Just bought some "predatory mites" to kill bad mites and it's working! I've spread half of a bottle in all my babies soil and the situation changed in like 3 days, not even one bug stayed alive. I've used also the Neem oil to prevent flies to go on their leaves and they are fine now. Starting LST, let's see how they will react. Keep you updated folks! Have a wonderful week!

🌸 Week 12 From Seed — Week 8 Flower Permanent Marker — Two Phenos, One Epic JourneyWelcome back to the garden, my friends. If you’re just joining the diary now — don’t worry. Here’s a quick recap so you know exactly how we got here: 🌱 Quick Recap From Seed to Now – Two Permanent Marker phenos grew from seed into two completely different personalities: • Pheno #1 — “Aiming for the Moon”: a tower of beauty, stretching past 2 meters, expressive, colorful, loud. • Pheno #2 — “The Compact Queen”: sturdy, dense, bushy, disciplined, with deep greens and beautiful structure. – Both were grown in Aptus organic super soil style, with minimal liquid inputs — just Regulator, Top Booster, and the occasional CalMag. – From week 3 of flower onward, we saw the divergence: stretch vs compactness, height vs density, color vs deep green gloss. – Conditions were challenging (hot summer, fluctuating humidity), but with airflow, careful irrigation, and inner canopy lighting, the garden thrived. – Now we arrive at week 8 flower — the week where everything becomes obvious. The structure, the scent, the resin… this is where Permanent Marker starts telling her story. 🌿 Week 8 Flower — The Week of Truth This is an important week. One of those weeks where the plant stops building and starts finishing. 💥 Bulking Mode Activated Both phenos are packing on weight — visibly, daily. The buds are: – swelling – stacking – becoming denser – pushing calyxes outward – and bathing in trichomes The flower-room smell is now borderline illegal — loud, sticky, sharp, with that signature Permanent Marker funk rising stronger day by day. 🎨 Colors Coming Alive Our tall mama — the one reaching for the moon — is showing magnificent colors: – deep reds – purples – warm fades – cool gradients across sugar leaves This is likely a mix of genetics + low-nutrient organic finish + light intensity + heat swings. A wonderful recipe for anthocyanins to express themselves. ✨ Frost Everywhere Trichomes are exploding on both phenos: – mushroom heads – milky stalks – resin layering onto resin – sugar leaves looking powdered This is the week where terpenoids and flavonoids start reaching their peak volumes — the week where you know harvest is close because the plant smells like she wants to climb into your nose and live there. 🔥 Light Spectrum Love — And the Inner Canopy Glow Let’s give a moment of appreciation to Future of Grow’s Black Series and the ICL inner canopy lighting. These girls are LOVING the spectrum: – deeper penetration – reduced shading – even lower branch development – trichomes forming even in hidden zones – colors enhanced naturally It truly shows what proper spectrum distribution can do — especially late in flower. 🌡️ Conditions — Hot, Humid, and Still Thriving Despite summer conditions trying to sabotage everything: – the plants stayed strong – no PM – no bud rot – no stress signals except the harmless light-tipped albinoing on the top cola of Pheno #1 (beautiful, by the way) This week we maintained: – Temp: high but manageable – Humidity: under control – Airflow: strong and essential – Irrigation: consistent and organic The girls took it all like champions. 🔍 The Final Stretch — What Week 8 Means This is the week where you start to ask the true questions:Are we close? Yes. Very. Is it time to flush? Not on full organic super soil — you simply let the plant finish naturally. One week or two? Depends on trichomes: – Clear → needs time – Milky → soon – Amber → harvest window opens Right now it feels like: 👉 1–2 weeks maximum But she will tell us. We listen. 🏆 Dognabis Cup — The Community Is Alive! People are opening their welcome packs, germinations are popping, and diaries are starting to roll in. You can check all the grows — the links are already attached in the diary. Let’s support each other. Let’s cheer for each other. Let’s make this Cup a celebration of: – learning – growing – connection – and shared passion Every diary is a story. Every grower is a page. Together we write the book. 💚 Gratitude A huge thank you to: Zamnesia Seeds, Ocogenectica Seeds, Aptus Holland, ThinkGrow, Future of Grow, Skunk Magazine, FOG, Grovebags, DaggaDNA, Popeyes Passion, Imperial Seeds, TrolMaster and to every single person following this journey — lovers, haters, learners, creators. You all make this community real. 🌟 To Close This Week’s Report The garden is glowing. The colors are singing. The trichomes are dancing. The finish line is near. Permanent Marker is doing what she does best: being unforgettable. On to week 9, my loves — the final chapters are coming. Literally she’s beautiful. I can’t even tell you how happy I am with how she turned out. The Rosin is crystal clear amber goodness. She tastes so creamy and sweet. The profile is just pure bliss. One of my all time favorite plants. Yields great. Dense as ever nugs. Tastes fabulous. Sweet seeds keep it up 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

This plant has been a pure pleasure to grow. I took a few bud off this week as I was worried about bud bandits taking her. They are out in force in my neck of the woods. She has really put on some interesting colouring. She smells so damn GOOD!! Dinafem nails dit with these genetics!! Full chop is imminent!! 😎🍿

I was flushing all the plants since August 9. You can see in the videos with de microscope ( I really try my best, but it was pretty difficult) the trichomes looks cloudy and some of them looks amber. Maybe in the videos you can't see it because my hand was really shaky. August 17: all the plants were in dark. August 18: i cleaned all the plants, buds, leafs, everything..., spraying water to remove the rests of potasic soap. Today august 18, during the nigth, i'm going to harvest all the ladies. In the past 3 days i didn't watering the plants and the smell was stronger. August 19: Before dry -Critical Kush: 150g -Red dwarf: 60g -Syrup (2 plants): 270g -Lemon (4 plants): 570g

