es bastante sensible. Purple Ryder is doing great. She is bulking and has a nice smell and frosty resin layer going. She is growing great under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2, in Agrogardens nutrition. I did a solution change on her 4 days ago. Minor ph fluctuations, but it is mostly stable at the moment. Flowering day 34 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The buds have developed incredibly nicely this week. The smell is getting more and more extreme :-) . The growth has slowly stopped as the full energy goes into the production of the buds. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.2 l (nutrients see table above) They were individually inspected and checked for their health. Osmosis water for the coming week was refilled in a 100 l tank 👍. Aug 8: she had a late start and lost a couple of colas to hail a few weeks ago. Aug 9: defoliated lower limbs.Layered another scrog net on the top and clipped to to the twine. Aug 10: adding Green Sensation to the rotation and removing molasses. Molasses are great for growing but it needs to be stopped 4-6 weeks before harvest so you don’t have to smoke sugar along with your weed. ‘Molasses are for growing, not for smoking.’ Aug 13: mostly overcast and a bit of rain again today but some good sun.