This week the new growth of the plants transitioned from looking relatively healthy to droopy and yellowed. I wasn't sure what the issue was at first and thought it might be light stress. After more research, I determined that I had what looked very much like a zinc deficiency, which is almost always a symptom of over-watering, which is the most common mistake for new growers, i.e. "Me". I had assumed that adding a good amount of perlite to my soil and using smart pots would prevent me from running in to any drainage issues but I guess not. I was up to 1.5 liters per plant when I realized that it was too much. I also realized I was misreading my syringe which I use to mix nutrients, and that i had been giving only 1/10 of the liquid nutrients that I thought. I'm super embarrassed about the mistake but I'm going for full transparency here, so there it is. Course correction takes places after day 31.

Done. Harvested ALL on Day 72 - one LCC was very heavy on amber trichomes, one BPP and one LCC were what i consider optimum, and one BPP was VERY milky, like peak potency. very few amber. Interested to try them all! Total Drying time was 7 Days for both LCCs and 8 Days for both BPPs. I decided to do my first proper dry trim. For two plants i hit the spot and could just shave off the remaining leaves. For the other two it was much more of a hassle. They already smell way better than my previous runs where i dry trimmed. Also the colors are awesome for both plants that purpled. Smoke review will have to wait some time. Right now, all of them are curing.

Week 7 had its share of temperatures variations . Combined with my lack of cfl bulb distance from buds knowledge had the tips of the calix turn light yellow and caused the pistils to turn orange at the tip. No serious harm done but this is how you become a better grower and getting to know how different phenotypes react to environmental changes and adaptation. Luckily for me the ruderalis genes in the blue dream matic from fastbuds makes her pretty resistant to stress and traumatic “mistakes “ cause you got real high one night and decided that defoliation would be great right now 👍🏻

Hello my dear friends! Hope you’re all as good as I’m feeling 😎 This was the last week for the plant. After a intense 14 weeks, she came to an end, and this week was more to get it ready for the crop. Since the flush last Friday, didn’t give it any feedings at all, to have it as dry as possible. Now it’s time to chop, trim and hang it to dry. Hopefully in 10-14 days she’ll be ready for the first test smoke. The bud is solid and compact like I’ve never had it before, really good quality in that field. EDIT - already cut, 225g green after trim. Let’s see how it’ll turn out after drying it.

14.3.2026 – I forgot to report on Thursday. The plants look healthy, but honestly I expected all of them to branch out similarly to the one in the back right. Well, they behave a bit differently than the Sensi strains I’m used to. Anyway, they’re getting grow nutrients and the light cycle is 12/12. They look healthy and hopefully they’ll stretch a bit more. If not, then not. I bet that next time, when I leave them on 18/6 for longer, they’ll overgrow like crazy. Some values are shown in the screenshot from the app. Since I stopped drinking, I’ve got a lot of free time and I need to keep my mind busy with some project. The video shows the values I’m already reading into my upcoming custom console (working title HOLY IQ 6000). Next week I should receive a tool that will make this much easier, including writing back to the controller. I also have parts for a pH probe for the nutrient tank — that will come next.

Switched to my 5 gal pots now, dumped 6L of water into each plant to get the pH back down still waiting for them to dry out a little before the next watering which should be less so next week will have water amounts Height is for the holy punch again. Power flower is still around 1.5"

Look how sophisticated plants are. I took 3 snapshots from my grow room during dark period and put them into a short 3 frame video. my plants were introduced to 12-12 just a few days ago. first frame is 1 hour after lights out second frame is 7 hours after lights out third last frame is 1 before lights turn on. Look how plant know when light is about to turn - the leaves lift as it gets closer to the end of 12 hours of dark. Do not pay attention to timestamps - its wrong its just 6 days of 12-12 and they already adjusted to that.....i think its amazing.

This was the first week with no nutes, just straight out of the tap water. I also upped the watering schedule to 3 times per day for 1 min each. I am thinking after watching this weeks timelapse that I will run the pump for 2 means on the parts of the schedule that the lights are on and see if that helps any. I also noticed that 1 of my plants, the one with the bigger buds and more crystals seems to be having its leaves turning yellow which I have tried to show in the last picture above. I believe it is because I have stopped feeding any nutrients and so now it is sucking what it can from the leaves. The other plants, especially my featured one do not seem to be doing this as of yet. I was hoping my closeup star of this diary, which happens to also be the tallest stem of the girls would also show the most growth, but as such, not much can seen to be happening. 1 more week to go before I cut and hang them to harvest and I will let you know how things turned out weight wise.

My first outdoor grow. This is around week 9 of growth. I got these 2 clones from someone and grew them indoors for about a month or so before hardening them off. They have been through plenty of training and topping and even more since this picture. As of 5 days ago they were nice and wide so I'm excited to see the growth since the. I have done a great deal to keep deer and bugs at bay. Neem oil, dog and human urine, dried blood, ground pepper and powdered, oregano, garlic and onion. The site is very difficult to access. Poison ivy, thorns, steep ravine and large logs to climb over. No paths there and I take different ways constantly, as well as through some fertilizer in my wake. There's a small creek near by and a larger one it fees into about 75 yards away. There's 3 bags of FFOF and 1 bag happy frog between the 2 holes, with amino acids and great white mixed in as well as some water polymer crystals.
